When I left the store I noticed that my shirt had been rung up twice. I turned around and had to go back to get my funds back. I then noticed when I got home that the censor was not taken off of my hat. By this time I had to go out of town and could not go back, also could not wear the hat. I finally had the time to go back today to get the censor off of my hat. I could not provide a receipt so the one girl asked for my email which I provided to the girl about a week and a half ago but my guess is she input the wrong email. The girl today proceeds to look me up in the system and says the last time she sees that I came to purchase an item was "two years ago" which was not true as I was just there. She could not assist me so another girl goes on to help me and looks up my email and proceeds to make a joke telling me that she remembers ringing me up and turns towards her coworker to then laugh and say "two years ago". I don't appreciate the terrible service which had me to not only go back to this store not once but now twice for an issue that the EMPLOYEES could have avoided. I also do not appreciate smart comments when my time is being wasted and someone clearly cannot type or spell emails correctly so therefore I could not be seen in the system recently. The girls need better training and to be more respectful especially when they're the ones causing half of the issues.

It's literally a store for ladies size 12-26 geared towards a night on the town, special events, or if you just wanna look super put together. The dresses in the window are gorgeous, and inside it's all white walls, trendy music - and great stuff you actually want to wear! Both employees there were really nice - Janelle helped me with fitting room/dress stuff and was awesome! The staff actually writes your name on a wipeboard outside of your fitting room and is attentive and friendly without pushing sales. There was another girl in the dressing room looking for an outfit that I ended up chatting with and even recommending a dress for when we were coming out into the common area to look in the larger mirror. I went in looking for a dress and left with two - both onsale - and I know when the winter pounds come off they're both cut so well they're still going to look great! A nice plus - they sell Spanx, and some other really nice shapewear, and their jewelry section is dangerously shiny... I had to stop myself from getting carried away. A total go-to place for special occasions or if you want something fun to wear!
