I like to do online orders so I can just go pick up. Tonight I was told 3 things were put of stock. My husband had to go inside for 1 item and decided to check on the out of stock items. All 3 items were in stock. So we purchased those items inside. One of the items that they said were out of stock were the taquitos. As you can see, they were there. This Walmart used to have nice workers and a clean atmosphere, but now you can't tell whose working and whose a customer. A few days ago I walked in and the entrance was covered in garbage and inside the store was no better. I called and spoke with a manger but she blames it on the "local workers", saying they were messy instead of taking the responsibility for her store being dirty. It was pretty disappointing that she made a slightly racist comment. The workers never want to help and seem to wander around aimlessly on their phones. I'm not trying to shame anyone at all but a lot of the clothes the workers wear are pretty dirty looking and don't even look like they want to be there at all. There was a worker saying he didn't even want to be there, which is silly to say so loudly in front of customers. Maybe they don't, but maybe customer service isn't for them then, and maybe the managing should be doing a better job at managing. read more

Let's get real, our Omak Walmart has always had its issues. Any thing from the under stocking of items to blatantly rude cashiers. However lately everything seems to have gotten just a little bit worse. It's a customer service business but none of the workers seem happy to work/help you. Service with a smile? Yeah right. They never greet you--even as a formality--anytime you ask a question it's as if you're putting them out. It's not very welcoming, the scooters are slow, self checkout cashiers don't really pay attention/don't seem to know what they're doing, and the workers here always looked melancholic. read more

If I could give zero stars i would. I work night shift as a waitress. My fiancé and I share a vehicle he is gone from 5:30am to 4pm. When he gets home we swap spots pretty much and I take the car to work and work till 10, I had some last minute customers so I didn't get out of work till 10:48. He texted saying we are completely out of diapers so I race as fast as I can to Walmart to grab my one year old diapers. I get there at 10:56. The man at the door turns me away saying there closed I try to plea my case and he won't listen. I'm upset as a mother that my son has to be in his last diaper from 8pm to who knows how long till I get a chance to get to Walmart.. I call customer service the First Lady HANGS UP on me. I'm furious. I call again thank goodness the next lady was very nice and apologetic. I will being calling corp. this is unacceptable. Since when did Walmart get so fucking rude. They deserve an overall two star rating. read more

Omak Walmart is seriously the best Walmart in Washington state. I purchase meals for State Fire kitchens and I travel all over the state to purchase large quantities of food items. The Employees and supervisors have always gone above and beyond to help me find the amounts I need and I'm always asked throughout if I need help. You guys make my job so much easier! Expired food on shelves constantly. Hardly ever restock Vegan items. We bought some hummus bites 2 days ago that expired MAY 28th 2019!!! Rude, unknownloageable employees. I had to leave my cart and walk out after looking for an item for over 20 mins. And getting no help. They dont put items whete they should be, and keep moving things so you cant find them the next time. I passed at least 8 employees and NOT ONE even acknowledged me let alone asked if they could help me. Now they're adding even more self checkouts. Self checkout steals jobs and if you use it you're working for free. Don't let Walmart pass the work onto the customers, save a job and use a staffed register. If we all refuse to use self checkout they won't have a choice but to hire more people. read more

The door "greeters" are there to harass you, not greet you. I spend hundreds of dollars a month at this Wal*Mart only to be treated like a thief. Their elderly door greeters needs some serious training or to be fired. Also the cashiers are extremely unpleasant, they don't know how to smile or say hello, and act like you are a burden on them. read more

We always have a good time at Walmart and that includes the door greeters as well as the checkers. But then we interact with them. We don't ignore them. The wife and I usually trade barbs back and forth with each other as we go through the checkstand. Comments like, 'this woman is following me', 'you'll notice I wear the pants in the family', etc. We draw the checker in to our conversation and nine out of ten times it works. Most of our victims aren't expecting it but they chime in when they realize we are ribbing them. Anyway, opinions are like sphincters. Everybody has one and sometimes they stink. If I could give this Walmart 0 stars I would, the pharmacy employees and the pharmacy manager are the rudest people I don't know how they can get away with it!! This super center is relatively new and boasts a garden, grocery and home section. This store does boast a varied selection of products across the board compared to some of the smaller stores in the area. Prices on products are also generally cheaper than compared to other local retailers. However, I have rarely had a good experience with the employees at this particular store. My cashier is generally in a bad mood and I almost always get called back to the register for an item that did not make it into a bag. The aisles are also in disarray most of the time, but that seems par for the course. As far as Wal-Marts go this store is probably a little above average in every department except customer service. read more

Holy crap, this is the biggest Wal-Mart I've ever seen. The fact it's a Wal-Mart keeps me from giving it five stars, but their selection IS massive, and there's some good deals to be had. read more
