Auto Center-- Fuck the employees here. Don't waste your time. I parked my car outside. There was only 2 people ahead of me and they had one car already pulling out of the garage. Keep in mind it's about 4:00. They close at 7:00. I wait outside. One of the mechanics comes by pushing a shopping cart. He tells me the service man will be out to help me in a little bit. I wait. 100° outside. Whatever. Guy comes back again 10-15 minutes later. Tells me to just go inside since the service tech is inside. I finally go in. The guy in the yellow vest is in there, helping some dude for 10 minutes. Can't figure out shit while, what I believe to be two supervisors/managers, out of uniform, just walked around the desk. They did not bother to help. The cashier lady didn't bother to help. She picks up one phone call and tells the person on the line that they're about to close walk-ins and then abruptly hangs up as the customer is speaking. Cool. Thought I somewhat had a chance still. There's a man waiting behind me. The old cashier lady is throwing some fit and won't let out a couple of guys through the back door even though they just got their car serviced and paid. Right beside me. I'm gonna guess that this is the same lady-- months ago, in a separate review, who gave me and my partner a hard time over the phone. It finally gets to my turn and the service tech looks at me and walks off towards the garages. I wait another 5-10 minutes for him to come back. When he does, he takes the man BEHIND me even though I'm right in front of the desk. Lovely. I apparently was just some brick wall standing there. Service guy tells the man there's no appts until Sunday. Okay. Man is pissed. I'm getting pissed too because I waited so long. 30+ minutes in a disorganized auto center! Finally gets to me after letting the man that was behind me type out all the stuff on the tablet, never acknowledging me once even though he was standing in front of me. It gets to my turn. No walk in appointments-- anymore. And no appt until next Sunday. Fuck that shit. They change the employees at this auto center, but nothing improves. Very disappointed with my recent experience at Walmart Supercenter. I bought garlic bread on April 21st and baked it the next day. My boyfriend and I already ate part of it before I noticed there was mold on the remaining half when I went to store it. Extremely disgusting and concerning. The packaging says "freshness guaranteed," which definitely does not match what I experienced. Luckily, we didn't get sick, but this could have easily been a health risk. Walmart really needs to pay closer attention to product quality and make sure expired or spoiled items are removed from shelves. read more

Very disappointed with the auto department. Went in to check my car in for a tire repair. Pulled up and checked in with the employee. The employee took all my info and looked at the tire that needed to be replaced. Car finally went in, then the auto tech called me to confirm which tire was supposed to be changed. They got it wrong. I told at check in that the front driver tire needed to be changed. Instead, they changed the back left. What should have be an easy tire change, I left with a new tire but missing one leaving. Make sure you double and triple check before confirming any work order. You may say one thing, but they may input in another thing. read more

Shopping in Las Vegas, Nevada... After hunting in a grocery store and Target, I suggested that we try Walmart for tonic water. (My auntie Sue drinks it to prevent leg cramps at night when she's sleeping.) Our shopping styles are different. I like to hunt and follow signs. My auntie wants to ask employees. Sometimes they don't speak English and sometimes they just don't know or give incorrect information. Sometimes they look up information and can tell that the item is out of stock. In this case, it was a combination of things... I was following signs when Auntie wanted to ask someone working in the Frozen Foods section. They directed us to the soda aisle. There were two choices and she selected one, paid at the cashier, then found out that it was diet variety. I told her it would be easy to return it as Customer Service is usually at the front of the store. As we passed the Liquor Department, she saw other bottles of tonic water. She said that if we had turned left into Walmart instead of going straight in, we would have seen the tonic water right away. OMG... How would I know? Anyway, she returned the diet tonic water at Customer Service and got a regular tonic water from the Liquor Department. LOL... I was happy to go to the candle aisle and found Prayer Candles for $1.57, plus 8.375 percent tax. In Honolulu, these candles are $1.81, plus 4.712 percent tax. So, these candles are about 20 cents less... However, carrying them is a bit of a struggle because of the weight and the fragile glass... I got 3 of them anyway... haha! This was a productive learning experience. I go to Walmart often at home. The prices and selection, in general, are quite good! read more

What's not to love? Of all the big box stores this is the best! This Walmart on Serene truly is one of the "better stores." It's a big box store, but it's one stop shopping . You can find pretty much everything and anything you're seeking.the prices these days will knock the wind out of us. Walmart although it's "Walmart," we are saving on our groceries and other items . Let's go shopping shall we. The healthy portion of the store is inviting to me . We need to eat the rainbow to be healthy and live our best lives. That's means fruits and vegetables that come from the ground. They are fresh and delicious. Buying products of different varieties of produce here they are better than an individual might consider. We all have our different preferences of how to make our space at home happy . The smells of candles are enchanting especially for all day burning . Their candle especially the largest ones burn way over a week and cost less than other places . I highly recommend. It's the fall season and the scents of November can be found in my home . Oh pine happiness and nature inside in all its glory. Burning and making the best of memories and epic dreams as we move through the house . Are you in need of a new movie to keep you and the family occupied ? They have the newest episode of that hard copy for your collection or old movie you need to caught up on . In our so called lives we need things to keep us occupied from the mundane things that make us feel unalive. Our lives need physical touches of our living experiences . Just paid $99/yr for Walmart free grocery delivery! Thought it would be a wonderful help, but delivery problems continue. Latest delivery was missing 9 out of 16 items. Email receipt said 16 were delivered. *No previous emai notifications were sent for unavailable or out-of-stock items this time. *Somewhere between the store and my house, 9 items disappeared. Poor customer service. I asked if my items could be held until the next day after discovering tap-to-pay was not accepted, but was told they could only be held for one hour. No attempt was made to accommodate a reasonable request or provide an alternative solution. Very disappointing experience. The service department at this Walmart is horrendous. They take an hour and a half to do an oil change and then they go on a 15 to 20 minute break then they come back and do another car. Unbelievable poor work ethic. Just spoke with the manager and he said that they only have two employees on and they're going back-and-forth between doing oil changes and then go do tire work. Completely mismanaged and even though they get poor reviews all the time, management doesn't seem to do anything about any issues. I will not luse this place ever again so for all you out there stay away. Just drove away. No communication with staff on how long the wait. All those with reservations drove away as well. This location is the road less traveled for me. I do not like the vibe or setup of it. You would think for the area that it would be a little more organized and clean inside, but I just do not get that here. Shopping here seems like a chore. They have all of the Walmart staples, but there's just something about the layout and the vibe that I cannot get on board with. I often forget about this Walmart, but I recently stopped by with my daughter for some back-to-school shopping and was pleasantly surprised. They had a great selection at very reasonable prices, and the staff was genuinely helpful. We also got distracted with all of the cute pajamas. I did witness one customer being extremely rude to the fitting room attendant, but the young woman working there handled it with such kindness and patience. It's the kind of customer service you can't teach. The parking lot can get busy, but I've always been able to find a spot. I also noticed they've switched mostly to self-checkout, which is convenient when I only have a few items. Overall, a solid shopping trip. read more

It's a good customer service center. I was surprised at the good attitude of the customer service center employees and their efforts and efficiency. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars it looked like they were shorthanded. This is the second time I've returned something with the same problem. 2 people doing the work of four or 5 people. And doing it well. But waiting 20-30 minutes (or more) seems the empty registers need an extra hand. I'm not pointing any blame, but I am again pleased with the existing employees attitude and efficiency but not with the apparent ratio of employees to customers. Two days in a row I've been dealing with missing delivery items, was told to return and reorder, just to receive missing items once again and damaged items as the dish soap was packed OPEN and spilled half of the soap all over the other items. Pictures of the first delivery CLEARLY show only two of the 6 items delivered, and the new delivery from me REORDERING the items was a picture of my house address instead of showing the missing and damaged items. I ordered these items (baby diapers, wipes and pull ups) because I have a long trip tomorrow at 4AM, with two young kids and was just trying to make things a little easier, CLEARLY THAT WAS A MISTAKE TRUSTING WALMART ON SERENE. Disappointed by Lack of Price Transparency in Clothing Section I visited this Walmart recently and noticed that an entire section of clothing had no price tags--not on the garments, not on the racks, not on the shelves. When I asked an employee why, I was told that they had torn off all the price tags because prices went up and they were in the process of replacing them. I was told someone could "help me with a price if I needed it," but honestly, that's not an acceptable substitute. As a customer, I want to see the price clearly before deciding to buy something--not have to chase down an employee and hope I'm being told the right number. I also wanted to see the original price of the item, which they couldn't (or wouldn't) show me. This raises serious concerns about price transparency and whether prices are being quietly increased without notifying customers. The employee did tell me "because the prices went up". Nevada law requires retail prices to be clearly displayed, and this situation felt like it fell short of that basic expectation. I hope management addresses this soon--because as much as I appreciate convenience, I expect honesty and clarity when I shop. read more

I came to this Walmart today 6/9/26 to pick up a Uber Eats order. There are not enough associates working in the pickup section at this store. I have been here for almost more than hour. No employees or management came to acknowledge me to let me know what was going on. Store seems short staffed. I have no way to get in touch with the customer. Store is too busy to see me parked in a curbside spot and to come help me. I will get in touch with uber about the situation. I will tell them I won't accept Walmart orders again. Walmart takes too long to prepare orders. There were multiple people here before me and I have been waiting the longest. If I can't speak to a manager,I will be getting in touch with corporate. Walmart needs to do better and hire more employees to keep operations running smoothly. A majority of them are probably on break. This review is for their auto center (ACC). As a Walmart+ member, Walmart's website states tire repairs are FREE WITHOUT buying tires from Walmart. I spoke to 3 ACC people (one was the team lead) and all said, "Tire needs to be bought from Walmart..." which is wrong. I found it on their website and had to talk to customer service that then walked with me to ACC and spoke to the same 3 people and showed the ACC lead from Walmart's website in order for them to honor it. It took over 2 hours to even look at the car for a simple tire repair. At last they had no low profile jacks and couldn't safely lift the car. An ACC that doesn't have low profile jacks is the most ridiculous things they can say especially not wanting to honor W+ member services. This place is a joke! read more

I would suggest you order everything online and just pick up, so you don't waste your time walking and looking for items inside because it is a big place. This Walmart location is great. It's clean, bright and well organized. The staff have been super helpful and friendly. It has just about anything you could need or want. Need a fishing rod? They have that. Needed make up like lashes and contouring stick, they have that too. Need to get groceries and pick up your prescriptions? It's all here. Also, they have an eye center with an optometrist as well. Very good pricing for an eye exam and glasses. If you have a current eye glass prescription they can help you get another set affordably. One of the best part about Walmart is being able to afford a lot of things without spending too much. Unfortunately with theft a lot of items are locked up. I'm fine with that though until society gets better. There are a lot of hardworking people there and they always say hi. Don't pass on the Great Value brand either. It's usually very good and very affordable. The dishwasher detergent pack is great and I usually use Cascade. The soaps and shampoo from Great Value doesn't dry my skin or hair out either. It's usually next to the brand name item you're looking for. They also have a section for natural only beauty products and for curly hair care items too. Usually you have to go to a beauty supply store, but it's great they offer a diverse range of products. You can find some handy camping gear or tailgating items here as well. I bought a great medium size wagon for camping, soccer games and the beach. No more hauling the cooler, the umbrellas, towels and food like a mule. So easy and convenient! Parking can get busy, so be vigilant and patient. Great store and would recommend. read more

Well I guess it's been 7yrs since I've left a review. I mean Walmart is Walmart. I'm a fan & I get stuck in here longer then I want to be & walk out with more stuff then I planned on buying! lol Even going in with a grocery list. I've got to check out the latest holiday/seasonal selections & of course their clearance items. Couple of things about Walmart is their produce is horrible most times. There have been times when they are selling some good looking produce but most times it's pretty sad looking. Also I'm not a big fan of self check out but @ least it doesn't alarm if you start picking up your full bags to put in your cart to make more room for the rest of your stuff. What gets me is you guys make us scan & bag our own stuff but then you can't trust us & need to check our cart & receipt on our way out... I mean are you really checking my receipt?? Your just pretending to then making a little mark on my receipt with a pretty color! lol I hate how this store isn't 24hrs anymore. Going shopping late @ night & very early in the AM is the best here. No crowds. I did get backed into about 2 yrs ago in the parking lot. I came to this Walmart just after opening at 6am to make a return. The friendly greeter informed me that returns could not be made until 7am when the Customer Service desk opened. I went away and came back to get my return completed. The staff member who helped me was quick and warm. My frustration is that I did my due diligence and checked Yelp, Google, the Walmart website and the physical signs on the store doors. Nowhere had the Customer Service desk hours posted. When I asked the friendly greeter where I was expected to find out that the hours to make returns differed from the main store hours he told me it was with him. Have some respect for customers' time Walmart and post your Customer Service desk hours. This is ridiculous. read more
