Tossing toys across the aisle, putting other customers at risk for getting hurt, don't bring your baby or toddlers here. This store is an absolute abomination now. I was shocked at the amount of trash and dirty food. The clothing section is the worst. I didn't manage to grab a photo of it, but there was a bunch of crushed hot Cheetos on some clothes. Please see the photos and see for yourself. I'm not blaming the employees because I suspect that the store is very shortstaffed and not being given the payroll budget they need to hire additional help. On the day I went shopping I ran into so many customers not even wanting to shop for clothes because of how disorganized and messy everything was. And it's not just messy. It's unsanitary! I love this place! Convenient location, drive up is amazing and the store is clean! It's getting to be an expensive habit, but I've been here a lot lately! Either in the store shopping or drive up. It's really easy to shop in the app for pick up especially because they offer a larger variety of baby items (Stonyfield yogurt) than the local grocery store. I just shop in the app and select drive up. If an item you want for pick up is out of stock, they will either make a substitution if you opted for one, offer you to pick it up from another location, ship it to you, or cancel it. Usually when you order online the minimum is $35 or orders placed using your Target RedCard can score you free shipping. The staff at this store is helpful and drive up has always gone smoothly. The layout makes sense and it is easy to find items. I still love the OG scanning machines to find the price. TIP: I've scanned items using my phone with the Target app, but sometimes items can be marked as clearance without the sticker. I scored kid's boots on clearance. The app had a higher price than the store. TIP: if you have Sprint/T-Mobile, the cell phone service is horrible in the shopping area so be sure to screenshot the drive up code once you get it as the employee needs it to close out your order if you're picking up. read more

Very disappointed with the level of professionalism and pride at this location. First off the internet sucks and when you pull up you can't always notify them that you have arrived. I literally sat there for 15 minutes trying to link to Target WiFi. Received damaged goods from PICK UP!!! Like yo you're literally inside the store if something is damaged, why not replace it??? I had to get home with leakage in my car, a busted cinnamon roll and vegetable juice. The vegetable item was about to expire in a day, as well. I did talk to two very helpful managers, but I have to still go into the store, to receive my promotion card because the return caused me to lose it. Which defeats the point of purchasing delivery and choosing PICK UP!!!! I will be canceling that feature, paying off my Target card that I've had since 2004, only using it for pet food and cleaning items only!!! NO MORE GROCERIES! They're hiring children that clearly don't care!! Now after work I need to go back over there, between the WiFi PICK UP time wasted and several phone calls, so much of my time has been wasted!!! You know the store closest to you where you know where everything is, you could run in and out in a flash cause you know exactly where something is? Thats what I call a "home" store. This is my "home target" MY store. All the other targets are great, but this one? This one is my favorite- I know her, I love her. I spend all my time perusing her aisles, ogling items I don't need but will get anyway cause we're at Target and we deserve it! I love the layout of this location, everything flows so cohesively, and I know exactly where everything is. I know which route to walk when I'm with my toddler so I can avoid distractions, I know how to run in real quick when my husband is waiting in the car. I love how this locations will add new items, new shelves, or switch things up but they don't completely flip the store around. The staff is helpful, there's minimal issues with self checkout. Although sometimes the self checkout line doesn't get pretty long and backed up into the walkways it's usually pretty easy to maneuver around. The aisles and shelves are usually fairly neat sometimes the clothing aisles look a little ransacked in the juniors but other than that everything seems clean and stocked. I've only had one less than pleasant experience and that was at customer service with employee June. She was not kind of personable in the slightest. I needed to make a return, I had my receipt, tags, and everything. She must've been having a bad day cause she was nasty. read more

This target is so dirty, better to go to the Round Rock one. I was checking out here not long ago and the cashier seemed high. She kept telling me to have a good day but still had my items. I had to remind her twice that I needed my bags, she was standing in front of them and I couldn't reach them. She almost gave my items to another customer. It's been a long strange trip from TARGET at the TOP of the hill, super-convenient, always well stocked and great prices to . . . I'll go anywhere else for the things I need just to avoid it because of the INCONVENIENCE. Truly. It saves me a trip to just skip Target all together. I have gone in thinking I can get this, that and the other but instead, walk out with half my list and need to head to a second store to complete my shopping. What I used to spend in a week I don't even spend there in a month. They re-merchandised the store a few years ago (pre-pandemic) and ruined it. I guess some spreadsheet jockey in Corporate up in Minneapolis saw that they were losing their plaid shorts to Amazon and decided if they took this GIANT footprint and turned it into a hipster trash boutique it would somehow rescue them from being imploded by the Bezos Death Star. WRONG. A "curated" selection means no variety. The grocery shelves were consistently understocked even before supply chain issues. Almost as if they had given up stocking them. Logistics matter and HEB and Walmart are literally running circles around the scant few Target trucks you have coming to the store. The "selection" of products that are in stock are always geared toward "overpriced". And then the self checkouts abound. I can self-check at the other two stores I mentioned so it just looks like another cost-cutting measure that demeans the once enjoyable shopping experience. Why would one pay more to be abused by their once favorite brand this way. I sold my Target stock years before all this. I suspect that they will be downsizing their retail footprint over the next decade. Spreadsheet jockeys of the Twin Cities will be throwing every tired concept at the inevitable death ray. So have you ever had one of those times where you are in the middle of making your meal and BLAM... you don't have a key ingredient? :-( That was me tonight but it wasn't one thing.. it was two! Luckily I live about .5 miles away from the Super Target. Just Slip on over... run in pick up thing 1 and then thing 2 and zip right back out. In and out in 15 mins... right... WRONG! I never get out of here, when I come in, with only what I came for. Find thing one... then find thing 1a, 1b, 1c, etc... not to even mention then going after thing 2. Soon it's like I'm the Cat in the Hat stuffing item after item into my cart and trying to sprint around the store and "clean up". I just can't help myself. The store is laid out great... bright, clean, and inviting. Then there is the dreaded checkout lines... almost any time I have gone up to check out and they get more then 3 people in each line there is an immediate call to get more people up to check out customers. Truly refreshing! That certainly doesn't happen when you're at the other super store. There it's like a game of Find Waldo to get an extra cashier up to help out. I enjoy shopping at Target... it is close to where I live... they have most things I need... the place is always clean... and target has a good selection of hard goods unlike the other big grocery store in town who generally has one isle of miscellaneous junk. Even coming to shop here at later time is safe, one of the reasons is that the store is located in a nice shopping center. I've never been so upset and aggrieved at both a store and a company. I've been a loyal Target customer for 30 yrs, and have spent tens of thousands of dollars at Target (mostly at this location). I've sung the praises of Target my whole life, my wife has a card on my acct, and my whole family shopped here weekly for everything from groceries to clothes to school supplies to televisions. I've spent my last dollar not only here, but at Target as a company. Do not under any circumstances shop at this store. I was absolutely scammed by employees at this location, and Target corporate has left me high and dry after a month of many attempts to rectify. Purchased a $200 gift card in store here, to come home and find out (when I attempted to transfer it to my app) that it had only $20 on it. Simple error I felt sure and I went back to the store to correct problem. 45 minutes of speaking to several people including a manager (at one point I was on hold for 15 mins with someone at corporate), yielded a bunch of employees who basically just threw up their hands and said they didn't know what to do (despite fact that everyone acknowledged it was a store error). They had a perfect opportunity at that point to simply re-issue me a gift card (which I repeatedly requested), then sort out out later how to deal with their bookkeeping issues internally. Instead, I had reached a time when I simply had to leave. I left the gift card and my contact number with the manager, and she indicated that she would call me back soon. Will not bore you with all of the details (perhaps too late?), but she never called me back. A week later - having waited long enough for the call - I call Target corporate and once again explain the situation. My app was soon thereafter credited with the correct amount, and I thought this unbelievable ordeal was finally over. Wks later, I go to use the amount for an online app purchase, to find out that my balance has been depleted to almost 0. turns out someone at the store used the card I left with the manager at multiple other Target locations in the area. multiple calls to corporate later, and Target has officially told me there's nothing more they can do for me. To add insult to my injury, the very small (approx $5) residual amt which remained after the employee's shopping spree with my card was removed after my last futile call, due to my having reported it as having been fraudulently used. Of course it was. This small $200 amt, and their unwillingness to rectify an error which literally every rep I've spoken with agrees is their fault, will end up costing Target 4 customers at my house, and my next email is going out to a long list of friends and family. Target (either this store or corporate), if you want to finally correct this, you know how to reach me. Until then, F off to everyone who had the opportunity to rectify this and opted instead to blow a longtime loyal customer off, and especially to the employee(s) here who took [no, stole] that card and used it. This review will stay up until I am made whole. **11/21/22 Update: After 30 years of giving Target a hell of a lot of business, and over 10 yrs of having a well-used ($300-$400/month) Target card, I called customer service and closed both my accts. As expected, their retention dept read their nice script and pretended for a brief minute to care they were losing me, but then put me on very long holds and ultimately hung up on me.... twice! It became abundantly clear that multiple reps wished to put no further effort into researching this issue, and accountability is simply not built into their customer assistance/retention system. I can only hope Target upper management somehow gets wind of this review, as the way this matter was handled at every level was an absolute embarrassment to the company, and I can only assume I am not the only customer this store has screwed. It is bad enough that this company's system would even allow for an amount error on the issuance of a gift card, but to refuse to rectify the error later is inexcusable. read more

When I saw the sign for a SUPER Target, I felt like it was the mothership calling me home. I love Target and couldn't believe a super one existed! It was cool, but I have to say I was underwhelmed. I've called since early morning asking if the Nintendo switch Mario kart bundle was available. I kept getting placed on hold for electronics to pick up for more than 30 minutes. There was multiple times I was transferred back to the same person who picked up my call. When electronics picked up my call no one responded and hanged up. Great Target, very clean, convenient location. Parking is never a hassle. They recently underwent some remodeling and the inside looks BRIGHT, SPACIOUS, and CLEANER than before.
