So on a 90 degree day someone left their dog in their car. Like any decent human we let customer service know what kinda car it was and they just asked if the windows were cracked, and they were, then seemed to brush it off. We were in there for about ten minutes and was still there the dog was panting pretty fast when we came out so we called non emergency and waited to see if someone came to the car. Now knowing that it was an employee's son that was shopping and picking her up made it 100 times worst. They could've pave the car owner or just talk to her since they known and do something about it. I was enraged and called to talk to the store director, who had a nonchalant attitude about it and immediately knew who the car belong to. And said that they don't do anything about animals only for kids.
