I like this Walmart, the bathrooms are cleaner than most, the subway is a great addition.

Slightly better than your average Walmart. Their grocery section is usually pretty well stocked and they have all the regular stuff in the store as well. there's always lots of employees roaming around restocking things so if you need help or don't know where to find something there's always someone available to ask. They also keep the lines moving very well at the regular checkouts and they have enough self-checkouts that it doesn't get too clogged over there either. Overall a very decent Walmart both if you're looking to grab a thing or two or wander the aisles for longer. read more

This store a the corporate individuals that have and run this store are some of the worst I have encountered. I purchased a free standing air conditioner from them and it went bad in 45 days. I still had the receipt and called the oxford walmart and was told it was still okay to return. I till had the box and packaged it all up and went to the oxford walmart to the customer service area. I was greated by a gentleman who was nice and he directed me to who I am assuming was his supervisor whom told me no I can't return this item, I told him I talked to an employee on the phone who said I could and could I speak to a manager. The manager showed up with four men who stood behind me like I was going to rob the place and refused to honor what I was told on the phone this phone call was at 7:09pm on 06/18. I still haven't heard anything from corporate even though I called. This store will forever lose my business and no wonder people steal from this place. read more

This is by far the dirtiest Walmart I have ever been to. It is so unorganized and you can't find anything. The merchandise is all over the place and not hung up or on the shelves properly. How is a person supposed to find anything if the products are all thrown together in a pile?! read more

This is by far the cleanest,best stocked Walmart I have ever been to! Food selection is fantastic and well stocked. The only time I ever needed service a young woman helped us , and was extremely attentive and helpful ( I know an oddity for today's youth) . While this location is out of my way by a lot , it is well worth the drive to eliminate the headache of shopping at Walmart. I recommend it to anyone for hassle free shopping so far . Great job to the management and employees for caring about their job! I will post pictures next time I'm there to show the cleanliness of the store. read more

We wanted to purchase a smart tv. Went to this Walmart and they didn't have what we wanted in stock. Ok. Can I buy it now and come pick it up in a couple days? No, I wass told I'd have to go home and order it. Hmm. Ok. So I did. But couldn't find the TV we were looking at online. No surprise. So we bought one at Best Buy. In nearby Delaware. Tax Free. Took it home. All done. But I would've waited if I was allowed to purchase it right then and there. But...nope! So I figure Walmart didn't want my business. I figure Walmart expected that we would not change our minds and buy it elsewhere. Strange business model: Can't buy it on site? Ok, we trust you'll go home and order it from us. My 68-year-old mother went shopping for groceries. She brought her reusable bags, unaware that they were asking customers not to bring them. The cashier, rather than simply telling my mom that they could not use her bags, THREW the bags on the floor. My mom complained to her that now they were unsanitary, being on the dirty floor, and the cashier replied 'That's the idea'. When did it become okay to treat people like this? All it would take was a simple "I'm sorry, ma'am, we are unable to use your reusable bags at this time" and it would have been fine. Someone needs to be retrained in customer service. read more

If I can give negative stars I would. Horrible customer service. Have given this place multiple chances to keep my business. I'm done. Paid for express delivery which said order would be delivered within 2 hours. 5 hours later no delivery and no one was able to tell me when order will be delivered. No accountability. I am a DoorDasher and I am appalled at how unprepared the pickup point. I've seen various other people hanging around with either the same problem or other issues like them not having an item. I've waited 20 minutes at one point for someone to greet me and get the things I need. This Walmart really needs to get it together with it's pickup services. They won't even open the doors closest to the pickup area which wastes our time immensely. Prepared is not an adjective that describes this facility. read more

I don't know why I continue to torture myself with this Walmart. They never have anything I need. Since they opened I have tried to purchase coffeemate ff french vanilla creamer. The have yet to have it. Every day staples like ketchup are frequently not on the shelves. They do not carry the same lunch meats as the northeast walmart, where I'd rather shop. One morning I went in to grab a few items and they did not have any fruits like strawberries or grapes. Just yesterday the cashier was not too happy I brought my own recyclable bags. I know others who have complained and they get the sense that corporate knows this walmart is poorly managed. read more

This is just an average Walmart and they get the average one star review for Walmart (OutOfStock) Supercenters. You can buy any junk from China that they want to sell you but nothing that you really need or want. The shelves are half empty. Like if I owned a store and could get another product to fill the empty shelf I would. But at Walmart the same shelf stays half empty all year long. And the people working in individual departments could care less. Like they are waiting for the ship from China which never comes. But maybe people will keep coming back looking for product forever so I am sure the managers have a good reason for it. Since it is a claimed business maybe someone will get back to people giving one star reviews on Yelp and explain why putting product on a shelf is impossible. But I would bet like usual nobody cares. This store did have a paint department. It was not staffed while I was there but they have some things other local stores do not. But really I wish I could say something good about going to this store and it was just the typical out of stock and nobody cares Walmart attitude with a slight country twist. Someone from Walmart management needs to visit the PA and DE stores and walk thru them for 5 minutes. Or just look at some security cameras and see all the empty shelf space and what goes on in the store. No concern for the lack of product or service. read more

I often shop at the Oxford Super Walmart quite frequently. Every time I go into that store needing a particular item the store never has it. One example is my Golden Retriever loves the Ol' Roy beef based bones. I have been to that store every other day for the past 2 weeks and the store has not had them in stock. It gets very aggravating when you have to constantly run back and forth to the store for just one item. This is not the first time. I have gone looking for other items and they were not in stock. What good is it to have this store taking up space if they never have what you need. I personally think they don't have the manpower to keep the items on the shelves. My son-in-law used to work there unloading trucks and stocking shelves. He left that job because he was overworked and underpaid. I personally think you want the store to be successful in the Oxford area you have got to start making some changes. I used to love shopping at this store. I am so aggravated and upset about the shelves always being empty I don't even want to shop there anymore. When I called the store and spoke to an assistant manager her reply to me was it all depends on what they send us. Instead of trying to fix the problem she blames someone else. I would not recommend this store to do any type of shopping at all. You will be very aggravated. read more

HORRIBLE!!!! I spent 263.00 on a item they didn't have, went to pick it up from their "Pick up" service which is supposed to be quick and easy...WRONG! For 2 hours I heard nothing about my purchase so decided to go over do some shopping by then it should be ready right??? How hard is it to grab an item off the shelf and take it to the front of the building apparently very hard since the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. After I did my shopping I went to pick up my item only to be told we don't have it. " I should have waited for my confirmation which again I heard NOTHING for over 2 hours, conveniently I got a message while arguing with the manager. When I ask to go to another store to get the item since the funds were already withdrawn from my account I was advised the order would need to be canceled to get the credit would take 24 hours to post to my account (yet another LIE). The so called "Manager" then calls Walmart.com and they start pointing fingers at who's fault it was that the vacuum I purchased was not available. The store said it was Walmart.com fault because it should not have been available on line since they didn't have it in the store, and Walmart.com stated it was the stores fault because they didn't update their inventory. Needless to say neither person was trying to help me the consumer who had my money floating and NO PRODUCT! I then ask to speak to someone higher up in reference to the issue and was advised I could have a whole 10.00 coupon for my time over an hour in the "fast pick up" and get MY money back in 24 hours. Two days later I call because SURPRISE my money is not back in my account only to receive more bad news that it will now be 5 days before my money is returned. I am so angry at this point I DON'T think I will ever return and I will be sharing my story with NUMEROUS people so they don't have the aggravation that I have had to deal with. read more

I usually stay away from these large corporations, however they have their own brand of spicy sausage that is very difficult to find. This Walmart does have an unusual large degree of stocking issues. Plenty of empty shelves. After many visits to pick up this sausage an employee actually got my number and called when it arrived so I could get it before out again. I in formed the managerial staff whom of course thought I was going to complain. Imagin thier surprise. I was so impressed by the employees work ethic. Very nice! read more

Will not be shopping at this Walmart again. I am handicapped and this store is terrible for access. The isles are full of items and always blocked. The electric scooters are always broken or with a dead battery. No one cares to check them or even plug them in. This is the job of the store staff. I did call and was transferred to a very argumentive manager who was not at all interested in my problem. I believe this store is not in compliance with the American Disability Act, which is a disgrace to Walmart!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more
