Pick up & Delivery is awesome! We do our online orders for our business and home through them. We do around $1000 a week in ordering at least. They are friendly and work hard to get what we need each week. I am so thankful that they do that for us! read more

Where is the negative star listing? Time to blow the dust off the keyboard here and let you all hear the rollercoaster of misery that is Nixa WalMart home delivery. These people F this up literally every single time. Every. Single. Time. They F this up so often and so prolifically that I'm beginning to think that it's no longer a problem concerning oversight but that it's a combination of problems encompassing degrees of laziness, ineptitude, and stupidity - so much so that it's a clear disability. The upshot of discovering a new disability is that you get to name it, so we're going to call this WalTardation, or WalTards for those employees on a two-syllable vocabulary. My hope is that the sheltered workshop is getting a helluva great kickback, because you can't convince me that all the handicapped parking spaces out front are being taken up by the staff. Today. Home delivery claimed that they didn't have Tyson chicken breasts or zero sugar Great Value creamer. Mind you, we have substitutions turned on, so feel free to sub away. I will happily accept an equivalent vice braving the cold, cruel world of retail shopping this time of year (late December 2021). Also an opportunity to make your store even more money by lying to me and saying my selected products aren't available, but the next higher tier of pricing equivalent IS available. I'd have been fine with that, too. You can charge me three times as much with small batch craft organic F.ing chicken and creamer milked from a solid gold bovine on F.ing Mars at this point and if it keeps me from leaving the house, I'll buy into that with a smug smile on my face. But nope. We straight up aren't carrying these products today, F you. So I drive over there and lo and behold, guess what they're fully stocked on? I've spoken with store managers so many times this year about this issue that I literally have one of their personal cell phone numbers stored as a contact on my iPhone. No kidding. Not even kidding. Come to my house and I will pull out my cell phone, pull up the contact, call him, and you can confirm for yourself that he is in fact a store manager at the Nixa WalMart and then he can confirm for you that he has zero control over his own employees who are continuously dicking the dog on home delivery. Because that is essentially what I get in response when I question management about the utter and absolute failure to produce a paid service as advertised. Its either "we can't control how the in-store shoppers shop," to "sometimes they overlook the fully stocked product, sorry," to "honestly, it's occasionally just laziness." Might as well be a goddamned cable company. WalTards. read more

Walmart is falsely claiming they accept Visa cards. Every time I've gone there lately I've had to insert my chip card at least 3 times before swiping it. I'm very aggravated because I'm sure Mastercard customers don't have this issue and there own credit card has a master card. Management needs to fix the visa issue or I will not be coming back to shop. read more

Staff are friendly and helpful but the layout, product availability and the cluster of employees in the aisles are terrible! I dread going knowing that the staff are blocking the isles with the pick up orders or have the pallets of stock blocking off areas. It was noticed long ago even before covid that several products don't even have a place on the shelf anymore....not even angel food cake mix. There are a lot of much needed products not available. read more

Absolutely the worst Walmart, worst manager and staff. They know absolutely nothing about what is in their store .and they cannot tell you if something might be in the store. usually you get I've never heard of that . I've even been told that the meats are seasonal. that is the stupidest thing I have ever heard .I'm fairly sure the manager needs to be trained and then train his staff. they never have anything in stock. and it is a waste of time to visit read more

Based on my experience today I give the automotive dept an excellent rating. Everyone was friendly and helpful but the mechanic named Joe was outstanding. He happily answered several questions for me even though he was busy. And after changing my oil he went out and showed me how to install some new wiper blades. And he did it all with a smile. Nixa Walmart is a great store. I've always had a positive experience with friendly employees. They are very helpful in all the departments. I like how they recently changed the layout of the store. I've been going to this Walmart since it open and have never had any issues. I love their self checkout and use it often. Nixa Walmart has a small town feel and very welcoming and friendly staff. up the good work! read more

You can't find anything there are only 4 checkout lanes and everyone is busy and as lost as I am. Pretty sad.

It's Wal-mart. I can't stand Wal-mart. The only reason to go to this one is that there is nothing else open in Nixa. I have tried to avoid it, but it follows me! I can't believe what the store looks like on a Sunday night. It's like another ice storm is moving in. If you are looking for anything at all... Don't go on a Sunday night! I have received outstanding service from their team in the Auto Center at this location over the past year. They only offer the basics- oil changes, tires, balancing, etc,- but have always been very courteous and attentive with my three vehicles. They can also be extremely competitive on tires, but not too many folks know that. Overall the rest of this particular store could probably use some sprucing up. It's clean but they do not carry all of the items that some of the larger WM stores in the area do. read more

Nixa, MO Walmart Shelves are not well stocked. Very disorganized ! We Cannot figure out cost of home goods because they are at the wrong place. The display items ( coffee pots, vacuum cleaners etc ) are not in stock. Good luck trying to find someone who knows or cares about the inventory. In addition to the self service check out is a pain. I've been to many Walmarts . This one is the worse. read more

Vision center inside Walmart Nixa. Poor customer service. Tried to return non-prescription glasses and case purchased at another store. Had my receipt. They refused, and said it would be easier for them if I went to the store I purchased them at. read more

Like any WalMart it is a good idea to have a couple of beers in you before entering. It makes the crowds more amusing. Still a great place to shop! read more

Used to just wander around here when I was a teenager. Good chicken strips and gizzards.

The most of these products are worsening than what I thought so. Sorry, this store needs to make better.

After the remodel I cannot find anything. The store layout and product displays do not make sense. The isles are too close and there are many obstacles. I consistantly hear others complain about the same thing when I'm in the store. I am looking for another place to shop. read more
