Great store!! I love scan and go!!! Today we got some great deals on gifts and snacks. We also went to the cafe after we shopped. The tables were filthy and it took fifteen minutes to check us out. And were were the only ones in line. We ordered a berry sundae and a slice of pizza and a drink. 15 minutes to stand there and take our order was excessive. And we were "helped" as soon as we arrived. We didn't have to wait before they began taking our order, it just took fifteen minutes to input the three items I guess. Anyways the sundae and pizza were great and a great price if you don't mind the dirty and a bit smelly tables you can even sit and have a nice bite to eat. The store was well stocked and we got to skip the checkout line because we paid through the app!!! Yay! read more

I am very disappointed with the employees in tire department at Sam's club in Lake Charles Louisiana. I've been a member with Sam's club for over 10 years and I never had to bring my vehicle back for tire rotation and balance twice. The very first time I brought my vehicle for a rotation and balance, they told me they couldn't do it because my lug nuts were swollen, so I changed the lug nuts. Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I don't know how my vehicle rides. The bad thing about is, they still didn't do a rotation and balance. That is not okay! read more

They need help out here at the gas station; pure chaos. There needs to be fluent access for both directions. Coupled with the barricaded area customers get stuck in LINES because we can't move. After waiting 20 minutes without being able to move, someone facilitated my access. I won't come back! read more

So on today we decided to go to Sams Club in Lake Charles La on Sam's Club Drive near Golden Nugget and Lauberge casinos to do some long well overdue shopping. Of course Sam's Club has normally has a beautiful jewelry selection. Once we entered the store and got to the Jewelry Counter a nice lady came right over to help us. They definitely had some nice selections but not as full as I remembered but still nice. Never thought they're would be a jewelry shortage. Not a while lit coming in and don't know will come in. Found one I loved but we're going to shop around a lil more before we make a final decision. Then we started shopping Oh yeah. The deals and the bulk package is awesome. We bought lots of stuff to share. Of course had to get some Pinwheels. Those things are addictive. They have lots of already prepared meals you just have to put it in the oven. Bought the Enchiladas, Mac N Cheese, and the fajita all prepared just heat and eat. Very great on on everything. Bought some meat and racked up. The steaks were huge and very nice. The entire meat counter was beautiful. The value on the cases of water and Sparkle drinks the prices can't be beat. Im a Sam's Club shopper for life. Horrible customers service in the tire department by Jackie. I prescheduled an appointment for tires and had confirmation of the plus membership pricing. When I arrived Jackie told me a price over $155 beyond the confirmed price. I offered to show her the email confirmation and she said "we aren't offering that special yet." I requested to speak with a manager. The manager reviewed the confirmation and honored the price. Jackie then spitefully told me the wait would be longer because I contested the price she told me. After leaving I was called and told the lug nuts were bad and she could not mount the new tires as is. I explained that my husband just removed the tires a few days ago and had no issues. She continued to argue her point. I then returned to the store, cancelled the purchase and requested a refund. This was not my first experience with Jackie. My prior experience with Jackie she was also rude. I requested pricing on tires and she said "do you have an appointment?" I explained I did not but wanted pricing and she said "I am busy and have no openings." Her customers service skills are beyond disappointing. I have been a Sams plus member for 18 years and will never return to the Sams tire department as long as this rude woman is allowed to work there. I will spread the word to others as well. There are too many options in this town that offer excellent customer service, I highly encourage others to take your business elsewhere! read more

Corey Morrison is a horrible people person. I called Sam's and ask for a manager and they transferred me to Corey. Once I was transferred to Corey I told him that the tire center broke a lug nut on my mothers car. They broke her lug nut and told her they can't fix it, after that they told her to go buy a new lug nut and they will pay her back. If your a tire center wouldn't you be able to locate a lug nut? Corey told me they are not responsible for that. I asked him if he would buy a car with 3 lug nuts instead of 4 lug nuts. This manager told me he has purchased a few cars with missing lug nuts. This guy can't even purchase a car with all the lug nuts but he can manage a store. Lol. CRAZY! If y'all don't believe me I will let you hear the recording of our conversation. They change how they check out people every week which is very confusing especially having children in my shopping cart. Items aren't honored at prices listed and are constantly changing, which I never noticed at the Sams club stores in the past three states I've lived in. Produce isn't as fresh and a lot of times very bruised. I tried to speak with a manager on the phone and the phone was obviously laid down on the counter for several minutes. Optical department a joke. They don't provide guidance into fit or lens options. My frame was chipped within a week, the frame was crooked on my face, and the Lens kept falling out. I ordered a $500 vacuum cleaner for a Christmas present to be delivered to the house. It never arrived. We've supplied the information Sam's requested 3 separate times. Sam's is fighting to reimburse or replace insisting that it was delivered via Fed Ex. Fed Ex says they did not deliver to our house. Sam's asked for a Police Report. We live in Graywood and the Police state they have not had any other reports these type of thefts in our neighborhood. We're jumping through a lot of hoops but there doesn't seem to be any assistance from Sam's Club Sam's is not answering emails (1st email response stated "Resolved") and unconcerned on the phone. read more

My sister's car broke down & was literally smoking on the interstate, so we pulled off the road & walked to the closest store, this Sams, to buy some coolant so we could get back on the road safely. We were very scared because we we arent from here & literally dont know anyone in the area we could call to drive us somewhere else, so this was our only option. We thought our mom had a Sams membership, but we didn't have the card, so we went to the membership desk & told the woman the whole story. However, since our mom's membership actually expired 2 weeks ago, the employee said that we couldn't buy the 1 thing of coolant. I understand that this is how Sams works, but this woman was incredibly rude & seemed annoyed that we would even ask for her help. She offered no sympathy or concern for our situation, so instead, we had to walk another mile to buy the coolant elsewhere. Again, obviously you need a membership to shop at sams, but this woman was so mean when we clearly had an extenuating circumstance & didnt seem to even believe what we were telling her. read more

We went to this location a few minutes ago. We got a 45 water bottle pack along with other stuff for our drive back to Houston. I didn't want kids spilling water in car so I got a couple straws from cafe area for drinking water. But at the exit gate someone from the store shouted that - get the straws from them. The lady at gate was confused so I showed her the straws in my kids hand and asked her- do you want these? She was confused too that why would I not be allowed to take a few straws, no one cares anywhere for taking a couple straws. But the store lady was still shouting from back, so I just gave the straws back to lady at gate and told her that this was too cheap. For the first time in my life I felt like I was deliberately insulted for a 10c straw. Wow! For all the times we've eaten and got membership there, this was real cheap. Their employees should realise the importance or customers. When we ask restaurants for a couple straw, they give us a bunch, and these guys... terrible.. read more
