She continues to yell at the associate and the customers about how it's getting too late. I come inside to wait for my tire to get repaired and the manager starts yelling at another associate about how he needs to get doing stuff and he said he's getting on it. Mind you this one was a new hire and wasn't sure of the situation fully. The manager keeps yelling at him until he gets out into the service bay. She then talks negative about the poor kid to the customer she was talking to. The associates were very helpful but the manager was degrading to the staff and customers. The fact that the employees maintain a positive attitude with such disrespect from their manager is astounding and they deserve better. The unprofessional behavior exhibited by this person is unacceptable and she should be terminated because I know this is a daily behavior and it is inexcusable no matter what is going on. To add to it I was charged double for something that said per tire not per hole.

About the only strange thing was the kids play area, it was filled with young guys - mid to late teens, and about 8-10 of them. They seemed to be hanging out in there, and when we came near, they made no attempt to move. I hadn't planned to use the play area unless it was amazing (with a good slide, etc), but since it wasn't I wasn't too disappointed, but it was strange and there was really no room for anyone to go in and play with their children.

An employee helped me to the car with some heavy stuff. In loading my purchases into the trunk, she ripped out the wires to the backup camera. I said immediately to her, "Hey, you just broke my backup camera." She said a quick, "Sorry" and trotted back to the store at closing time. I called in to the management immediately upon getting home. The video apparently told the managers which employee it was. I had to return twice to have two separate managers look at it. I was told that I had to get two estimates for repair--a bit of a hassle, but I did it. Both estimates were hundreds of dollars. The managers offered me a $50 gift certificate. I turned it down. I am shocked that this company has such poor customer service. I will probably have to file in small claims court.
