I honestly feel bad for the manager. If remaining cashiers are understaffed they get stressed when it's busy and the lines get really long. The cashier's feelings in turn stress me out as a customer. It can be a chaotic zoo at the cash register and at self check-out. Other times when Safeway is adequately staffed it is a whole different ballgame and feels like a pleasant and calm store. The food quality tastes good, and this Safeway has a good selection of food products.
