I normally have good experiences at this store, but today I noticed cabbage being displayed in the same refrigerated case right next to raw beef. When I asked a shift manager about the potential cross-contamination risk, I was told it was fine since the meat was packaged. Does Walmart is about a smart at the flea? I can't do not order at 4:50. They show app at 7:30 with my order. After I told them, I had canceled it i had a call and talked to a guy which took forever. I can never find anything in Walmart....none of the locations. I came here just to pick up a few items before going to a friend's house. It took me forever to find 3 items so I wouldn't recommend coming here if you are in a hurry! Positive- The cashier was really nice and double bagged my items! Beware of the automotive department. I needed simply to have my battery tested. The manager stood and talked to a man while his employee damaged the interior of my automobile badly. I assume the worker didn't know how to get to the 12v battery under the seat. He literally forced the panel off the entire length of the back seat breaking the clips and pins. He also bent my seat back forcibly causing a crease in the padding. Now the car needs body work. At least the manager had an easy day chatting it up while his untrained/unsupervised employee damaged my vehicle. read more

I pretty much only shop at Walmart and this is my favorite one. It's not the biggest one but it's got all the things I ever need. The cashiers that I go to are always nice and I've yet to encounter any worker that was rude or unhelpful. While I would prefer to shop at an Aldi's this Walmart is close to my house and affordable. read more

This location feels a little dated and could use a face lift. The inside was fairly clean, but definitely was disorganized. The employees were friendly enough. I did have a problem finding what I was looking for due to the disorganization - surprise, surprise. Should have just done the online order / mobile pickup here too. Parking lot was a little crowded, like most Wal-mart locations that I've been to. I think they just try to fit in as many cars into the lot as they can. read more

OK,so this location is the closest to me and very convenient but they are always out of something and they stock their store all through out the day which makes it hard to get through the aisles. You would think as much as they stock their shelves would stay full but they don't! ..so I don't know if the stockers are putting stuff on the shelves and then take them off when no one is watching. I'm still going to give them three stars because the customer service is good and I'm a walmart Fanatic. If they would keep their shelves stocked I would give them a 10. read more

This is the worst Walmart ever. I spend thousands with them a year and they have skipped so many of my delivery orders, delivered my groceries to someone else, told me I had delivery delays and never showed up and saidI had to come to pick them up. The manager can not be oblivious to the horrible customer service. We need new management at this store. Everyone in town drives to 280, Pell City and a Trussville because the Moody Walmart is terrible!! read more

Eventhough they offer delivery now because of Covid it isnt free and I'd rather tip the people who bring it to our home. Can hardly go into the actual store anymore. Associates are usually stocking all times of the day and pallets are blocking many of the lanes where you can't get yourself or your cart through. When you do see an associate the almost never acknowledge the customers first. They are kinda rude and made me feel like I was in their way. Customer Service just isn't the same as it was many years ago. read more

Auto Center here is sorry. Crappy customer service. Pulled the car in, then took an hour to plug a tire. That should be a 10 minute job. I worked at a tire store for 5 years; no reason for that to be an hour-long job. read more

Service Center answered the phone after 10 minutes of ringing then hung up. I found the tires I wanted online and the site showed 5 in stock. When we arrived the very rude associate said "Im busy" and walked off. After 30 minutes of waiting we were told they didn't have any of the tires in stock. Terrible customer service and very rude associate in the service center. read more

The Auto Repair Center at this Walmart was HORRIBLE! We are from South Carolina & we noticed we had a bad tire at the truck stop so we drove 2 miles from the truck stop to this Walmart to get new tires put on. When we arrived we were informed that they didn't even have enough staff to open the center & that they would have to call some people to come help & we would have to wait. We waited & upon arrival of the auto center manager, he said we would have to drop our trailer in order for them to change the tires AFTER we were told dropping the trailer was unnecessary. We needed the tires changed so we asked if we could get help dropping the trailer & they proceeded to tell us they couldn't help us drop the trailer nor hook it back up if we were unable to get it back on. We asked if we could barrow a cinder block to set the trailer on & they told us no, we would have to buy some. After 3 hours we were FINALLY able to leave to go back to South Carolina. In short, -10/10 would not recommend read more

It took the auto center an hour to change my oil. I was the only one there. Never coming here again. Slow service rude cashiers.
