What can I say? I ran into this location to get a few last minute grocery staples - butter and…read morecheese. Upon entering, I could not help but notice that the floors were quite literally filthy. Filthy. Like, spills that had dried and were just left - everywhere. There was rap music playing quite loudly at the front register - i don't mind the style of music, it was just too noisy. I was grabbing my few items and I overheard one employee yell to another, "Oh my gosh, that man just peed in here on the floor." Apparently, an intoxicated man walked in, asked to use bathroom, was told it was out of service and he decided to urinate on the floor. Wow. By the way, it was about 10:30 AM! Other disappointment in this store is that it is unbelievably messy, aisles are packed with stuff, things are falling off the shelves, it's just not clean and not organized at all. So, why two stars? Because the manager is one of the most professional, kindest employees I've ever seen - it seems that this location has a lot of older clientele and I could hear him interacting with them and a few times walking the customers over to show them personally what they were looking for, instead of just saying "it's on aisle 5". Side note - I visited this location again about a week ago, the floors had been cleaned and polished and looked great! Good enough that many customers were saying, wow the floors look terrific! Parking lot is small and I guess this location is quite old as the parking lot is crumbling and definitely needs to be repaved.

As far as Dollar Tree stores go, this store is older and it shows. The shelves are well-stocked but a bit messy and the store isn't the cleanest, but it is also just an older location. The employees are friendly and professional. With Covid, masks are required to enter, just a side note. Tons of parking since it's in a very large strip adjacent to the Louisburg Walmart.
