A lot of kid items looks like they could be at Tj Maxx but were 2x what I'd pay. The merchandising itself is lacking and add to the cheap side of things which is a contrast to the actual pricing. The lines are queued like Bed Bath and Beyond, and overall I just felt a little blah leaving the store. I don't think I'll return for a while, hopefully they get more merchandise in the store as right now a lot of racks are sparse and lacking quantity.

Overall, I do not think I am their target market, but I am shocked that people come in and spend what they do for items you can get cheaper elsewhere. Probably just a matter of opinion, but I do not frequent this store often for that reason. I do know a lot of friends who get great deals with within the shoe clearance area -- this seems to be what they're known for! But this shout out is specifically for Zoe in Clinique because I still get my essentials and she knows all my favorites and color likes. I get calls for all promotions and bonus times which I love and regardless of how busy she is in store I hear the smile and patience while I give her my order and ask questions. Even when you call in there's an operator who politely transfers your calls, which is so personal. I miss the piano, but customer service from thousands of miles away is top notch. It matches are aesthetic perfectly and I hoped to find one similar when I had recently visited. I didn't, but I still managed to look around and see what they have for the upcoming spring season. It helped me to get an idea of what I plan to do when it's time to garden! I didn't interact much with the staff here but when we checked out our rug the first time we were greeted promptly and they were friendly. This store can be a bit overwhelming as there's a lot to see and move through but if you take the time to look around and wander through the aisles you just might find something great at a reasonable price!

I explained it to the manager and he did everything but call me a liar. Like I would lie over something for 3 off? He embarrassed me in front of customers. Today a woman was returning an expensive item that she had the receipt for and was told when she called that they would give her a store credit since it was purchased a year ago. At the register they told her no that their policy has changed although it does not state that anywhere except for on the receipt it says " restrictions may apply." You could tell they were making this stuff up. They offered her 1/2 the price. She said no and had to carry the bulky heavy item back to her car. Lesson learned- terrible customer service. The only reason they get one star is that they allow dogs in the store : )

They've cycled through a few food vendors and projects, and I'm hoping it helps bring some real traffic through again. I think JCP and the sewing shop may be the strongest parts right now and, of course, Sarku Japan is still out here thriving. Overall, I'm hopeful for Oakview, you can see the effort, but it'll be tough to find its footing with Village Pointe, not far away, and the Westroads trending in the right direction.

This is a little tricky to navigate in and out, depending on the time of day you come. But I do appreciate that they have so many options within this small space! If I was going to any mall in Omaha, it would almost always be Westroads. They do a much better job at selecting and retaining businesses!

Like most places the store is understaffed and on a busy Saturday expect two things. 1. The store will be a huge mess. The poor staff has little time to straighten up during business hours. 2. You will wait on line for a while. Just be careful not to pick up unnecessary items near the register because you're bored.
