This is the first Walmart location we shopped at when we relocated to Pensacola. We tried other locations and this became our favorite. No matter what time it's never crowded. Shelves are always neatly stocked with merchandise. The grocery store area with variety of fresh produce. Frozen foods are plentiful to choose from. We've found gems at discontinued or sales bins. read more

Do not attempt to exchange propane here. They call for a person in garden center to do it and wondering if they'll ever show. This is a high crime area Walmart- one entrance only. Always seems dirty and landscape unkept. Not great customer service. They only get 2.5 stars for the grocery pick up- I use that and they've improved that process and area. read more

This walmart is OK but taking up about 30 close parking spots for "pickup" is ridiculous! There is rarely even ONE car parked in this area to "pickup" their stuff! WHAT A WASTE OF SPACE! Most of their employees could probably USE a nice walk to get some exercise outdoors anyway! Bring the spaces back for customers who take their time to actually SHOP in the store!!!! read more

Worst Walmart in Pensacola. So many green lt checkouts flashing roped off and not used. Long lines. Abused carts. Pathetic place.

The deli food is very good! The chicken and sandwiches are great! The pizza is great and what a super fun thing to cook at home, the pizza we have Enjoyed the most is the one that had everything and if that isn't great enough add more prior to cooking and increase the cooking time as needed! The people working they have always been kind. Never a harsh word. The cost is greater than in the past but that is everywhere!!!! read more

Second Oder in row where my correct name on package but what was in packages or sacks was not what I ordered. Takes 7-10 days to get my money back to close to 150 dollars. Someone somewhere is eating good. Customer service couldn't help get what I needed cause of policy change from corporate office. Walmart not into customer service. I have food delivered cause of my cancer and I can not always get out or carry upstairs. I don't understand why the walmart on navy boulevard closes their Customer service at 8 o'clock and nobody else knows about it but the store employees. The other stores tells you to go over there and it's 915 in their clothes. Had to sit up there 10 minutes before you decided to go. See if you could find somebody and then they tell you to go and blue angel. What makes that a such a special store? They're closed they're closed at 8. The store closes at 11 Other stores closed at 10 PM.just like all the other stores in the website it States. It's a supercenter that's what all the rest of the stores is. They're not a neighborhood grocery store. Shame on Walmart for allowing that that's like going to McDonald's and they don't sell hamburgers one store ou. read more

If I could give no stars at all that's what this Walmart deserves. Worst Walmart shopping experience. Not one worker was friendly or helpful at all. When asking a store worker assistance to where the bubble toys are they said they didn't know. We found an entire bubble toys area towards the front of the store near before reaching the cashiers. Shameful. The workers all just ignored and stared at us when we greeted them a nice friendly hello. Terrible customer skills. Unprofessional and not a not a welcoming environment to shop at. When you've seen one Walmart you've seen them all. That used to be the case but now the stores are getting bigger and BIGGER. This particular store is probably the largest business in all of Pensacola. It's the size of an airplane hanger and has everything you're looking for at cut throat prices (for the most part.). While some people despise the big W, you can't say they don't compete on pricing for just about every item you can think of. Need something for your kitchen on the cheap? Walmart. Birthday cards on the fly? Walmart. Anything your local store has but close to bulk pricing to put them out of business? Walmart. THIS FOR STORE 01224 on Creighton Road !!!!! Well, it's obvious that Walmart corporate doesn't care about how poorly this store is run as no one is responding to these reviews. I was accosted today by a security person because I did not have my cans sodas in a plastic bag. I have been going to the store for a year and bought numerous canned sodas and never once have been told by a cashier to put them in a plastic bag. As well there is nothing posted that it is required to do so, so hence I was standing there with $80 of receipts in my hand being aggressively attacked because my six mini cans of Sunkist orange drink were not in a plastic bag. I tried to reach the store manager through 4 phone calls. Still have not reached her. I contacted the corporate office and filed a formal complaint, I understand security has a job to do but not in a harassing aggressive publicly humiliating way that this was done. I called and asked for the security office and a punk named. Josh started yelling at me and hung up on me. They have not heard the end of this, as I told the corporate office, you see hundreds of people rolling their buggies out to their cars with their sodas/bottles not in plastic bags. So why was I stopped? Lastly, are we not trying to cut down on usage of plastic bags that are destroying our environment? again nothing will come of this review because it appears they don't even read them much less respond to them which is again poor management coming from the top. I will not stop trying to reach someone in charge even if I have to call the CEO of Walmart for the money I spend in the store on a monthly basis I believe they can afford to do better customer service training with their security people. read more

I am a handicapped senior citizen who usually gets treated with respect, except for when it comes to the Walmart food delivery service. They actually seem to find it amusing, and find a good deal of humor at my expense. When they didn't deliver most of the food that I ordered and paid for, they lie and say that they have none in the entire store. An example of that is one person I called laughed and said that they didn't have any milk at all. I called back when the rest of my order was still not delivered, and another person said that they have tons of milk. I had to call four times in one afternoon, and still they refused to deliver the rest of the order. Who cares if an elderly handicapped woman goes hungry. It certainly isn't the people at Walmart. read more

Placed a pick up order two days ago. Was told I could pick it up anytime, but then got a second email saying I had to wait three days to pick it up. I need the items now so I called the store trying to get either someone to answer the phone which is completely impossible in the pick up department, or for the customer service rep to give me a phone number, a one 800 number to call regarding my order. This walmart is ghetto. As soon as I walked in the door I'm greeted by an employee who's shirt doesn't cover her flabby belly who is screaming at someone across the store ....in my left ear. She almost ran over me as if I was invisible. Bad first impression. Then I get to listen to two other employees complain about their lives and not getting child support, etc. They weren't even doing anything...no stacking, no price look up, etc. Just shooting the wind providing no help at all. This walmart is small but convenient. Great for Simple last minute items. It's worker's here are pleasant.

The people that work there are great. However the store is a second or third class store, long overdue for a major remodel. Unlike the other first class stores, this one doesn't even have a Subway, and the entry/exits are only on 1 side of the store. Those 2 things make the store much less comfortable than the others. The workers and shoppers all deserve better. Shame on Walmart chiefs for not keeping it up to par! Maybe this will help them wake up. read more

I don't drive and this is a pleasant walk from where I stay. On my first visit I bought quite a few groceries. The manager saw my struggle and kindly a taxi for me. He went out of his way to stay till the taxi arrived since it was getting late in the evening. Now my trips are more frequent to pick up the things I need and exercise myself back home. I never thought I'd ever write a review for Walmart, but they saved my butt tonight. This location closes at midnight and at 11:50pm, my daughter decided to cut her first tooth. As an out-of-towner, I rushed to the store, arriving at 11:58pm as security was finishing their final sweep. The assistant manager agreed to let me in, an associate led me to the Children's Tylenol, and a cashier checked me out, all before the stroke of midnight. Above and beyond my expectations. Thank you for saving this dad and the residents of the bed and breakfast who would have hated us tomorrow! read more

They never have enough cashiers, the lines are always long to checkout, and they do not have anyone to help bag your groceries, help you out to your car, or in general offer any sort of customer service. Low prices come with a cost. Spent the extra money, and go shop at Publix. You'll thank yourself every time you do! read more

The delivery service from the Walmart on Navy Blvd. couldn't be any worse. The norm is to not get everything on the order but today, they didn't even bother to deliver my order. Instead of the groceries I ordered, I received 3 bottles of car oil, a funnel, and a plastic soap dispenser. I didn't order any of that. On one of the bags, the order number and name of a completely different person is there. I called the manager at the store on Navy after the Walmart person in their centralized service said she call the Navy location's manager and had been told that they wouldn't do anything because it says that 2 bags were delivered. When I called the store and talked to a woman who said she was the manager (I will repost her name), she didn't say much (don't recall her apologizing) but then sounded like she may get the order delivered by saying she wasn't sure if she has a delivery driver. It is going on 3 hours and no delivery. I am going to keep calling Walmart corporate office until I get my orders serviced by a different Walmart from now on. Walmart on Navy Blvd. Pensacola does not care about their customers or what they make them go through. Undependable, terrible experience. read more
