Quite possibly the worst Wal Mart in the nation, certainly the worst one within a 40 mile radius. I always try to avoid the Phila WM like the plague, but every so often I tell myself it's not that bad and I'll just go. And every time I'm reminded that it is Literally the Worst! The employees don't care, the management doesn't care and the store is always poorly stocked and filthy. Like today when I went to buy a first aid kit for the car and it was sticky and gooey when I picked it up. Ugh. If you need to go to Walmart, drive half an hour in any direction, go to Coshocton, Cambridge, Steubenville, or even Canton. Just steer clear of the Phila one. read more

One of the worst Walmarts you'll find. I've been to this Walmart many times in my life and it unfortunately is one of the least pleasant ones I've experienced. It feels rather dark and industrial, and it typically feels a little dirty. They tend to move items' locations repeatedly within a short period of time. It is always extremely crowded and the staff are not very pleasant. I've used their auto center for oil changed a couple of times, which was also an unpleasant experience. They consistently take way longer than they promise and are rude when you check in when you are told to. If you're in the area and need to swing in for groceries, I recommend trying somewhere else first. read more

This would be a one star Walmart if it wasn't for Nick that helped me out today. I couldn't find something and he didn't just point or give me the isle number he walked me to the spot. I am surprised I was able to get the last bottle of it. This store literally is out of everything, doesn't matter what time of day you shop. Who is in charge of ordering?? Why should you have to go to more than one store to get what you need. Zero jalapeños, I can't make jalapeño poppers with out it. So off to another store to get what we need. This store is the worst Walmart I have ever been to. 0 stars!! The employees are lazy and rude. The store is never stocked. I have always avoided this Walmart and gone elsewhere but today I made the mistake of going. All I needed was a small piece of fabric. Waited at the fabric counter for 15 mins and hit the button for service several times. No employees In site. I take the fabric to the cashier, who tells me I can't help you, go to customer service. While waiting for the two employees gossiping about their plans for after work, she finally acknowledged my presence and I proceed to tell her I need this fabric cut and she tells me she can't help me. I asked ok....well who can help me then? Can I just buy the entire thing? She said no you can't buy the whole thing and I don't have anyone to help you. . Needless to say I walked out and will never EVER be back to this awful store. read more

I would give 0 stars if I could I called the auto center in Walmart because I had a hole in my tire. They told me that they were dead to come in 30 minutes after I called. Disturbing. By far the most disgusting store I have ever been to. An added COVID bonus there are no floor signs down for spacing. I saw two employees without masks and the customers were about 60/40. I am disgusted by a management team that does not take the responsibility of taking care of their customers during a pandemic that has taken so many lives. Here's a letter I wrote to the GM: To Whome It May Concern: On July 28th 2020 I went to your Walmart to shop and noticed a gentlemen heading into the store with no mask on. I thought he might put it on last minute but he didn't and continued in. I asked the Walmart employee I thought you had to wear a mask going into Walmarts. She replied you do. Absolutely shocked. I replied you just let that guy walk right past you without a mask on. Now that wasn't what was really frustrating--the fact that she did nothing about it is beyond belief. It's incidents like this that spreads COVID like wildfire and it's also the reason why America will most likely not get over this virus anytime soon if at all. That's not overboard to think and furthermore I think you can see the truth in that. I think one word can sum up my visit to Walmart that day: unacceptable. read more

To be fair to wal-mart its not the masks that stop the virus, Its the touching of things. The virus is on items then you touch your face or mouth or wipe your nose BOOM you got it. but not wearing a mask unless you have a serious cough doesn't transmit it as fast. read more

I've been to Walmart's all over this end of the US. This one has the most confusing layout of any of them. The clerks are friendly but some are as confused as I am when trying to locate a specific item. I only shop this WMart in emergencies and I don't have time to drive to an alternate WM. read more

Nice Walmart but they hardly ever have more then one check out line open the push the self check out on you.

The auto department is slow!2 1/2 hours for an oil change and another 25 min. To route tires. Won't be coming back!
