If this was a one-time thing I probably would let it go but today I was making up my grocery list online at Walmart and added six packages of ramen noodles which came after $2.52. And then I just happened to catch it as I was leaving that part of the site those were not in the store they had to be shipped and they would charge you $22.52 to ship them I don't know where they were coming from but they can keep them that's ridiculous and this is not the first time Walmart sometimes puts things on sale and then they charge you the amount that it was in the beginning for shipping so they don't lose any money it's a rip off and I wonder how many people never catch this and end up paying and never look at their receipts. read more

My husband and I went in to grab a birthday cake and OJ and due to the storm the store was out of control busy!! They had only a couple self service check out registers and 1 regular checkout. We waited 35 min online . It was talked about for a week now and to NOT be prepared is poor management!!! Our company gives all of its employees a turkey or ham each year at Thanksgiving. Plus we donate just that many to local charities. I have the task of making this happen and it is not always easy to get an order of 200 turkeys and 200 hams especially at one place. I went to this Walmart in North Augusta and approached Kelly, who was very busy. I asked if it was possible to speak with the meat department manager. She let me know the manager wasn't available but she would be glad to help me. And she did. I gave her my order and she took it from there. She stopped what she was doing and gathered my information and exactly what I needed. When I arrived to pickup my order it was all ready. The total process was flawless and we have Kelly to thank. Great attitude, got right to the task at hand. As We were picking up our order several of the employees came back to speak to us. All of them were friendly and certainly didn't seem to mind being at work. My overall experience was great and dealing with Kelly was a pleasure. She is certainly an asset to Walmart. I looked up the closing time and it said they were open until 11 pm so I pulled up at 10:50 pm to run to the register for a lighter but they were not letting anyone come in the door because they said they were already closed. If they are going to close at 10:30 pm then they should have it listed as the closing time instead of 11 pm. I wasted 10 minutes of my time basically because they are too lazy to stay open until they are supposed to close. Please do not utilize this Walmart. Staff are allowed to disrespect and argue at guests with no repercussions. The entirety of the store has dwindled. Look at how the shelves are arranged to see the state of the place. I was a Walmart employee years ago and was not allowed to disrespect guests, which is what I have seen at this particular Walmart multiple times. I have seen multiple bad arguments here and terrible customer service. I stay out of this location now permanently, because I feel like the people there are looking for trouble at every turn. The delivery prep department rates a much higher mark but I am here to rate the Spark Drivers Walmart uses from this store. Where on earth do they find these folks? They must be some of the same that are employed by the USPS that somehow got past the being able to read and follow instructions. Some of us out here can not get to the store for a varied number of reasons therefore we are dependent on delivery and yes, could use other stores but in general the store is good at selecting and packaging but then come the mystery; will I get my order. One young person Angelica P. took my order for 8/31 and left it at someone's home that was not mine and when I tried to contact my driver the number was blocked. I had to spend hours with chat and phone correcting this error getting a refund and having to reorder the entire thing meanwhile those unknown folks are enjoying over $100 worth of merchandize. You'd think Walmart would get tired of having to eat losses like this. Walmart says Spark is not affiliated with them however, when you Google spark they are attached to Walmart. read more

A typical Walmart? Yes! It's early in the game being the store has only been open a little over a month. So far this location is much better and easier to shop at compared to the Supercenter about four miles away in the middle of North Augusta. This one is closer to my home and less stressful to navigate because the overall volume of shoppers is lower. Of course, it's holiday time at the moment, but the crowds will lessen again soon enough hopefully. Another plus to is the fairly large self-checkout area. Honestly, learning about this Walmart was a total disappointment after all the rumors floating around the past few years that North Augusta would be getting a Target. That dream is still alive in my heart! Until then, I'll appreciate this convenient location. read more

Where even am I?? What year is it? We went to buy a number of items but after spending a few minutes in the store they say that they are CLOSING. What?? I thought walmart was 24 hours?? I guess I found the only one on earth thats not. 3 stars because its not a bad store. It's clean and well lit and well stocked. But.. it closes like its 1974 over here. This review is for their tire dept. I called and asked for tire repair and was immediately transferred. I was quoted $10 for patching a tire. Sounds. Good but then had more questions about Appointment and installing items back in car and that's when I was put on hold. Decided to take to dealer ship bob Richards. Toyota who would charge $27 to repair patch tire / great greeting customer service and provides shuttle service back to work and will pick up later. So, much better service. read more

One of the best WalMarts I have been to. The employees are actually helpful and the store is always clean. I think this is part of NOT being 24 hours, which can be a downside if you need something after 11pm and before 6am. Love the use of the USCAN machines so you don't have to wait long to check out. read more

The worst Tire & Lube department I've ever been to. It took 3 hours to rotate my tires, and they forgot to ask for my keys in the beginning. So I had to ask if they needed them before I walked away. Then when I saw my car came out from being worked on, (there was only a man and I waiting now) I walked up to the desk and after I watched the employees finish there personal conversation, they asked if I needed help. The man that was working on my car already gave me my keys back, I was just waiting to sign anything. Then they mention how they lost my receipt and didn't know what service I had. It took 4 employees and 20 minutes to figure out how to reprint a new receipt. My car was finished 45 minutes before I could finally walk out. Oh and I asked if they could fill my tires up with air in the beginning, they didn't. I highly recommend watching your employees and tightening up this department. I've been to many Walmart tire & lube but this one was as far the worst. read more
