Forty miles from home tire goes flat (not blaming Walmart) 11:00 pm in construction zone, drove to first exit and pulled off. Unloaded luggage from trunk pulled out jack and lug wrench set up jack and started to loosen lugs. had to stand on wrench to break lug loose second one wouldn't budge. Called AAA 2 to 3 hours. After 2 and a half hours AAA called said it was going to be another 2 to 3 hours, so called a local tow truck. the young man was over 300 lbs. He stood on my lug wrench with a pipe for extension and got them to break loose and then put my spare on. $147.50 because your employee maliciously put the lugs on so tight or was not trained!!! I'm 66 yrs old man with my sister 73. 4 hours to go 40 miles!!! absolute BULL SH--!!! When we left it 75 degrees at 11:00 it was 35. 4/04/25 at Walmart's. Left to come home 8:15 am 4/06/25 got home 3:15 4/07/25. 40 miles 4 hours $147.50

She greeted us when we arrived in her section, asked if she could help, helped us checkout and was converstional and friendly. I told her she was the first person in the store to utter a single word to us despite us visiting sunglasses, perfume, clothing and bedding areas prior to reaching her area. We encountered many employees that looked down while we were in talking distance. Why are stores like this dissapearing, hmm, look no further than what we experienced here. Shameful, since we can buy this on the internet. Today we purchased a Cuisinart toaster, that did not work when we got home. We packed it back up amd came back to the store and assumed we would go to customer service to return the toaster, nope. Apparently, customer service does not do returns, maybe this department should be named something else. After waiting for the person in the back room packing something who is clearly not paying any attention or aware of us waiting at the counter in customer service. When she finally looked at the counter, she came to help us, another girl showed up and said you have to go back to where you bought this, I explained be bought it here at Dillards. No, you need to go back to the department. Good grief. So we went back to the department where Kayley was still smiling, she gladly helped us again. In Georgia, this was my go to store for many things throughout the year. I will buy from the internet rather than come back in this store again. Why bother to have a store with so many workers if you can only point to one shining star. The mall has many empty stores, wonder why? Look no further than Dillard's to get the answer. Malls are over. I never need something today, I can wait if this is the level of service I receive.

The store is clean and although I'm not a frequent Kohl's shopper, I always find something fun when I pop in. This trip was sponsored by my Amazon return. Before this week, I had no idea that Kohl's was a drop-off location for Amazon returns. I hardly ever return anything (because I scour the reviews of course), but how convenient! It's in my neighborhood! The process was smooth, handled efficiently, and in a matter of literal seconds I was on my merry way-- to shop (when I should have left the store)! Judge not. lol All in all, a great Kohl's visit in the books!

I can't say enough about this pharmacy. My wife forgot to pick up her prescription last night. The…read morepharmacy closes at 8:00. We called at 7:57 and asked what time they close. The manager said they close at 8. I told him our situation and that we were 5 min away. He said no problem. "I'll stay and get it for you when you get here." We switched to this pharmacy because the Walmart pharmacy was terrible, uncaring, and took forever. This type of personal care that Winn Dixie showed goes a long way. Walmart would close early and pull the cage down 15-20 min before closing. For the pharmacist to stay later than required just because we forgot to pick up a script is awesome! I am planning on contacting cooperate to see if he can get some type of recognition. Like I said it was awesome and I can't say enough about this pharmacy.
