Big store. Clean. Plenty of handy parking. Lots of choices. Great Location. The pickup for online ordering is right inside the door, not way back at the back of the store, so you don't have to walk a mile to get there. And....comfy chairs to sit in while they fetch your order. I love this Wal-Mart. There was even samples in the food section on the weekend, wow! Don't forget your donut at an awesome price. Rude CARELESS employees! this lady with GLASSES Teresa hit me with the corner of a shopping cart right in my tail bone. NOT even an apology right after. She just said " oh i didn't see you". how could you not see with glasses and I'm right in front of you. I asked for an apology and told her that hurt and she still said it was "just a light tap". She made me cry and gave me a bruise . She obviously doesn't not care at all about others. which made me feel like she did it on purpose because she was dealing with my friend about his cart that had nothing to do with me or my stuff i bought with my brother. I don't know what her problem was or if she was high on the job because she was just so disrespectful. On top of that they're were lots other employees around that just laughed and walked away. no human decency here. Apparently you'll just get beat up at Walmart if you shop there. read more

The worst customer service in the area! Never consistent with anything they do or enforce!. Three months ago I went with my ten years old daughter as we were walking in they stopped my daughter because she has a mini purse backpack and supposedly store policy you can't bring a backpack! Yet they had six customer walking with big backpacks... last week I came in w my medical dog as I was walking in a family is walking out w a puppy and yet I was stoped again and told me I can't bring my dog in!. Now after I paid my groceries my mother who is 67 is paying for ur wine and the cashier asked me for my ID! Wtf really! Then the cashier was asking the lost prevention to escort me out because I was complaining how dumb and inconsistent they are. Wow never been so disrespected and embarrassed by Walmart associates. Because I was waiting for her she refused to sell the wine to my mother.... I have never ever had such a horrible experience to any Walmart this is the only Walmart that really is very disrespectful and inconsistent with anything! And I was told by the CSM and lost prevention I shouldn't shop here at their store anymore!. Rude people I will definitely not go to this Walmart I would rather drive far to Bell rd Walmart and be treated right than to go through this unprofessional people. read more

Went here another time a couple weeks later, once again with a cart full of stuff (which we got frustrated and abandoned about $300 worth of items and this was the 3rd time I did this, never again!) we had to battle long lines, and only 2 registers open when there had to be at least 400 people in the store!! Come on!!! I will be utilizing other stores and will be researching online. This company is way to big for their britches, if you don't feel the need for customer service but there is no way we could bankrupt the evil that is Walmart so they obviously don't care because they don't need their customers to survive they already made their deal with the devil apparently. read more

Store is clean, but always children running around unsupervised while screaming and sketchy people everywhere. Also insane how you can have 2 lanes wrapped around the store and still remain to only have 2 lanes open... open more lanes. Literally watch employees stand around and watch the lines. read more

This is a nice new store, but..... this,store has lot of problems. Twice I have gone to buy fat free milk and twice there was none. How can this happen. I also went to get syringes at the pharmacy a couple day after the store was opened they did no have any. I started to look around and found hundreds of racks and spaces empty. What gives? I also saw this through the store. I hope this is not the way the store will be managed. As usual it is the responsibility of management to keep the store shelves full. I hope because this is a new store this will cgange! read more

I generally don't shop at Walmart & when the moment arrives, I remember why. Today I arrived just before 7pm to pickup an online order. I checked in . There are no clear instructions on what to do after check in. So I sat down & waited. The unhappy service members never asked if I needed assistance nor acknowledged my presence. So I approach June, who told me I needed to tell " the other girl when she shows up" I asked if there was a large cart bcuz I was to pick up a large item. She walkie-talkied someone to bring the cart. I noticed the item ordered sitting along the isle. I asked Chris & he in turn asked June who then asked another associate to do the transaction because she didn't want to. QUOTE. For a new store that just opened it was quite a show. I only went upon a request. I won't shop at Walmart even tho I was tempted to purchase a TV. But even the low price couldn't persuade me due to the terrible customer service. I know that my experience doesn't really matter in the eyes of Walmart - but it matters to me. But they have plenty of parking - only good thing I experienced. read more

Black Friday ad says they have iPhone X. My husband went in the day before and asked if they had the iPhone X and the employee said they had a ton. On Thanksgiving Thursday we go in at 8pm and the employees all say they never got the shipment of iPhone X's. Went to a different Walmart and said the same thing. Frustrating! read more

I always go grocery shopping at the same place every time. I was at this Walmart at least three times a week getting what I need. I was there so much I actually came to know a couple of the employees. Up until today I have had great experiences with hourly employees. However I had to run to Walmart last minute tonight to retrieve one item. Upon arrival the lights were shut off in the front and the door was closed to enter (only allowing people to exit) at 9:48. The security guard informed me that they couldn't allow anyone inside and the manager that was up front told him to close it down early. I asked her if I could just run in and get one item because there were still a ton of people inside and it would only take me a minute and I would be out before they were even supposed to close and she would not allow it. I will not be returning to this company especially with so many other fantastic options close to me. If you close at ten then you close at ten. I won't be supporting a business that can close whenever the manager decides it's convenient outside of their posted hours. read more

Since Evan, the old pharmacy manager, is no longer there this pharmacy has ZERO customer service. If I could give a rating of zero stars I would!!!! One star is way more than this new crew deserves. This is the second month in a row that I have not been notified that my daughters ADHD medication is ready for pick-up. Without her medication there will be a gap in her learning and others, or my daughter, could potentially be at risk due to her impulsivity when she is not on her medication. It is so frustrating. Thankfully the doctor has to rewrite the prescription every month, because it is a narcotic and cannot have automatic refills. I will definitely be directing her to send it to a different pharmacy. I MISS THE OLD PHARMACY MANAGER EVAN!!!!! I wish I knew what pharmacy he is managing now. When he was there I was always notified for medication pick-up AND there was NEVER a month that they did not have her medication. With the new crew I feel like I am playing Russian Roulette at the expense of my daughter. Avoid going here if you need medication that needs to be refilled on a regular basis. read more

My low rating is due to the security lady who embarrassed me when I was leaving with my purchases. First, even though I was looking, I didn't see her checking purchases near the door. It wasn't until I was going through the door that she chased after me. She scanned my receipt and said, "Thank you." So I started to leave again and she chased after me a second time. She said, "Wait a minute! You have 2 cat litters but I see you only paid for one." I was expressed my surprise. She told me the litter cost $11.44 and it was only rung up once. I looked at my receipt. The litter was at the very top of my receipt. It cost $9.26 and it was rung up twice. The $11.44 was for another item. I showed her and she apologized but I found it an unpleasant and embarrassing experience. She should have checked my receipt instead of assuming that the most expensive item in my cart had to be the cat litter and she should have checked it the first time. Don't keep chasing me out the door! I won't be back. read more
