Wonderful family-owned shop with great service and delicious donuts. The staff is incredibly friendly, making it easily one of the best spots in the area!

Months later and I really still like this place. They are super nice and sweet. My coworkers always asks where the donuts are from because they are fresh and you can tell a difference. I really like the fritter. Also have tried their sandwiches which were good too.

Kolache, breakfast croissant and a fozen spectacular donuts!

After reading about this place on line we had an occasion to visit this morning. It's a little place in a strip mall on Martintown road so look sharp or you might miss it, and you don't want to miss it! The servers were friendly and explained all the choices to us. We came for a breakfast sandwich but couldn't resist getting a dozen donuts too. I went with a sausage kolache while mom had a bacon egg and cheese review. They warmed up my kolache and it was great (better than Bucees) and mom enjoyed her sandwich too. Mom got a cup of coffee which she reported was "strong and fresh - just the way I like it". She also appreciated the non-dairy creamer. We sampled a few of our donut choices: glazed croissant, old fashioned and an apple fritter. All were wonderful but the apple fritter stole the show! It was just the right combination of crunchy and moist with a wonderful cinnamon apple flavor. I feel confident that it is the best apple fritter I've ever had! We will be back to this great bakery to try some of their other flavors very soon.

Super friendly and affordable! They have more than just donuts, their hot dogs might be my favorite lunch item in the area

So glad a new donut shop opened up in the area! We've always been on the search for some good donuts in Augusta, and this is our favorite now!! We love Sarah Donuts in Duluth and the donuts here come pretty close. Just the right amount of fluff and chew. The original glazed and maple bacon are my favorite. Glad they aren't too sweet! The cake donuts are on the sweeter side. If you're coming in on weekend mornings, expect to wait in line a little - but the line goes pretty fast!

A hidden jewel in North Augusta! The food here is decadent to say the least! Honestly, I've only tried the breakfast sandwiches and donuts, however, I will bet my life that the other items are just as good, or better! The donuts are made fresh everyday starting at 2:00 am. Soft, rich and yes, sweet! If you desired filled donuts, the owner will manually fill the donuts with lemon, strawberry, custard... and geegolly is it yummy! Service is impeccable to only have the husband and wife there. She runs the front like a champion and hubby is humping those orders and delicious treats in the back! Every time I go I'm greeted with courteous, professional demeanor and very respectful. It's always a pleasure entering their store. The store is always clean with products stocked to the T and a brilliant display of sweet treats to be seen and adored. You can even dine in if you prefer but I like to go home and be a pig without disturbing others Anyway, if you're a fat kid like me who loves amazing donuts, breakfast sandwiches, smoothies, and exotic Thai teas...please support and visit En Donuts. You won't be disappointed.

Sitting along busy Central Avenue, it's actually pretty easy to pass right by if you aren't looking for it. From the outside, it looks like what it is -- an old Augusta bungalow that found a second life as a neighborhood coffeehouse. Walk inside, though, and something happens. Everything slows down. The rooms are small. The furniture doesn't necessarily match. The chairs look like thousands of people have already found their favorite position in them. There's a porch, little tables tucked into different spaces, and none of it feels staged or designed to manufacture some trendy "coffeehouse aesthetic." In fact, I noticed something while sitting here: I don't see electrical outlets conveniently positioned at every table. I don't see a sea of laptops. Instead, I hear locals talking about doctor appointments, seeing the grandkids this weekend, and how ridiculously hot Augusta has been. People are simply here. I came in expecting to grab a coffee and leave. I have places to go and things to do today. But I sat down. Then I started looking around. Then I realized I didn't really want to leave. At some point they had probably been calling my drink for several minutes and I hadn't even noticed. And then I ordered a second coffee. That might be the best review I can give Buona Caffe. The coffee itself is absolutely on point. The staff knows what they're serving, makes thoughtful recommendations and genuinely seems to care about getting it right. But what makes this place special is everything surrounding the cup. It almost feels like they don't completely realize what they have here -- or maybe they do and simply have no desire to make it anything more than what it already is. As this part of Augusta continues to grow, with new homes and businesses coming into the area, I hope places like Buona Caffe remain exactly as they are. Sometimes you need a place between where you've been and wherever you have to go next. Somewhere neutral where you can sit down, let a little time pass, decompress and breathe before heading back out onto Central Avenue. Buona Caffe is that place.

Yelp nudged us toward New Moon Cafe, and while the signage from the street is minimal enough that we almost walked past it, we eventually found our way inside and were glad we did. At 12:30 on a Saturday the timing worked in our favor. We stepped right up to the counter with no queue at all, placed our order, and settled in. By the time our food arrived about fifteen minutes later, the line had grown to the point where people were waiting nearly that long just to order, which gave the whole place that lively, slightly chaotic weekend energy without ever feeling rushed. Mrs. K chose the smoked salmon bagel, which came out panini pressed, a small twist on a classic that she enjoyed. I am still keeping things keto, so the chef's salad with blue cheese was exactly what I needed, a generous portion that felt balanced and satisfying without pushing me off track. They offer plenty of coffee drinks and smoothie combinations, but we kept things simple and were perfectly happy with our choices. There is outdoor seating if that is your preference, and the whole experience had that relaxed, local charm that makes Augusta lunches feel unhurried even when the dining room is filling up around you. This place has an excellent menu with breakfast and lunch options and something to suit different needs. I was excited to know they had gluten free bread options. I ordered the honey crunch bagel (peanut butter, Granny Smith apples, honey and granola--no granola for me though) on gluten free. It comes as a gluten free roll. I was shocked by how something so simple was so delicious. I ordered a side of bacon--seemed to be more like the consistency of microwave bacon but I was just grateful to have a protein option outside of eggs. I also ordered a decaf iced caramel latte with coconut milk. Their regular caffeinated iced lattes are made with their cold brew. If you are someone without food allergies, their pastry case looked AMAZING. Highly recommend for breakfast, brunch or lunch!
