Asked the associate that was stocking product in the isle if it was still covered by warranty and she said it was just because of box damage and so yes. Needed to use the restroom so my wife made the purchase and the checker Wrote in pen on the item "As Is" This infuriated me so I had the manager open the box to make sure it was all in the box and not damaged. The buffer had been used and pad was dirty. I asked the manager to refund it and a would pay more for the one not damaged. Opened the one for full price and it was missing its packing and buffer wheel and pad. They returned my money in a gift card to make it easier to exchange and that's fine , I will give it to my Daughter because it will be my last resort if I ever go to a Walmart again. read more

I wish I could leave a zero. I ordered groceries for delivery last night. I paid extra to get my order on 3 hours or less. I did not get my groceries in under 3 hours. I kept getting updates that my order was delayed, with no explanation. This is far from the 1st time something like this had happened. I started a chat session with customer service as it was 4 1/2 hours since I ordered, with no explanation. I've been a Walmart+ member for at least 15 years. I asked what they could do in the form of compensation for a long time loyal customer. The answer? Nothing. I was on the customer service chat for close to 30 minutes. During the chat, I was informed that they were really sorry, but I would not be getting my order last night. It was 8 minutes until closing at that point. Therefore, there wasn't time for me to go shop my own groceries. The reason I ordered delivery is that I'm asthmatic and all the smoke in the air has made it worse. I still would have gone to shop my own order if I'd known in time. There were things I absolutely needed this morning. So, no groceries, no explanation, no time for me to go get them myself and still no compensation. Seriously?! A multi billion dollar corporation can't give a long time loyal customer some sort of compensation after a major screw up on their part. I'm so done! read more

We as a family frequent this Walmart, we are LOYAL customers. My mom and I are big diamond painting fans. Typically they have the diamond paintings on end caps and in clearance, we searched both of those spaces and through the arts and crafts isles. We couldn't find them so like normal people, we asked an employee. Instead of walking us over to their location she told us they were in the arts and crafts space so we looked again. Nothing. We found another employee "diva" was her name and asked her. She had a very poor attitude and let us know that the arts and crafts isn't her typical department. My mom asked her who was, a valid question. Diva set her cup down on the ground threw her vest on the floor and stopped over to the opening of the isle where they would've been and pointed passive aggressively. We looked and still found nothing. We went to go check out the items my sister picked out and a wonderful women named Alison helped us! read more

I drove to Walmart today to get some toys for my son. I have been very sick recently and wanted to surprise him with several toys. I pulled into the handicapped parking, but with my physical disabilities currently, I was unable to muster the energy to walk inside to use one of the motorized scooters. A gentleman Walmart employee that was gathering carts saw me clinging to my vehicle and came immediately to see how he could assist. He went directly in and retrieved a motorized scooter for me. I am so appreciative! This was around 7:20PM tonight and the gentleman had red hair and a red beard and the incident occurred at the East entrance. I hope he gets a Pat on the back from management for being so helpful! read more

Walmart delivery service. I don't know what third party delivery service they use, but I have had problems with them the past few deliveries. The delivery service has all these people that only speak Spanish. They don't speak English or understand English. My delivery directions have a specific place for my deliveries to be left at. Twice last week I watched for my delivery and when I saw them I tried to tell them where to leave it at. The driver told me "no speak English", left my order on the lawn next to the driveway. Second delivery that week, same thing driver says "no speak English" left delivery in the middle of the driveway. This week had a delivery from the pharmacy, driver left it at my neighbors. The neighbor tried to tell them they had the wrong house, that they wanted next door. They were told "no understand English". And they dropped it at their door and walked off. Today get a phone call the only thing I understood was Wal mart. I told them that I don't speak Spanish and that they have to speak English, they said a bunch of words in Spanish and then hung up. Few minutes later I get a text from them in Spanish, had to translate to English. Said they were at place and it was closed and no one around, them " I Lost". Texted them back with my address and cross street and told them it was a house, not a business. I looked at tracking and they were 10 miles away from address. Next thing I know I'm getting a message from Walmart that my order couldn't be delivered, and it was being returned to the store and that I could either reschedule delivery or cancel. So I had to reschedule for the next day. I called store and filed a complaint with the manager. These third party delivery services need to have a requirement that the people have to speak English and understand English. read more

I have been going to this Walmart for 7 years, we have never had an issue until recently. Lately my husband and I have been targeted. We are constantly watched at the registers. One instance in particular was the 23rd, we went to a check out and the employee came up and asked, "Is this the last stuff you need?" I replied, "yup after today we're done." She then asked if we scanned all the 1 liter soda, I again replied, "Yes we did!" We got finished, paid with one method and she then freezes the register, so we can't move on. She immediately checked to make sure we scanned ALL soda. First of all if I'm going to steal it's not gonna be soda, two stop hovering, if you can't trust a customer to ring up their own items then they should have never taken the employees off the register. My husband has been targeting walking out the door many times. Walmart is starting to go down hill and it's sad for people like me who have been going to the same store almost everyday for 7 years. Conveniently located off Garrity Boulevard and I-84 (the freeway). Perhaps the cleanest Wal-Mart I have been to and seems to always be well stocked with goods. I can only recall a handful of times when they were out of something that I was looking for but most of the time, they hit the mark. Customer service is hit or miss which is not super surprising since their reputation doesn't include phenomenal customer service but rather convenience. Most of the time, the person with whom I'm working with seems annoyed and stressed but I don't hold it against them. All else aside, this is your typical Wal-Mart store. Enjoy! read more

Stepping over dogs at the deli counter, in the dairy aisle or when zig zagging to your table at the SubWay within Walmart, is a daily occurence. That's right, dogs at the deli counter. Where food is prepared. Disgusting. Secondly, don't bother bringing manufacturer coupons. Had one for a free item - picked it up, it took three people to read the coupon, trying to figure out what to do. Completely stumped. When the supervisor came by, she gave me an attitude like it was my fault. "We're not allowed to manually key in a coupon, so either pay for it or leave it". Wow. Ok. It was a pretty typical Walmart. Since my back injury I can only walk short distances do I was very grateful for the electric cart! Something as simply as just being able to browse instead of leaning painfully against a cart trying to get through it is a huge deal. My only beef is some if the isles are over-stocked do hard to maneuver. Not a big deal except I bumped in to things. What I don't like is all the self/checkout and only a couple of cashiers. I flat-out can't check myself out and while I was sitting comfortably as I could in line everyone else was standing for quite some time for one of the two checkers available. read more

Item had a price. price on shelf was different and employees insist that that is an online price not in store price. This is our closest store. It is a clean well organized and well stocked. The 2 cons: 1. Only 2 check outs with cashiers. They are imposing the idea that this is our future at this store. When management see people lined up at the only 2 checkouts it doesn't make sense. It possibly could be a corporate decision but obviously, not what the customers want. 2. The frozen food temp is not at appropriate temperature to keep food frozen. Yes, it might have been the long wait to check out. We found the store to be clean and well stocked. Let me start by saying that I know Wal-Mart has a social expectation to have poor service and this one proves it to be true. I couldn't believe that most of the people in this store still have their jobs. If they weren't siting around conversing with one another or running up and down isles messing around then they were being publicly called out over the intercom by the manager to tell them to get back to work because too many of them are not doing their jobs. As I was walking out of the store we even tried to say goodbye to the "greeter" who's only job is to say hello and goodbye and instead looked away. I couldn't believe the lack of professionalism of this location and just utter disrespect the employees had for their place of employment. If I acted even a sliver as immature and carefree as these employees did tonight at my job I would be fired, no questions asked. I would push the responsibility back on the manager to do his job but obviously he is unaware of how to act either by the public announcement that his employees are unaware how to do their jobs and to get back to work. It's a Walmart super center, not a whole lot to say about it. It's relatively clean an orderly the employees always seem nice and try to help. They have groceries, home stuff, hunting supplies and most other things you may need. They do a weird thing with cosmetics. The associates here are zero help, my wife and I went looking for a stroller advertised as in stock for $74.00 after going into this location we asked Ali where they were located and he shrugged and said "not in stock" and walked away. We went to customer service and they had us wait to tell us we could buy it for $300 and return it and hope to buy it again for $74, we then placed an order on Walmart's app where we found it and the order went through just for them to cancel the order 5 minutes before we were scheduled to pick it up. Then when we contacted them again they said it was an error on their part but they refuse to make it right and hung up on us. Okay, so Wal-Mart is Wal-Mart, I don't expect a super stellar experience when I go, but i do expect to get what I ask for. I needed milk, bananas, and ammo. Not wanting to run all over Nampa that morning, I figured that I would just run in to the great big blue and pick everything up in one stop. Grabbed everything but the ammo, and went back to the sporting goods section to grab the lead and get on my way. After waiting for an eternity, which was really about five minutes, for someone to come help me, I told him the exact ammo I wanted, the brand and grain. He gave me a funny look and told me that was way too expensive. I told him that money wasn't a consideration, I want these bullets. He started telling me that it was too bad that they didn't have another brand in stock, and even though they were a lighter grain than what I wanted, they are a lot less expensive. I told him again what I wanted and he handed me a box of less expensive, lighter grain ammo. What?!!? For the third time I told him what I wanted and he just looked at me with a blank look and started talking about another ammo I had no interest in. I'm really hoping that I wasn't treated like an idiot because I don't have a certain appendage, but it was really starting to feel that way. read more
