I have never been to a worse Walmart. I just spent $482 here and the cashier, Heather, had the worst attitude I have ever encountered in a Walmart employee. We just purchased a house here and needed to buy essentials. I also needed to rent a carpet cleaner. I asked the lady at customer service. She sent me to Heather, our cashier. Heather, very rudely, told me it was out of service. No apology and definitely didn't feel like she gave a flip. I noticed Walmart was hiring for a starting rate of $14 per hour. Surely they can find employees with better attitudes than Heather. I will not be rushing back here to shop. read more

All I will say about walmart is great store and the associates are friendly also, but i have to say is the hiring process sucks the high heaven. The person in charge of hiring should retire and be replaced with someone that is not so bias and racist about people. If this person doesn't like you because of her views then you don't get the job even when you have the experience or not. Wake-up walmart get ride of these people there making your store look bad. Went to this Walmart and it took 39 mins for someone to come to the jewelry department and then the lady walked up to the register and acted like we were gonna steal what we got. Then when we walked in they made us wear a mask acting like if u wear a mask u ain't gonna get the the virus. Won't be coming back. read more

I had a cart load of groceries and other things and went to the checkout with a cashier at it to be quicker. My coffee creamer wouldn't scan so the cashier typed in the numbers then bagged it. I looked up and the creamer was $46. I asked her to look at that price of the creamer and then she realized it was wrong and took it off but wasn't able to get the creamer. I visited this WalMart on Sunday 8/23/20 and it was the most unsettling experience I've had during this whole Covid epidemic. For starters no one counting customers as we went in, 4 employees outside but 3 of the 4 were horseplaying and one greeted me pleasantly. No cart wipes, and not one to tell you if they had been cleaned or not. The store was way over crowded and no social distancing was being enforced at the checkouts. I stood in a 20 item or less line and watched as 5 people checked out in front of me and not one time did the cashier wipe down the credit card reader or the counter. As for her she had on a mask but not over her nose. Standing in line the person next to me was not 2 feet between us and all lines were the same way. I've tried to reach management to inform them of my experience and no one had answered the phone all morning. Stay away during this time of epidemic you may be infected. read more

I have visited Walmarts all over the country, and this Walmart has the dumbest rules that I have ever been to. When I went to check out with my mother, who had purchased some wine, they wanted to ID both of us. My mom had her wallet, and they IDed her. Then they asked me for my ID. I have multiple problems with this because: A I was not purchasing the wine - my mom was. B. My mom got the wine. I didn't. C. My wallet was in the car. Did they let my mom get the wine? No! Why not? They claimed BOTH of us had to have proof that we are over 21 because - horror of horrors - I would be riding in the same car as hers (so what) and I might touch the wine (oh, how absolutely terrible to have a person touch a bottle of wine). We have gone shopping together at lots of other stores in Indiana (We have lived here for over 21 years, and this was the first time that any store wanted to ID both of us when only 1 of us is buying the groceries. If this Walmart is going to be making up rules that ruins their own business (after all, they are losing money by not letting people purchase items), they should at least post their stupid rules so everyone knows about them. I do a lot of grocery shopping on my own, and if I can help it, I'll never go shopping at this Walmart again because of their utterly stupid rules about purchasing wine. read more

I thought a Lenovo lap pad at the Walmart Supercenter Marion Indiana and bought the warranty and the screen went black and I went to return it and I told me I had to go online to replace it the pad they gave me was different not the same that I bought not the same price and then after I got the pad a month later l had it the scene went Black I consider them thieves on their Electronics but they won't too call other people thieves .I witness a lady that didn't have no intentions of stealing from the store forgot to scan two items and now they're sitting her lawyer papers and tell her that she has to pay them $100 eyewitness the manager of the store that could have walked 11 feet to her and explain the machine did not scan that's who items instead he would have just she left and then called her she shoplifted.I will boycott this store to the day I die. read more

In the past few months, there have been so many reports of people shoplifting and people overdosing in the bathroom in this Walmart. The store is messy itself, and once you walk in, it just feels cramped and dirty. read more
