Rude employee at checkout. Customer Service employees are NOT helpful and patronizing. Employees shopping for online customers have no etiquette when loading their carts... I was hit with their cart twice walking down the isles and there was NO ATTEMPT of an apology! There were only 3 employee run checkouts at a peek time of day. They've downgraded this store in uncountable ways. On this visit: Even more items are locked up. It took 13 minutes for someone to unlock the case which held the automotive light bulb I needed. Signage at the checkout pointed the wrong way. Several seniors were just standing there trying to figure out where to go. The store ran out of large bags. The price I was charged was more than the price shown in the app, but lower than the price marked on the shelf. I watched 2 or 3 customers give up and walk out of the store. read more

This is a BIG Walmart. The store is well organized and clean. I wanted to especially write a review to acknowledge Allison feom the Pharmacy. I spoke to her on the phone pruor to arrival at store. When we arrived to pick up my prescriptions, Another clerk told us that there was 'No order for me'- SO frustrating when this happens. I told this employee that I had spoken to Allison. Then Allison came to assist, and found my order right away. She was very helpful on the phone and in person at the store. read more

Today I became one of those people that walked out a store leaving a full cart. (I did put all the freezer items back in the freezer first. I am sad that I left my favorite Easter candy that I haven't been able to find anywhere else, but after standing in line for a register for 15 minutes with no movement it was time to go. Every register was piled up at least 8 deep and many registers had blinking lights but no one seemed to be checking on those employees. Save many minutes of your life and stay away from this Walmart. It's a mess. Time to go spend my money elsewhere. read more

I've had very mixed experiences with this Walmart in particular... Honestly, I only go to it because it's near Sam's Club. Otherwise, I would visit at least two different Walmart stores before this one. In general, the staff is not very friendly and the store is always busy. Currently it's under construction, but it was always a mess before too. They do have a good selection of products and most of the time, this stuff is in stock as it should be. So at least I know when I go there, I can usually get what I need. I wish I could say better about it, but it's really a mixed bag when you go. read more

7/7/19 Update - Within the last couple weeks we have noticed the workers maintaining the self-checkouts with the belts have updated their creeper game. While mid-swipe I have had a worker look over my shoulder (several times), talk about what I am scanning to another worker and just yesterday had a worker continuously fix the handheld scanner after I have used it and before I was done. While I totally understand they need to do their jobs, this is a little over the top. It feels like there was some policy passed that they need to be within 2 feet of me. No not everyone else, just me. I say this because in the instances above there were people at the other two scanners and the workers didn't pay a bit of attention to them. Not sure what is printed on my forehead, but, I would really like them to ignore it and read someone else's. With the above and the people stopping me when I leave, I now feel like they are treating me as some sort of criminal and as such, have reduced my review to two stars. Good luck Yelpers! read more

My son took his car here for an oil change. I think they just take the money and make you sit for a while. A week later my dad checked the oil and it was a quart low and the filter was filthy. I had taken a car here for an oil change 10 years ago and they forgot to put oil back in and it died a week after never to be revived again. Avoid the tire and lube department. I went to Walmart today, Sunday, at 12:30 In the afternoon to return some lamps. Walmarts customer service counter was closed at 12:30 on a Sunday. I asked to speak to a manager and when the manager showed up, she was so rude and unprofessional. She told me that I would have to come back in 30 minutes when the girl was back from lunch,I told her that would not work for me and asked that she take my return, she told me that she didn't have time to do that. The customer service counter was roped off and the lights were off, but there were 2 employees standing behind the counter, I asked what they were doing and the manager said they were waiting for her to tell them what to do. So this clearly was NOT because of lack of help. I shop at this horrible store every week and spend hundreds of dollars each week and this is the way they treat their customers, unbelievable. I have had it with being treated poorly by places of business that I am helping to keep their doors open. Shame on these rude and unprofessional people. I will be calling Walmart's corporate office first thing in the morning to register an official complaint, but I am not at all confident this will do any good. I will also be calling Lamps Plus corporate office in the morning. The lamps were from Lamps Plus but shipped by Walmart, I am going to tell them what horrible customer service Walmart is providing to their customers and let them know that they will be losing customers because of Walmart treatment. I would suggest that they find a different retailer to partner with, as Walmart will hurt their business. I will Not Be shopping at Walmart any longer. There is a Super Target right in the next parking lot that will now be getting my $200 per week, hopefully more people will follow and stop letting them get away with such terrible customer service. The people hired here are racist. I was with my friend and he was trying to receive a moneygram here. When he showed his passport as an ID, the lady working here gave him a nasty look and said she wouldn't serve him. She said the same when he showed his green card. A passport is actually better prood of ID than a driver's license. We definitely won't return here. read more

I tried to order groceries online from Walmart for delivery. I am disabled, have no car and can not drive so I have no way to get to a store or any one to take me and must get groceries delivered.When I sent the order in I placed a time for delivery,my address and that they needed to call because my apartment complex does not have doorbells and has locked security doors. When I got my email order confirmation it did NOT say my order was for delivery but I had to go pick it up.I had to cancel my order and they will not take the charges off my bank account for up to 5 days because they made that error. This Walmart isn't the best or the worst I've been to. Pros: friendly employees working wheelchairs range of products Cons: not enough cashiers disorganized cold! lots of employees who don't speak very good English Unlike most Walmarts in the area everyone was nice and kind to me. I had to use an electric wheelchair and no one gave me rude looks (employees anyways) or said anything. It worked great and was charged properly. The aisles aren't as wide as some of the newer stores, but you can navigate through them okay. My return went "smoothly" although it took a long time and the poor girl obviously needed help. She was telling me how she was on her own all night and no one would help her. They had a wide range of the products I wanted (and a few I didn't know I did until I saw them) at a decent price. My complaint is the shelves are very disorganized and some of the products aren't in the right spots. It also took awhile to check out due to a lack of cashiers. I hate to be "that person" but they have a LOT of people working there, albeit they're nice, don't speak or understand English that well. Like the door greeter who helped me with my return (obviously spoke Spanish) or the lady I asked for help (obviously spoke Swahili) or my cashier (obviously spoke Chinese). This could be a good thing if they needed someone to translate, but I feel they need to be able to understand me as well. My cashier tried to argue with me that my military ID wasn't a "real ID" for purchasing alcohol. Maybe she needs a refresher cbl. Oh and it's COLD in that store. They need to ask corporate to turn up their heater. Overall It's a pretty decent Walmart; although their parking lot sucks. read more

I typically shop at this Walmart for all of my grocery needs, but due to the pandemic, I have been using online grocery pickup more often. Since I had not shopped there in a while, I haven't been in store. Well most recently, I went into the store & they reorganized it. I got a bit confused on where everything was at. I hate them stopping to check my bags on my way out. I had someone at this location check every single bag (10+) and scan at least one item from each to compare with my receipt. If you're going to waste my time scanning everything in the cart, why did I even bother using the self-check? I should have waited the half hour in line for a staff person to do it, but they'd probably still stop me to ransack my bags. My mother and me went to the nail salon in there and we were a little into our appointment when two lady's came in which were regulars as they were saying to everyone in the nail part and as soon as our nail lady's saw them they rushed to get our nails done and get to them. Even got up from us to sit them down and put stuff on their legs. When the lady was clipping my toe nails (my toes are not the straightest so I clip some differently so they look straight when looking at them) she made them so messed up didn't file and they were jagged. Polish was sloppy because of how fast they were going to get to the other lady's. read more

They have a hard time keeping product on the shelves and the products that happen to be on the shelves are in disarray, they are constantly understaffed with lines inexplicably long, and you can't seem to find anything anymore. This review is for the woman manager, I come in trying to buy alcohol with my Puerto Rico license, cashier didn't know if she was allowed to take it or not so she asked manager, the manager took one look at it and shook her head no. After asking her to look at the purple book she still said no and wouldn't look it up. she was mean and disrespectful and wouldn't give the liquor license number. Finally got her manager and he looked at it and I was able to buy the product that I wanted. This was a female manager with no respect and does not deserve the position that she is holding. I went to this Walmart to get tires for my vehicle. After waiting around a few minutes for someone to assist me, I was told that the store did not carry my tires in stock but could order them for Monday (this was Friday morning). I was okay with that, but was debating between ordering 2 tires or 3. Two tires were bald, but one was losing air. The clerk told me that they could check my one tire for free to find out if it was repairable or needed to be replaced. I agreed to this since it seemed like a no-risk deal and did some shopping until I was paged back to the automotive center. After waiting around again at the automotive center, I was informed that the tire was not repairable and that the mechanic had installed my spare donut tire in its place. I was also told that I shouldn't drive far or at highway speeds on the spare. Wow! That was kind of a problem since I had to drive back and forth to work all weekend, including on the highway! I was never warned ahead of time that I might end up with the donut on my car, nor did any one ask me if it was okay to dig in my trunk to get the donut out and install it! What if I had something fragile or expensive in my trunk that I wouldn't want just anyone messing with?! Since I couldn't drive all weekend on my spare (according to the mechanic), I had to try to find somewhere that could replace my tire immediately. The mechanic simply pointed out the phone book and said "you can call some places." How nice! He couldn't possibly that helped me with that, huh? Instead, I wasted my whole day trying to find someone with the tire in stock. Thanks, Walmart, for not informing me of what could happen when you looked at my tire and not asking first before putting on the donut. I guess you might have saved my life, but I would have preferred some warning and some real help in finding a replacement tire! read more

Every single time I come into this Walmart the service is either "okay" or absolutely horrible. Even the customer service manger that's working every time I go is just rude to the employees and customers. Today we looked all over for a coat hanger, asked the first employee we found and she shrugged her shoulders and said "Ihave no idea" Then walked away. I ended up walking all the way to the front customer service desk and out of the three employees I conversed with, none of them giving me a correct answer or willing to even go show me where they think it might be located. Then they directed me to a certain I'll number and just pointed in the direction of the very far back of the building for me to walk all the way back over to. Come to find those were towel racks, nothing related to coats. Eventually found in on our own after 45 mins of looking. I will do anything possible to not have to come to Walmart for these reasons. read more

I wish there was a way to give no stars because that's what they deserve. I bought a new Everstart Car battery last year and it exploded. It blew the top off the battery and the acid ate all the paint off the front of my new car. They exchanged it for a new one no problem. 1 Day later it was completely dead and wouldn't hold a charge. I went back and told them It didn't work and they said they cant help me because the battery was in the system as sold in 2009. I explained theat I was just there and there is a sticker on the battery that says 4/19 but they didn't care. So I bought a brand new battery for 100 dollars because i had to have one. Guess what? It didn't work either. Completely dead and wouldn't hold a charge. I had the receipt in hand and wanted my money back not another exchange because their batteries were crap. He said that Walmart would not refund my money even though I had the policy in hand that said they will give full refunds in 90 days. Mine was on the same day. So now I'm out another hundred dollars for batteries and 2000 dollars for paint. Thanks a lot Walmart. I will never return to your crooked store again. When you have kids jousting with your motorized carts, and you as the store manager do not want to do anything about it, then maybe you should find a new career. The store employees, for the most part, are great. There are a few people there who could easily be classified as morons. Cleanliness, well I would say it's ok, but the 1 star should be a good indicator I am irked the most by the fact that I reported a mother who was letting her child urinate into a Rubbermaid box, and all the employee did was move that particular box to the bottom of the pile. Once again, I told the store manager about this, and he didn't care, or have the time to look into it himself. Not a big fan of this particular location, I'd look elsewhere (like across the street, to the big red and white looking store, with the white and red logo) Oh!!! When 20 people are in line, and you have 1 register open at 11pm, maybe you should find an MOD and have them come to the front to help out, takes the stress of everyone in the line, and your employee will be happy as well. Also, don't put the underage employee on the register by themselves at night, kind of sucks to have to wait for you managers to get inside from their 40 minute smoke breaks, to help with alcohol and tobacco. read more
