I've been asked to pay again for this medication 3 TIMES and I still have no medication! I've called twice and each person I've talked to has told me it's another week bc of testing. The first person said he "saw my bin with medication in it and was putting it on the top" then the next person Intalked to said they "no longer had my medication in its correct dosage" and someone would call me back TODAY with instructions. (No call back). So someone went into a bin with my name on it and took the paid for medication to use for someone else because they had a "lot of orders"?! How is that okay? Is this place a scam? What if this was a senior or anyone urgently needing their medication and they are asked to pay again for the medication, that is already paid for, each time they call? How is this good practice?

The pharmacist called and talked to me directly with questions about some medication I was transferring there and she was very polite as well. The store is very clean and I am always greeted when I walk into this CVS. Other Pharmacies do not offer the same customer service. If they do not have my medicine, they seem to overnight the meds I need filled without any issue. I once forgot my military ID at the pharmacy and the associate called me to let me know I forgot it. She said she would keep it safe as long as it took to get back to the store. I highly recommend using this CVS.

In my profile, it clearly stars no childproof caps, but I picked up two meds. They both had childproof caps. I called the store, and I had to return to the store to get the bottles tops changed. Of course, there was a line at the pharmacy as well. I did get an. I'm sorry, but nothing like we will let the person who filled it about their error. I also didn't get any compensation or anything for my extra trip and wasted time.

Never had any hesitation to ask questions or get interaction opinions. Doctors prescribe whatever and often care not of the interactions of the drugs prescribed. Here, they catch that and at least make you informed so you can get back to your doc to see alternatives. It is really a boutique pharmacy at budget prices.

He made me feel as though my prescription was important to him, and I do believe it was. He truly had integrity and a love for helping others. The store was very clean and comfortable. For days they kept claiming that they called the doctor but no one answered. Each time I called they answered immediately. Then I tried to use a discount card that was specifically for their business and instead of telling me that they didn't take ANY discount cards, they just gave me a small discount and dismissed me. I sat in the parking lot trying to figure out why it was so much more than the coupon, so I went back in to see it and that is when they told me that they didn't take them.
