I actually live within 5 minutes drive of this Walmart. It is filthy, the manager has extreme anger management issues (possibly substance abuse alleged), the store is always out of the items I want to purchase, and the store has an extremely negative vibe. The worst is that on their last oil change of my 2018 Buick, they destroyed the oil drain plug without telling me and charged me full price for a properly performed service (violating state and federal fraud laws per se). I didn't find out that my Encore's oil drain plug was ruined until I presented my Buick to the Mineola store to have the oil changed and they declined to perform the change, citing that the oil drain plug had been damaged so badly by the previous technician at the Lindale store that they could not remove the plug and I would have to get a new oil drain plug and an "extractor set" (which has various sizes of socket type extractors) in order to repair the damage the store in Lindale caused. Poor management by Don Hines, of store number 3764 may be because, per his LinkedIn resume, working at Walmart literally is the only job he ever has. The bathrooms are atrocious, Hines seems not only surly but on the very of violence, and treats employees like slaves. I am including a picture of what his store did to my oil drain plug and the evidence of poor bathroom maintenance. Don Hines is the "manager" of the Lindale Walmart. He has "issues", shall we call them "anger issues". The store is dying. The stock is not being restocked, bathrooms often in horrible shape (see uploaded photo). I will not ever go into that store again. The people in "Customer Service" will threaten to call the police if you use the word "damn", and Don Hines , the manager will also tell you he will call the police and trespass you if you complain of the hateful and incompetent people in the Customer Service Center. It would be a good idea if they would do a substance check on this individual. There is something serious unhealthy and even perhaps dangerous about him to be honest. read more

I happened to go to the Lindale Walmart on Centennial, manager Don Hines, and noticed hardly any customers at a time when there should be several people.
