Spoke to a lady in the pharmacy and asked her where to find a product. She pointed in front of her and said, it's on that shelf. I looked and couldn't find it. I asked could you please see if the product is in stock. Her answer was, "No, sorry that's not my job." I walked out of the store and won't be back to this location. Most employees have a way to look up items and can tell you how many of a certain product is on the shelf. She made no attempt to assist me. read more

I went to purchase the Equate Sinus and Congestion pseudoephedrine hci. There is a CO state limit of 3.6gram per month. Each pill is 30mg, which is equivalent to 120 pills per month. I asked if I could purchase 4 x 24 pill packages (96 pills), as I might take 3 pills/day (90). These work well for sinus colds, etc. The associate talked to the pharmacist, or perhaps it was a senior associate, then told me I could only purchase 48 pills. I asked why, as 48 pills didn't even allow me to take 2 pills/day before they would run out (the Equate instructions allow you to take up to 6/day). When I explained the state allows up to 120 pills per month, the associate told me it was a Walmart policy. I wanted to alert everyone that the Walmart on W Quincy in Littleton, CO has a policy for pseudoephedrine hci of only 144mg/month (40% of the state allowance). Worst experience at this Walmart, please stay away if you are of color brown or latino. This "security" started to harass me while I was with my family. I showed him my receipt he checked all of my items. As he was doing so he began to mock me. I asked him for my receipt back he said to "shut up, I do what I want here when I want." I like Walmart, I really do. They have great prices and a huge selection of stuff. It's often my "go to" place for pet supplies. Especially stuff I want/need to buy in bulk. What I don't like is the not so casual move on their part to eliminate people actually running the check stands. I don't mind self scan for a few items but when I have a large buggy full, I want an actual checker. Plus, I hate eliminating jobs in favor of machines and technology. Paul the greeter locked the doors at 10:50 last Thursday and there was a crowd of people building up outside bc they don't close until 11. people were still coming out of the store and we're still shopping inside of the store and we still had 10 minutes before the stores closed to shop. I had to return some reading glasses before I shopped this morning. I had bought 3 different pairs at different strengths for my dad to try but not one worked for him. The older lady at the return desk, "Doreen" or "Darlene" asked if they had been used. This always annoys me and this Wal-mart sucks to try and take items back to. Can you not look at the product and see that they are BRAND NEW/RESELLABLE? They often give you sh**. You're Wal-mart! You make BILLIONS! You will take my return and like it, OK?! The return was a measly $18 dollars. Do not ask me any questions, EVER! You know who takes returns without asking a bunch of stupid questions? Home Depot and Kohl's! Now I recall why I did not peruse this store that much in the past. Best Buy is another store whose return desk/policies are awful! AVOID! After I received my refund, I went shopping. I had to get a couple of printer cartridges. A clerk named REX asked if I needed help as the cartridges are locked up. This guy was AWESOME!!!!!! Beyond friendly and helpful! He actually asked ME first! The clerks in this store, in any dept, NEVER offer help!Usually I get a grumpy older lady in Electronics when I go to this store in the weekday morning. I just witnessed a security person practically attack a customer. He stopped her while still in the store and wanted to see her receipt. She showed him he checked it and it was fine. The customer was a bit upset because they don't use bags at this store so all your items are just in the cart. She was not happy that they singled her out. The security person then berated her and started calling her names. I've never seen anything like it. Using profanity and the customer responded with profanity back. Went a little before closing to just use the bathroom and of course they locked the doors 15 minutes before even closing. I came into this store to return a pair of shoes bought late February and had been worn once. Before I went into the store, I called Walmart corporate to check if this return would be okay because I'd understand if it wasn't. They said that would be okay and to start a return on the app and select the poor quality option and bring it into the store. When I went into the store they denied my return and told me to call. I then called a second time and they said the only person able to help me would be the manager of the Walmart store, who I had already talked to. And the corporate said you only have 30 days to return things. When you go into the store, there are signs up everywhere talking about the return policy being 90 days and same thing with the app. The app told me that I had to return this item by May, which was 90 days. My issue is this store doesn't even follow the state law, which is 2 am to sell beer. So, after walking through a random snow storm that came out of now where, I arrived at 10:10 pm and they wouldn't make an exception. (Terrible Service)! For some dumb reason, their store policy is 10 pm and not the state law, why nobody knows, they just tell me to contact Walmart. (So, it seems Walmart is exempt from following state law, passed by congress.) Okay, I would contact WalMart, while I'm standing in a Walmart, except they make the process nearly as difficult as Costco. What else bothers me besides the store management lack of common sense is Walmart owns this entire parking lot from Native Roots to Costco to BK. I don't get all the negative reviews. It's a Wal-Mart in a pretty heavily populated area... that has recently experienced an upswing in Homelessness and trolls from California moving in from out of state. You can expect here what you would expect at any Wal-Mart in the Denver metro area these days. Yeah, there will be issues, but that is mostly because of the shady customer base, not because this store is intentionally doing a bad job. Sure, I probably would avoid coming here after dark, but aside from that? Meh, it's what I expect... They're also charging a Denver bag fee although they're not in Denver and this is illegal. They also stock the shelves while the store is still open making it very difficult to get carts across the aisles. I've been to much better Walmart's in way more crowded areas. As we all know the pandemic has required many of us to utilize grocery delivery service. I have been using Walmart delivery service. They use doordash but my issue with The grocery pickers at walmart. 3 weeks ago i received a rotten watermelon....and i am talking squishy soft . If someone were paying attention they would notice that. Today i received 2 bags of slimey cucumbers...again if someone were to be paying attention they would notice. I was given a refund via email for the watermelon & they didnt want it back. I just received an email stating they want these slimey cucumbers delivered back to the store before they will issue a refund! Since when have you ever heard of a grocery store wanting their rotten produce returned? Best of all they want it by November 2, 2021! If they wouldnt get stinky and more gross i would love to wait the 30 days to give them their disgusting cucumbers back. I will never use Walmart delivery again, because its not like you can check it and send back with the driver because they wont take it. I know this because they consistently break my eggs, walmart wont take eggs back.....you are just sh-- out of luck. I recently decided to try Safeway delivery, they are far better and no rotten produce or late delivery. Safeway has a much better selection and fresher. read more

I do shop at this Walmart but I have also learned to watch the price of every single item that is scanned. Often I will purchase an item because it is on sale and then when I check my receipt, of course after I get home, I find out I was charged full price. These days I am shopping more often at my local Target but when I do shop at Walmart for a sale item I now use several tactics to help assure the sale price and get out the door without wasting time at the register. Often when I challenge the price scanned at the register I get an argument from the cashier, usually saying scanned price is current price. At this point, I am asking for a price check which has the line delayed and dirty looks from the people behind me in line. Now, when I see an item for sale I take a picture with my cell phone of the item on the shelf just above the sale price tag. If I have a problem at the register, I just pull out the picture and show the sale price. It works, and the price is corrected. I wish shopping sale items at Walmart was easier. read more

I came here and the place was crowded and didn't have half the stuff I was looking for. They didn't have enough people working the registers and the self-checkout area had a line. Hands down worst Walmart experience. The store was super disorganized. There were lamps and men's clothes under the boy's sign, and the boy clothes were over in shoes. Things were picked over and all over the place. I was trying shoes on my boys and an employee said she had to escort me to the front so I could pay for them. I said I wasn't done shopping and she followed me through the next couple aisles. Just as I was super frustrated, a couple of elderly women were passing by confused that they couldn't find the right aisle because the number system didn't make sense. We joked about how unordered everything was. I'll stick to my favorite on Bowles and 470 and not come back to this one. read more
