I found out that it's a volunteer business, so the two women behind the counter were just there for something to do. I thought that it was really great that they just go there to help out the woman who owns the shop. It was really cute and organized and a lot of great options of clothing, households, decorations, and shoes to look through! At first I thought it was a little bit steep for the two dresses and two pairs of shoes that I bought at $37 but at the same time I did get 2 dresses that were Michael Kors & Talbots. The shoes were Crocs and Noat. They often have a lot of great deals and specials, like this week was half off green tags! Therefore, I got my Michael Kors dress for $7, and that's actually a pretty good deal! I will definitely be going back more often to check out the new items they have!

The owner never replied to any communication from the State's Attorney's office. The recommendation is for ANYONE who has been a victim of fraud from this business to file a complaint so the State can gather enough evidence to investigate. Filing a small claims lawsuit is not possible due to it being her word against mine regarding what items actually sold. Given the complaints from the Facebook page (she conveniently removed) and the others who have reached out via FB messanger this store contiunes to steal from consignors.

I was so disappointed in the quality considering the picture that was on the florist's web site. My sister took the arrangement back to the florist after first calling them the next morning. The florist at the front wanted to know what she was supposed to do about the flowers. My sister said she was quite rude about replacing the already wilted flowers. The florist did put new flowers in the bouquet and took out the enormous amount of greenery. I ordered local to support small businesses, but I certainly will be taking my business somewhere else.

I've bought from them and sold to them; I didn't get many issues when buying aside from the general passive attitude that I can't help but wonder if stems from pretentious opinions of certain people who shop there, but the selling process was confusing and not worth it. They need better guidelines for their buy back procedures, because even after shopping there and thinking I knew what to bring in like popular brands, current styles, and no-wear clothing, I got $6 out of my trip and a judgmental return. The store itself is beautifully designed, it's clean, stylish, and thoughtfully laid out. Every display felt intentional, and the overall vibe was warm, modern, and inviting. You can tell a lot of care went into creating a space that's both functional and visually appealing. I heard the employees being attentive and helpful all throughout the store. They greeted me right away, offered help, and had great suggestions based on what I was looking for. It's rare to find a team that balances professionalism and genuine kindness so effortlessly, but this staff nailed it. The hat & boot selection is impressive and the prices were bad either! I'm going to have a hard time picking out the right hat for my dad for Christmas! The quality of the products really stood out too, I love the smell of leather & there were so many cute options!
