I drove there to get a new pass decal for one of my Harleys today after talking to the Pikepass authority who told me that Williams had on hand after updating everything on the phone with the State. I get there and the two ladies behind the Costumer No-Service counter said that they had the State decals but didn't know how to use the system. They suggested that I go to the tag agency down the road. I went there and they didn't have any of the motorcycle decals left on hand and suggested that I go back to Williams and tell them to call the tag agency and they would help them. I went back to Williams and asked if they could call them or the State to figure it out. They refused and went back to playing on their cell phones. My suggestion, DON'T BE LAZY and learn your fricken jobs!! As nasty as this lame "discount" store is you would think they would do ANYTHING to get costumers in. Avoid at ask costs. It's worth the gas money to drive 15 miles away to avoid the rotten bug invested fruit/vegetables, super high prices, coupons that don't WORK, and most importantly NOT CATCHING HEPATITIS C!!

The thing that ranks them highest in town for me is the bright, open feel to the store. The lights are on, the space is clean, and everything has a price tag. Not only are things easy to find, but you don't have to ask what things cost. This makes it a more comfortable shopping experience for customers who are new to an Asian market. It was determined her meter was giving a false reading and needed to be calibrated. Doing this would require a special solution we tried to purchase at a Wal-Mart in OKC. They didn't have it, but the lady working there went above and beyond and discovered a Wal-Mart in Lawton had what we needed. We made a special trip to pick it up on our way home. The pharmacy team was leaving for lunch when we arrived. We explained our situation to them. But, unfortunately lunch was more important than 2 minutes of their time to ring up the solution. We would need to come back after lunch. I gave 2 pharmacy workers a chance to be hero's to us, but they showed their true character by telling us we would need to come back. Obviously, we weren't going to sit 30 minutes in a place where people could care less about our needs when we knew we could go most anywhere else and people would be more than willing to assist us. So Wal-Mart pharmacy.... thanks for nutting. I called to give you a piece of my mind but decided I need to keep all I have and y'all weren't worth causing me to act no better than you did. Hope things get better there because they can't get much worse. Good, good day!

The complex was pretty darned small for being on a large base. But I guess with Walmart right outside the main gate there's no real need for something huge. Nothing in comparison with the Navy Exchange in Honolulu, but quaint. They did have a Taco Bell, Starbucks, a t-shirt shop, glasses store, and a couple kiosks in addition the the main store. Tons of seating in the mall area to eat your fast food and drink the cup of piping hot joe. Basically, a run-of-the-mill small mall with NO taxes.
