Multiple employees walked around the floor actually checking in and asking if I needed help finding anything, which felt refreshing compared to most locations where you can't find anyone if you tried. Also noticed way less stuff locked up behind those annoying security cases you deal with at other Walmarts, so I could actually grab what I needed without waiting around for someone to unlock it. So I am a Milford native i have been going to this Walmart most of my life and recently I have become conscious of the treatment of people of color leaving the store, the most predominantly white, store greeters sitting on theirs asses all day very clearly have been profiling Indian American and Latin American shoppers, tonight has reinforced this for me as I watched an old white man single out a South Asian American couple, I got in line for my receipt to be checked just like them and the other white man called to us to walk ahead saying "you're good to go". oh lord this is disgustingly abhorrent behavior I recognize Walmart employees are not always the most well in the head but seriously, Walmart you need to fix this harmful issue it makes everyone but your sick twisted employees uncomfortable. read more

Returning a gift WITH receipt but they can't scan the receipt yet we can clearly read the price and tax charged but not the bar code or number above. But a top manager can't approve the $5 difference as many products are marked down after Christmas so that the company can make money off returns with no receipt. Good workers, bad management practices. For the principle of it I'm working to get this right or innocent people will continue to be ripped off by one of the world's largest companies. Hi, Walmart wanna-be mechanic here. Before I get started I wanna say that the mechanics for store number 5499 are phenomenal, the issue lies with the managers and CEO's. in my personal and professional opinion I say do not take your car here to get worked on, Walmart doesn't know a thing about keeping cars healthy. All the torque wrenches need calibrated (which they neglect to do), any oil that winds up on the floor just gets pushed down the floor drains. God forbid if you have a messed up stud cause they will turn you away and even have you do half the work yourself instead of simply fixing the stud, got brake issues? Trouble stopping the car? They'll have you turn around and DRIVE the vehicle elsewhere DESPITE THE MAJOR SAFETY CONCERNS, they may have good prices but is that really more important than you or your families safety? They keep trying to run a shop like a retail store and that is why Walmart will for sure wind up k*lling a family of four if not more due to the fact that they neglect to properly work on cars. Every single delivery person has had a nasty attitude! They literally act like they being forced do deliver your order! They act like you're putting them out. My recent delivery came in 3 bags and 2 of the bags were completely ripped apart! I'm not even sure how they made it to my porch without falling out or the bag. This isn't what I signed up for. I won't be renewing my "free delivery " service. They clearly are hiring the most pissed off employees who hate their job then sending them out to deliver to customers. Ummm hello? Stupid move! I had previously been inside to this location various times over the years, but sparingly because overall I am not fond of Walmart. This location is quite busy. It is decently organized, stocked, and clean. They have a larger garden/seasonal center than most. During this stay at home time, I have turned to them for their Grocery order online, drive up pickup service. It is free, their inventory is mostly up to date, and they offer perishable and non perishable items. I tried this for the first time a few weeks ago at a different location, but in the past several weeks I was going to be in this area so I chose this store to see if it went as smoothly. It went just as well here each time. To order drive up, It is easiest to download the app, although you may use your computer too. Search through items, add them to your cart, then choose a pickup time window. Right now, despite how busy this service is, I was still able to get second day scheduling. You have until 12hrs prior to your pickup window to add or delete items. Once the order is picked, you ahead of time receive a notification with any items out of stock as well as substitutions if you have allowed those. Always choose the sub, because they will usually give you a more expensive sub at no extra charge. If you do not like the substitution you can decline it and receive a credit. Unfortunately you cannot decline the sub until at the store. When you arrive if you have the app, you can use it to check in. If you do not wish to get the app, there is a phone number listed to call for check in. My order has been brought out and loaded into the car within 5 mins each visit. Out of all my items, only 2 were out of stock each time and Ive received subs that were more than twice the cost (for no extra charge)! I obviously accepted them! I did not have to sign as they offered to sign for me to keep the transactions contactless. The ladies that bring out the orders are so sweet, despite the circumstances. They said theyve been really busy and shorthanded. I thanked them for their service! Save yourself the headache disaster at Kroger pickup and do Walmart instead! read more

This a very nice clean Walmart. Totally opposite of the dump in Eastgate. They need more cashiers when they get busy. Last time I was there someone was Facebook living the long line with commetary. I cannot believe how terrible the employees were to my sister and I. Not one employee could help us find what we came for and had they had no intention to assist or help us find assistance. When we asked if they knew another employee who could help us find our items they responded with attitude and rude body gestures. Absolutely disgusting. I am the last person to ever complain, but the level of disrespect and lack of customer service was just so mind blowing. As a shopper who needs a motorized cart, there are never enough. They only have, at the most, 6 and there are 30+ handicap spots in the parking lot. Twice employees have said they were in back and needed to be fixed. I'm left with no choice but to go to the other stores in the neighborhood. Then, ordered something online, went to store, and, guess what..the pickup was said to close at 7, although, my email said 8..Going to call manager tomorrow and have them deliver my order since they have delivery for grocery, they can deliver what I ordered online. This was my first time in this location as I didn't know it was even there! I was impressed by the measures the employees are taking during Covid with having one entrance and requiring masks (state mandated). The store had a nice lay out and was full of merchandise. They need more employees, they usually only have 1 or 2 checkout lanes open, employees give attitude and use strong profanity. They don't clean efficiently, I walk around and find people leaving their trash on shelves. I find what I need there but their customer service needs help. When I talked to the guy at the counter on the phone he was like it's not my problem it's WALMART.com which ticked me off because what's the point in this service if you are passing the blame ? I like this store because, even if it is in Milford, it's a pretty nice store...well, "Nice" is word not really used for Walmart. But...you get what I mean. Plus, there's a lady that works the front door seemingly every time I go there. She knows me...she makes me feel like Norm on cheers. She's awesome. She's so awesome, in fact, that when I leave there without getting anything, she makes me feel bad for leaving the store with nothing in my hands! In my opinion, everyone needs to be extremely careful when shopping at the Walmart superstore in Milford Ohio. I tried to shop there this morning and The employees were so untrained in safety measures concerning coronavirus that I was absolutely shocked. They had an employee standing in the doorway counting the people who were going in and out because they're limiting it. There was no way to get out the doorway and even be 3 feet away from him as he stood there with his clipboard. I asked him if the employees in the store had heard about social distancing and he said some had and some hadn't. How could there be anyone on the planet who has not heard that there is a killer virus in every community right now. I am an RN and I was just shocked at what I saw in that store. People must be living under a rock. You can't control the customers at Walmart and their behavior but I was so stunned that most of the employees had no clue how to act I tried to stand back from the cashier who was ringing up my items. She wanted me to come down close to her and put them Right next to her hand. I told her that I was practicing social distancing and I felt more comfortable standing at the end of the conveyor belt and could she please turn it on and move the items towards her in that way. She got so nasty and hateful that I actually had to call a manager over. I was the only person in line I might add so I wasn't holding anybody up or backing into anybody. The grocery department has items that my local Walmart doesn't, I enjoy that. I like changing up my grocery store every once in awhile to see what other stores have to offer in terms of pricing and products. The retail side wasn't so great. A lot of products were out of place or out-of-stock. I wasn't a fan but honestly, I am not a fan of many Walmart locations. The parking is better here and the store was cleanier than MANY other Walmart locations I have been to (including in Northern Kentucky). read more

Poor customer service. The heavily pierced woman I n electronics was very slow and seemed put out to help. All I needed was a GPS and it took 13 minutes of standing around (after I told her I needed it unlocked) and getting another employee to purchase it. We were having our car worked on today and while waiting decided to do some shopping. What I purchased was near automotive so I went to a register in the back of the store. The employee was helping a man get a hunting license. I waited 10 minutes before he told me he couldn't check me out at his register. I went to electronics but there were a lot of people waiting there. I made my way back to automotive where I stood 20 minutes only to be told he also couldn't check me out. I wound up in the front of the store at the "speedy check 20 items or less" behind a lady who apparently couldn't count with a cart full of items. Instead of the cashier making her go to a regular register he took her while not only myself but two other guys with a couple purchases waited. On a positive note the day before while we were arranging our auto care the customer service lady was great as well as the guy who helped with in store pickups. I doubt I will do much shopping there since it up is so hard to get purchases paid for. read more

I checked out this afternoon. I had purchased a laundry basket. I bought other things as well and put my 8 items in there. I put it on the belt when the cashier dumped my stuff on the belt. I'm not kidding when I say she dumped the stuff out and I had to switch out one of my items because she broke it. I hate shopping there, but the prices are good. Noticed a small tag taped on the side that said "7/3 Fan damaged" called several times and placed on hold for over half hour each time. We took it back today and Mariah wouldn't exchange it. Hello folks in the Milford Ohio area. So, be very careful what you order from this place online. I recently ordered 2 Haier Window unit air conditioners, I received them in 2 days, free shipping. It all sounds great so far right? WRONG! One of the units arrived in a non- working capacity, it wouldn't even turn on! I called Online CSR as per the instructions. They told me to take it to my local store to EXCHANGE. First of all, I'm handicapped, barely able to walk, hence the reason for the ONLINE order. I managed to get someone to go for me, but, they had NONE of what I bought in stock. Only smaller and yet more expensive units, and said that was all I could do. So I paid $40.00 MORE for an inferior product. Did they offer to even the balance you ask? NO!! They said they'd put the money back in my acct for original purchase, and it has yet to hit my acct. Meanwhile, back at the house, it's 84° due to their horrible sales practices. Severely disappointed. Will be replacing theses units, from a different company, and returning them. Just one customer tired of getting messed over by the big fat cats!! read more

went to Walmart around 1:30 am since it was supposed to be a 24 hour store. was not happy about that as I needed first aid equipment. there is usually no one to help you if you need sometime on the top shelf (ex. soda). went to the deli area to get some deli items and just waited until someone decided to come help (note: there was no one else there and I know they saw me). Another thing is the registers- they never have enough to cover the amount of people. yes they opened up the self server but if you look at the shelving part where you bag your items you will notice there isn't enough space if you have more than like 6 items. the pharmacy is good though and that's about it. I live in blanchester and even though Wilmington may be better I still tend to go to milford. I hope others have a better experience. read more

I've always been a Walmart fan because they fit my budget needs. I shop where I can afford to shop. As far as Walmarts go, this one is clean. Staff is pretty friendly and usually helpful. I've had one bad experience placing a large order at the deli for a party; lesson learned. Business will go to Kroger from now on when it comes to deli party orders. They're produce is priced well but doesn't last long. And just like every Walmart in the country, they never have enough lines open. They don't have a fabric dept!! I HATE that. read more

This store is always clean and the staff is friendly. The only bad thing is the wait for checkout. It seems like they only keep a couple lanes open even at their busiest times. A u-scan would really benefit this location. Other than that, I've never had any problems with this location and I shop here often. read more
