I wish I could rate Walmart no stars. This place is a joke and when you call to speak with someone in customer service, all they do is lie. I was overcharged by $35.00, for a home delivery order in July 2025. I have spoken to around 10 people who always assure me that I will be receiving my refund. I did receive a check in October 2025 for $10.00. Someone can't count, you still owe me $25.00 which I have been trying to get. It is now January 2026 and I am still owed $25.00 but can't seem to get it. I'm sure it dosen't matter to a big corporation like Walmart, but I no longer shop or order from there. Due to the location, this Walmart draws the rudest people and employees from the worst neighborhoods. Go super early to avoid the drama. Even if you go early, expect long lines because they don't open more than two or three registers and nobody is in a hurry. I've already been there when they're not accepting cash. read more

This place is awful. Not as bad as the south philly one though. So it gets 2 stars. The fruit isn't all bad. Of course you only ever go here when you're trying to budget. The actual products here aren't terrible. You can get good deals on food and they have most of what you need. A wreck of a store visited out of desperation. No need to go into detail just picture complete pandemonium caught in a Black Friday endless loop and you get the picture. To top it off, the chip reader wouldn't accept four of my credit cards to which I was politely informed... "the machine gets like that a lot." I left work early today with a headache and stopped at WalMart to grab three tiny things. My original review no longer stands - this place is the biggest sh!thole on the planet and my blood pressure is through the roof. It was the worst damn experience ever!! This place has gone DOWN HILL from opening day!!! Basically my "speedy checkout" was over 20 minutes, thanks to a woman who racked up over a $100.00 tab and then walked out because she couldn't pay. The guy couldn't void the transaction himself, and there was NO ONE around who could. So we moved to a different person, who decided that her top priority was to get change for her register, even though she saw us waiting forever. By the time her slow a$$ was ready to ring me up, the original guy had his void done and was taking someone who just walked up, instead of the person he sent away to a "faster" register. On top of it all, there was no friggin' apology from anyone. I was/am so enraged that I actually called the WalMart hotline to complain, which I've never done in my life. But guess what? The "two minute" wait time was definitely more than five, so I hung up and got pissed all over again. Here I am writing this review, that will clearly have no effect at all. Service at this store is awful. So many employees standing around doing nothing. A customer in front of me in the massive lines asked an employee is she was opening a register (5 open and 7-8 people in each line) she said "nah, I'm on break" well thank you. Walmart Supercenter - That after 15 min of waiting - Department Stores Near Me - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

They don't answer their phones... In any department I tried reaching. They screw-up orders (photo center) and do not care. In this instance, they did not print out the photocards I ordered online, and will not refund my money, because "I am not in their system" I am in Walmart.com's system. Walmart.com (45 minute wait on the phone until I reached a person) said they cannot refund my money either, eventhough I'm in their system. I have to dispute the charge through Visa now. Thanks. They have poor selection with not the best prices. Store pick-up means you go to the back of the dirty store by the smelly bathrooms and wait at least 15 minutes with other people also waiting for someone to acknowledge that you are there to pick-up prepaid merchandise. No one smiles who works there. Very disappointed. But I guess that's the Walmart experience. read more

By far the rudest employee I have ever met!! When going to the deli a women in a wheel chair sitting in front of the deli kept getting past by employees no one acknowledged her once!! Multiple employees behind the counter who saw her there. Poor women waited for 15 minutes just to be told they where closed for another 5. I asked if a manager could come over and speak with us he walked over walked to the back and that was it and said oh someone will be out. No apology NOTHING!! I love this store. It's our super center for my Area and it's great. The workers are nice, it's not as messy as walmarts usually are. Its very spacious, and the shelves are always stocked. The bargains are great compared to shoprite sometimes. Only down side is customer service.. The lines are always long and they move very slow. read more

Mostly a typical walmart. I've seen better. This one 'seems' nice and freshly built, the floors and walls and shelves are all nice, as such. However, the place is smaller than the average walmart (which still leaves it as a pretty large store), and there's too much clutter to their stocking. Stuff all over aisles, cramped checkout area (no room for lines to grow more than 2 people out of checkout lane, overpacked with bins for goods. The walmart down columbus is just as close to me, and I'll likely keep going to that one. read more

The cashier refused to sell me an item that was in the store because it wouldn't "ring up" even though I showed it to her on the WALMART app. Then she bagged stuff in random turnstiles which caused me to not grab 2 of my items. This is the worse Walmart I have ever encountered . I would rather travel to the one all the way up to Franklin mills than this one. 1. They cramped EVERYTHING in this store. 2. Half of the store groceries which seem to be stocked with a lot of everything & not what you need 3. Most of walmarts meats travel days to get to Walmart & it's not quality of meat 4. Not that I shop for clothes in Walmart but they have a small selection in all sizes 5. Cosmetics department has even less than any other Walmart I have ever been to 6. Electronics are so cramped in one little section & again not much to choose from 7. Most walmarts put a little craft section in their walmarts .This one has one aisle 8. The aisles are so cramped in you are constantly bumping into others 9. The employees are clueless to where thing are 10. Not enough cashiers to handle the demands of the customers I understand Walmarts idea for making a supermarket to make it a super Walmart. The design was poorly planned especially for in that area of the city where it should have been made a much bigger SuperWalmart like the ones they do in the suburbs or in towns where there is nothing else around but Super Walmarts All in all a horrible shopping experience , not a great selection. If I truly needed to go to a Walmart I would rather go to the one in south philly or the far northeast. On another note before I end my review if parents are going for toys for the holidays. They never have them in the store even if they are listed in the ad.. They don't have much of any toys. I like some of the stuff at this store, but I hate coming here. It feels a bit smaller than other Wal-Mart Super Centers.. I've also had multiple bad experiences with shoppers at this location. I was in line and had already put my stuff up by the cash register. I had several items and some V8 splash juice that my oldest kid loves. There were two rude ladies behind me shoving their stuff on the checkout counter when there was absolutely no space for it with all my stuff that was on it. In the process of doing that, one of them knocked over the juice I was going to buy for my kid and it fell onto the floor and spilled open. Instead of picking the bottle up because they dropped it, they left it there and laughed while saying under their breath that I can pick it up.. so I absolutely did not pick it up. I'm not nobody's bitch..so I just told the cashier that there was a spill. When the guy came to clean it up, they started talking trash saying "Who the hell would drink that? It smells like vomit." and then telling the guy cleaning it up that it wasn't them who dropped it, even though it was and he really didn't seem to care anyway. After the floor was cleaned, one of the women continued to bang her cart into my butt more than five times. I tried to bite my tongue because my children were with me, but I ended up snapping out on them. I shouldn't have to get in an argument with idiotic females in a Wal-Mart who are looking for someone much smaller than them to mess with when I am trying to grocery shop with my kids. While I realize that is not Wal-Mart's fault, maybe everyone wouldn't be so bitchy if the lines were actually moving and more than 2 lines were open at once. On a second occasion, my mother in law was in a certain section of the store shopping for shower curtains. She bent over to grab something from a bottom shelf and a man kicked her in her butt. Like, he literally kicked her ass. So she asked the man what is his problem? and he claimed it was an accident even though how can you accidentally kick someone right in the butt with force like that.. to the point that it really hurt her. I could see accidentally bumping into them. When she told him that it hurt and he needs to watch what he is doing he said, "Where's your man at? I will fuck that $%$*$ up" She told him no I'm not here with a man and he told her she's lucky he doesn't F her up himself. Did the staff members at this location do anything about that? NEVER going back to this store. I placed an order and arrived at the store 4 hours after receiving the pickup confirmation. There was this huge tower where my items were to dropped. I stood there along with 2 others ladies watching other customers come in after us and pickup their items without any problems. After standing there for over 30 minutes, the 2nd rep that I spoke to got someone to help us. I took 2 reps to help us retrieve our orders after 45 minutes. Where were the people responsible for operating this piece of metal that doesn't speak English. A live person can NEVER be replaced. read more

This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever dealt with!!! My daughter needed a prescription filled the staff is lazy, unfriendly, and unknowledgeable. They told me my daughter didn't have coverage(which she did) and closed the window in my face. Absolutely horrible that people have to deal with such poor customer service! Best time to visit this Walmart is early a.m. 7-9 a.m. no lines, fully stocked shelves, and you can actually relax. No rush you can hear yourself think and find what you're looking for! Quick note this Walmart isn't like a super center they have a good grocery section but all the other departments are small. Workers were standing around speaking another language, warnings on the PA that workers on the back wall were going to be fired if they didn't get back to work, reminds me a lot of how Kmart was 20-25 years ago....
