Hubby & I love Tractor Supply. They have very good inventory if you like to garden. They also have a very fun variety of homegoods, pots, plants & tools. Everyone was friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in and was there to help about anything I needed. Selection was great on the bird seed that I went there for and noticed they had a great dog washing station at the back of the store in a room with huge sinks, water sprayer and shampoo with dryers as well. Will be taking my dogs soon! I'd highly recommend going here. I'd highly recommend going here. It was my first time and was surprised in the things they carry. Good merchandise but expensive. Both Home Depot and Lowe's are usually cheaper as well as a few other store like Ace Hardware.

This location refused to deliver my same day delivery on time. The order was placed at 11:10 AM which is more then enough time before the 2 PM same day delivery cut off. I had to call corporate as there had been no updates at 5 Pm. Suddenly at 6 PM they were "loading it up", the store closes at 7 PM on Sunday. I get a call at 8 PM that my order has arrived to be unloaded. What happened next was an absolute disaster. Multiple bags of grain just thrown into my garage not stacked on the empty wooden pallet. Many broken grain bags taped up or just ripped open spilling grain out. The stacking job was just a pile of 40 bags thrown about in a dangerous pile. I have called corporate again. Today my order was a updated saying it was just delivered. Buyers beware you don't want to be scammed. I have 12 broken bags of feed that are not safe to be fed. How anyone thought delivering feed bags like this was acceptable is beyond me. Shop elsewhere. Going on day two without my order delivered correctly. Update it took over two weeks to be fully refunded. Just a nightmare to work with. read more

Customer service was terrible! I purchased something from there on December 3rd. I was charged twice for my purchase and they will not give me my money back even after I called corporate and they admitted fault. Mathew Langley the store manager who charged my card twice has refused to help me. They hangup on me when I call up there! I called corporate and they said, " a team of auditors is looking it over". When does it take a team of anyone to refund someone their money when you overcharge them? All I know is that company took my money and WILL NOT GIVE IT BACK. If I where to have known that this would happen I would've never shopped here. read more

My Mom who is 66 yr old went by herself and had to purchase 2 fifty lbs bag of feed that she struggled to load on a cart. You would think an employee would offer to help or when you are checking out the cashier would have enough sense or training to ask can I get you some help loading up your vehicle. Day 3 of my Mission: The fleas have sent back-up. While I continue to delight in finding carnage of decaying exoskeletons, every now and then some Schwarzanegger flea evades and escapes the Diatomatious Earth and leaps to the edge of my bed without so much the aid of a tiny grappling hook. I sprinkled the apartment hallway with Diatomatious Earth [I may deduct one star for having to keep looking at the spelling of this product] but the neighbour's pets almost certainly are harbouring, aiding and abetting the enemy. While DE is good, the Green Beret Flea Brigade has broken through the barrier, and I had to hit Supply for Big Guns. I spray at Midnight. The fleas must have acquired my plans. They camouflaged themselves among tiny fibers from my black towel and scattered, leaving me to spray randomly at black dots, only to discover I was poisoning pieces of thread to death. However, when the pesicide spray encounters a flea, the label promises certain demise! AFTER MIDNIGHT OPERATIONS. The spray kills, blinds, suffocates, poisons, deafens, burns and pulls fingernails out with rusty pliers. And then it kills again, just to double check. Oh, that is if a HUMAN comes in contact with it. Fleas pretty much use it as a fertility drug, it appears. Back to Diatomatious Earth. Round Three. read more

I tried to shop online at this location and the website repeatedly asked for my zip code even though I had already typed it in several times and even selected this store. They are apparently more worried about getting and selling my info or sending me junk mail than selling me anything. I will find someone else to give my money to that won't waste my time. read more

I like the store. I do not like the male employees I have had to talk to. On two different occasions I wanted to buy a trailer and a horse trough. So rude and acted as if I was inconveniencing them. An older gentleman acts like you interrupted his personal space. Left to buy a trailer somewhere else. read more

Just left Tractor Supply without buying anything. There were too many people in chckout line and it moved way too slow. I asked an employee at the customer service station if he could check me out which he couldn't. That's cool but when I mentioned the long line up front at checkout, I didn't get a response. I like the store but most times I spend more time checking out than shopping. read more

Have always experienced excellent service and the store is exceptionally clean and organized! I work as a retail sales manager for another company in Pensacola, so I recognize and appreciate these things.
