I was in a hurry so I didn't really get to look around. Traffic was steady with people constantly coming in. Staff were very polite, helpful and engaging. As a result of his experience, customer service and energetic personality he assisted me in getting a proper suit for a funeral. He also assisted in getting a dress shirt as well. He also mentioned the 30% off if I opened a Macy's credit card and I did it because of him. He really made a positive impression and a worthwhile purchase experience. This is probably my favorite Zara store - it's huge and has enough open space so you're not running into people or clothes to get by. I'm glad I went during the week because the store was slowly starting to get messy. The jeans table had jeans EVERYWHERE - I didn't even know how to navigate looking for one because they were all over the place. I also saw the same jacket in 2 different locations - one which was in the same rack with identical jackets but in a different color which were not on sale. I'm glad I caught this at the register cause it was a $20 price difference. They already had limited sizes in a few items I wanted which was disappointing since there was at least 5 items I wanted to get but couldn't find the right size for. I don't recall seeing any sales associates on the floor unless they were putting something away from the fitting room so it can be hard to get help if needed. One thing I wish Zara had were shopper bags to carry around the store while looking around because you HAVE to carry everything by hand without having a place to put it on hold. If you're like me, you're trying to make as few trips to the fitting room as possible. Things start getting heavy after picking out the 7th dress you like.
