I never write any complaints. The customer service is awful, waited so long in line to return. The lady who help me, maybe she a manager there, she help me half way thru and left me go help someone else in the self checkout, telling the other ladies there to help finish my return, ignore her, I ask them to help me finish my return, they ignore me, finally she came back and ask the other lady to finish it for me. Having a 24-hour Super Walmart less than 2 miles from my parents' house is awesome and dangerous. Awesome because it's super convenient and you can get basically anything you could possibly need there. Dangerous because my parents will likely end up sending me at ungodly hours to get things "before it gets busy." I've always been a fan of Walmart, and I do like the convenience of this location when I go to visit my family. It was really helpful for last minute Thanksgiving shopping, and they were stocked better than some grocery stores i had gone to. I'll definitely be back here next time I'm visiting I'm sure. read more

Brand new store. Everything is clean since its new (see how long that will last). Has pretty much anything and everything. The clothing area seems a little cramped and out of place in the store. We tried food shopping here and really liked it, unlike the rt9 walmart this one has a larger selection of food, a bakery with fresh bread, everything is fresh and you can get meat and produce here. There self check area is nice, and they actually have cashiers working so their aren't long checkout lines like there is on RT9. My biggest complaint about this place isnt the walmart itself but the rt18 portion of the road going south to get to it has some weird traffic pattern where the lights aren't timed right and it creates an unnecessary amount of jams to get to this place for no real reason other than some traffic controller at the control center missed a zero. read more

I purchased a box of the pedialyte powder packs... 0 fucking stars, truly . How DARE you guys charge 10 bucks for 8 packs which is first off a rip off, but I was desperate . 2nd - they made me vomit which is the opposite of what they are intended to do. 3rd - I will be warning all customers about this product the next time I am there. Love the fact that it's open 24/7 but, if you ever come here at night, be prepared to encounter one staff member who has a horrible attitude and behaves as if he's doing you a favor rather than doing his job. He is an older Indian fella and he's always in some type of rush like he's running late. Last time he got upset when I requested a pack of cigarettes because he told me that he was busy. A real prick. Other than this fool, I love this Walmart. Once he stops working here I will rate them with 5 stars. His attitude really annoys me. If I happen to see him again I will most certainly make it my business to write a review with his name for everyone to avoid him. Also, on a funny note, there is an Indian lady whose name is Shittah. She's really nice and sweet but her name is still Shittah. Pretty funny if you ask me. read more

Female employees in customer service are very very horrible and rude here. They are not ready to help the customers at all. They are being paid for that. We asked help only to get kids bikes from the top rock. Oh God!! very very rude. They show their grimmed face when asked for help. They are angry and rude to their own staff who is going to help. Walmart should recruit only people who have tendency and willing to help customers according to their conscience. Very very lazy female employees in this store in customer service. Manager should look at it or people will stop going to this store. I have read few more negative reviews too. I saw 2 more customers like me frustrated in the store. the store is fine. almost never have to wait in line, the store is clean and they do their best to keep items in stock. The delivery service for groceries is a different matter completely. Ive been using this delivery service which cost $10 a month for 3 months and I have only once not had a problem and my order was complete. again yesterday I ordered over $50 worth of groceries. When my order was delivered i took stock and noticed four 2 liter bottles of soda where not there. I was charged but they simply forgot to send my beverages. Now this is not the first time. As a matter of fact like I said it happens more than not. So what is the point of this service? I thought it was so I dont have to leave my house but i was wrong because now if Id like a nice cold drink with my food I have to go to the actual store. well hell if id know this id have avoided ordering in the first place because it really is a hassle. To get your money back you have to file a complaint and then email back and forth. that cost time. I also have to now go to the store and buy my beverages and that cost time. so gee see what a time saver Walmart delivery service is. Ill shop elsewhere from now on. This location in Old Bridge has to train there stock persons that they have to rotate stock I can even count how many times I had rushed thru my shopping because of time and when I get home and go to use whatever it is I bought from this store and it's out of use by date and not by a day or two it's like months out of date so buyer beware check dates on everything you buy at this store I do now on every thing I buy at this store it's so wrong on so many levels that you can't just a store of this size not to train employers how to stock shelves and i'm not in that line of work or no were near it and I know that you have to rotate stock VERY SAD THAT YOU CANT JUST WALMART. By far the most organized Walmart i have seen. The place is quite clean, in part due to its October 2014 opening. Just the structure of the place is quite nice. When you walk in one of the doors, you will be slammed with the typical Walmart thing come to expect. However, the customer service stuff and all the customer oriented stuff is right in front while the inventory take some walking to. It likely means it means makign you feel better. and more in control. kudos to it. This place is huge. like Woah. it is like a super center where has all the stuff that might be msising in other stores. come and get it. It has all fthe food to the right and clothes to the center. Best of all, it has its own, pharmacy. I don't think i have seen those before. Long story short, this Walamart is conveneint and great for its customer service and stuff to buy. GO!!! read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would without hesitation. I went to the photo center to print pictures out and suddenly the machine needs paper, it happens whatever. Once I walked to the photo center and electronics center there wasn't a single worker to be found. After practically hunting down a worker to ask for help she said she couldn't help... she said she worked in the dairy section and couldn't even help us find an associate. After 10 minutes of standing around, a worker comes and helps everyone and then helps us even though we were there first. She finally said she'd help us, I was happy. Then she tells us she can't find the key in order to load the machine with paper........... Awful experience. While my boyfriend was handling the print situation I walked to the pick up area. I put my name in and waited 10 minutes and no one came. I even called the stores pick up number and no answer. Finally after asking someone working, someone came, after 5 minutes of course. I hope they took a picture of me because they'll never see my face again :) read more

Zero stars, please. No one expects Walmart to have good customer service, but the self check-out cashier was the biggest turd I have ever come into contact with. Someone called for a cashier to the self-check out lanes because the line was super long. Upon arrival, Said employee YELLED at the customer in front of me, "STEP OVER HERE." like she wanted to fight her. She began ringing up the customer as I began checking myself out. When I finished, my items weren't registering as being bagged for some reason, so a prompt popped up on my screen. She stomped over to me, threw my items in a bag and tossed the bag onto the floor, then demanded, "Pay." and stormed off. I understand the misery of working minimum wage. I did it for seven years. However, I have never treated someone like that before, for any reason. This woman acted like we ruined her life. Never returning here again.
