Went in to get my grandson school shoes. He found the pair he wanted, but there was only one in the box. They looked everywhere for the match and couldn't find it so we left. As we were leaving the mall they caught my daughter and said they found it behind a TV. Not sure how that happens but at least they found it. My grandson is very happy with his school shoes. Great customer service. read more

This is a nice shoe store. I didn't buy anything but they had lot's of great shoes and sales going on. It was clean and well organized.

New Towne Mall

This is a very sad mall. So many stores have closed down. It's working with probably less than 50%…read moreoccupancy. I don't know how it can survive like this. Even the food court is empty. I was able to find shoes at the Shoe Depot and an outfit at Maurices and jeans at Rue21 so I was happy about that. This probably wouldn't be my first choice. The bigger and better mall is about 45 min away in Canton.
