When I first noticed him, I legit thought that I was looking at a mannequin. Upon further viewing, I realized it was actually a human being/employee wearing typical civilian clothes. I don't know what his job title is, but he just stood there quietly. When we reached the front register, there was an employee with the phone to his ear, but we never heard him utter a word as we stood there for what felt like 1 to 2 extremely long minutes. Once I realized he wasn't going to acknowledge us. I asked him "who do I speak to for assistance". He then said he would help when he finishes up, because he's currently on the phone with a customer. In which I replied OK, I just needed to know who to speak to, because I don't know what's going on here. Right after telling him that a third employee came from the back of the store and immediately assisted us. After we complete our transaction, that same (on the phone) employee did tell me and the rest of my party to have a great day as if to make up for the lack of customer service we received upon our arrival. Some might consider it to be too little too late, but I can somewhat appreciate the gesture, so I replied "likewise"... Better late than never, I guess. As far as the store goes everything was neatly organized, and fully stocked with an extensive inventory to choose from. After this visit, I decided to download the app so I can accumulate points. As well as have any and all future purchases delivered conveniently to my home. That way I can get all the products that I love, and avoid awkward social settings with semi professional/unprofessional employees... That's what you call a win-win scenario.
