This was fraud pure and simple, there was no receipt for what was spent in June bc they didn't charge it until July or someone at the store spent my money. The manager is rude and condescending, the district manger never snswers. In short they provide terrible service and potentially rip off more Medicare than ever. DO MOT SPEND HERE.

For my first order I called ahead and was assured they had all of my meds in stock (3 items). When I arrived I was told they were not in stock on 2 items, but that I could come back the next day to get them. On the second day I was told that I was ahead of their shipment and that they would have to call me later. On the third visit, I was called in, they told me there was a mix up and they gave one of my meds away. I got the second med. 8 days after my first visit they finally had the final med. For my second order when I called them in I was assured they had everything, and they would be ready in 30 minutes. I went in an hour and a half later with a very tight window, and they weren't even started filling them. I left. I didn't have time to wait for them to round off a second hour. Based on my 5 visits their inventory control is abysmal and the people at the desk absolutely don't care that you go over a week without your meds.

The compounders are so kind and helpful, and they're always working with me to make getting medications as easy as possible. They are fast at compounding and filling prescriptions right after the Dr. calls them in. It's very clear that they actually care about me as a patient, which is something I'm very grateful for. I've lived in multiple different places, and have used a lot of pharmacies. But none have even come close to how good Spence's has been to me. This store also has a LOT of USU gear so you look right when you go to the school's sporting events! It's also one of the largest chains in the world and this store helps a lot of families set their kids up on and off campus! There are a ton of self check out kiosks! Waiting in lines is not for me!
