The staff are actually pretty nice and tolerant, mostly in an out-of-body experience way. The Walmart SHOPPERS here are some of the grumpiest most miserable people I have encountered. They get super angry if one of the giant Walmart carts blocks part of the aisle. Everyone seems to be scowling. The woman in front of me while I was exiting refused to show her receipt and went off on a tirade at the beleaguered employee that it was "ILLEGAL!!!" to ask her for a receipt and stormed out. read more

I don't know why I give them one chance after another. I used the app to order a number of items for pick up. One item was for my wife, a comestic foundation that she likes and I ordered 2. How hard is it to check the color and take 2 of the same off the peg or display. Well apparently pretty hard because I only received 1 of the correct shade. I checked the order while the Walmart person was still at the car. I showed him the problem and asked if he could fix it. BIG NO. I was told I have to go inside which I was trying to avoid and exchange it. Well I get to customer service, explained the situation and maybe I expected too much, but I thought a " so sorry that happened let me take care of that for you. " Nope, didn't happen no apology for the mistake or making me come inside. She curtly asked for the bar code and told me she can't exchange it. Then she asked would I like the return on a gift card. What type of imbecile would even ask that. I want it credited back to my credit card, I don't want to try to keep track of your gift cards. I'm not going to shop right then, I have food spoiling in the car because of your employee's ineptitude. Come on Walmart can you teach some common courtesies to your customer service people. I wish there was a Target a little closer, so much more pleasant. read more

This review has to do with soliciting donations from shoppers inside Walmart. A pleasant young lady approached me and asked if I was familiar with "Doctors Without Borders". I told her I was. She and three of her associates were hanging out near the electronics department. I listened to her pitch and then gave me my donation options. The only way to donate was electronically so I was reluctant to provide my credit card but did so knowing what good this organization does. After she scanned my card and collected all my data including address, phone number and email, she informed me that this was a revolving donation plan. I was shocked and pissed that I spent my time listening to her only to find out that it wasn't a one-time donation. I asked her to delete all my information and proceeded to let her and her associates know that the way they go about about soliciting donations, especially the revolving debit from your credit card at the very end of the sales pitch was a bit sleazy and leaves one with the impression that they are being scammed. I reported what happened and my concerns to the frontend Manager, Anthony who was the only Manager available at the time. If any charges show up on my CC statement from Ninja Global Inc. (The soliciting third party contractor) or DWB, I'll be having a different discussion with Walmart. read more

This Walmart is continuously understocked, I have shopped here many times, as I live close by, and every time I go into this store they want to see my receipt. The supervisor of loss prevention violates shopkeepers laws by forcing people to show their receipts at the door. To this day they refuse to accuse me of shoplifting in order to have a valid reason to check my receipt, and this is due to the fact that it opens them up for a lawsuit. Each time this happens I call law enforcement, and the loss prevention office is asked if they have proof of a crime, and each time they try to claim it is their right to ask. They get told every time that they can ask and I can refuse. They cannot put hands on me or restrict me from leaving the store without an accusation of shoplifting. They won't accuse me, although I wish they would, they just ask me to leave. Never do they trespass me, not that it would help. I don't shop here anymore, and unless you like having your rights violated, neither should you. Walmart has no loyal shoppers because they don't trust anybody in their store. They are not worth my time or my money. I can go support the smaller store that managed to survive Walmart, and at least they are happy to have me as a customer. read more

This Walmart Supercenter is well-maintained, with friendly workers and low prices! Out of all the stores I have visited in Port St. Lucie, Walmart has been the most pleasant experience. While all Walmart's offer exceptional value, this store was cleaner than most with neatly stocked shelves and orderly isles. Everything was properly labeled and all workers I spoke with were kind and helpful. In fact, many workers went out of their way to be friendly! As a vegan, I was able to find a lot of snacks and some frozen food I could eat! They even had quality cheese alternatives! Aside from grocery, Walmart had everything I needed for my trip for less than other stores. Ordered a TV through Walmart.com that was delivered to this store for pickup. I got an email saying it was delivered on July 8th and I had until July 14th to pick up the TV. I got an email this morning, July 11th, saying they cancelled the order. When I try to call them, no one will answer the phone today. When I called the 800 number this morning, they indicated that the store cancelled my order and should not have. Unfortunately, with this store, it seems to always be one problem after another. I've spoken to a manager previously who seemed to not interested in my concern. It's obvious that they do not care about their customers. Stick to Amazon read more

I would give it zero stars if possible! I purchased a Vicks vaporizer for colds & sinuses. I was charged st the check stand for a service guarantee plan without my consent or knowledge. I realized it later when I got home. I 'm sure I am not the only person who had this unauthorized charge added to my bill. When I called to speak to a manager, the CS rep would not connect me & gave me some phone number for Walmart Corp that wasn't a Walmart number. This is completely unacceptable from a large company! My credit card has been down for sometime; I figured since their is a dominoes this Walmart will accept Apple Pay. I get to the register with one item over a few. Isle 10 to be specific the under 10 items quick check out and the guest relations was nice; sturdy. The cashier ended up suggesting I go to customer service before this she suggested I apply a feature from the app I happen to have on my phone; Walmart pay. I suggest all Apple Pay users shopping at Walmart download the app and implement the Walmart pay feature to simplify their shopping experience and shopping pleasure. Thank me later. Almost EVERY TIME I go to this Walmart I am stopped and asked for my receipt. I see people pass them without a word but as soon as I approach I am stopped. I am a 72 YO white single woman. I have shopped there for the 8 years I have lived in PSL. I shop there several times every week. I have a perfect credit score. Own my own home. Pay my bills on times. Pay my taxes. Never have taken anything from ANY store. I resent being made to feel like a crook every time I want to get my groceries. I have reached my limit on forgiveness. I signed up for Walmarts grocery delivery. This is the second time I've had a problem with this particular store. The driver never delivered my groceries but had put that it had been delivered. No picture was ever shown. Than when I called the driver he hung up on me 3 times. I called the store twice with no answer. Than on the third try they picked up and hung up. I called the main customer service line and they got me contacted with the store. I spoke with Connie who was very understanding and patient with me. She tried calling the driver but it went to voice mail. She left a message but he never called her. Infact he brought my groceries back to the store and just left. She made arrangements for another driver to drop off my groceries. At least there's one person, Connie, who knows how to treat customers! I'm not sure if I'm going to keep using Walmarts delivery service. Maybe I'll try a different location first hoping their customer service is better. Fingers crossed. read more

So Yelp suggested to me that I rate Wal-Mart... I go to Wal-Mart on occasion. Unfortunately. I'll share with you my most recent experience and let you be the judge. On Superbowl Sunday, I needed a case of beer, quick bean dip and a bag of chips to take to a party I was heading to and hoping to save a buck, I stopped off at Wal-Mart. As I entered the door, I was assaulted by the horrible beeping sound that seems to be unending at this location. My husband told me "It's the sound of commerce." If I were an employee here and had to listen to "commerce" every day, I would probably have drown myself long ago. I inhale deeply, ahhhh, the sweet smell of McDonalds, bare feet and alcoholics. I grab a shopping cart and, to be expected, it has three broken wheels, so every movement I make is going against its will. I force it through the heavily crowded produce section. I toss some bean dip in the basket. As I drag the thing down the aisles, heading toward the chips, I have to dodge out of the way as an extremely obese...man?...rolls almost over my toes in his rascal scooter. I can see the grease glistening in his hair. "Hey sexy girl. How you doin today?" He leers at me with a wink. I nod at him and lug my broken cart around his scooter. When I reach the chip aisle, I find that somehow, they are entirely out of tortilla chips. I reach for a bag of regular potato chips and am nearly knocked over by a swarm of children scurrying by, engaged in some sort of warfare. I am fairly certain they live at Wal-Mart and their "Lord of the Flies" society is in the middle of a civil war. Godspeed little warriors. I throw some cheap beer in my cart and make my way back toward the light...er...the exit. I'll spare you the ugly details of the self-checkout, mostly because thinking about watching these people try to operate the register on their own is giving me PTSD. I make it out of the store, alive, if not slightly damaged, and having saved a buck or two. Which, lets be honest, those dollars saved will probably be spent later, on hospital bills, when I contract some horrible illness that mutated in the shoe aisle at this very Wal-Mart. read more

I went in to get a couple of items from this Walmart. I got to hoisin sauce on my list, I searched what seem to be the whole store. My wife saw a manager and asked him if he could help. I didn't get his name but he is in charge of Walmart Academy. He and his crew searched for a while and did not find anything so we finished shopping and went to check out. We were on our last item to scan and he showed up just in time to bring us the sauce. He went above and beyond what anyone could hope for. He and his crew deserves credit for this, wish they had an customer award we could nominate them for. read more

WALMART ST LUCIE WEST, FL STORE #03527. On Saturday 10/19/19 I went to the bakery to order a special cake for my sons birthday. He picked out what he wanted and we waited for an associate. No one apparently was working bakery during the DAY on a Saturday so an associate from another dept (Russell) came to help, this is after 10 mins of waiting He had no idea what he was doing, even handed me the little computer thing to fill out information. He had to get ANOTHER associate, Lionel to help him. Went to pick up my cake today 10/22/19. Again, stood for 10 mins waiting. I had to call the store number from where i was standing to speak to someone in customer service so they could get someone in bakery in order to pick up my cake. She finally comes out from the back room (Jackie). The cake I ordered looks NOTHING like the cake i requested!!! Nothing. Jackie reads the order it says," page 14 #23365, exactly like the picture shown, any questions call customer." Jackie says, shes sorry and can offer it at half price.. I said its not what I ordered and my sons birthday is TODAY. She says, i can try to fix it BUT I'M NOT A CAKE DECORATOR so there isn't anything i can really do. Why is this person working in a BAKERY but can't decorate a cake!! I even thought of taking one of the ready made cakes in the bakery and have her make it some what what i wanted but she can't do that, because she tells me she is not a decorator and can't pipe anything. She then tells me she will give me the cake for free.. The cake is ugly, I'm sorry but it is.The person who wrote"Happy Birthday" does not have a steady hand and it looks amateur and very sloppy. I get the cake home, and try to make it better by putting brown sugar where the sand was supposed to be (its supposed to be a little boys construction cake) a BUG, flies OFF THE CAKE when i open the LID!!!! At this point i am in tears and have no idea what i am going to tell my son. I have no time to get another cake from some place else. THANK YOU FOR RUINING HIS BIRTHDAY! read more

My 5 star's are for the tire and oil lube department. Been here more than a million times. Great customer service and the personal are knowledgeable. Never had any issues with the Goodyear tires I purchased, good quality. But mostly I come here for an oil change. I love how they treat me and my truck. With my truck with more than 300,000 miles and mostly all my oil changes are from here, I can say that they have great quality oil. My truck is very happy with them. Customer service is horrible and nobody in any department I was transferred to would pick up the phone! bought a battery took over 2 hours to have installed. later that day the car completely died in an intersection. almost was rear ended because in traffic. a very nice lawn service helped and looked the battery cables were not tightened and came off. I called the tire department then, Nancy was rude and didn't listen to me. she said if the car started it wasn't the battery, I said I didn't say it was the battery it was installed incorrectly, she said what did I want her to do about it. Thanks Walmart for providing excellent customer service. I really appreciate the 30 minutes I stood in the cash center line. It was only 7 adults and 2 kids waiting in front of me. But then after 15 minutes of waiting for the first customer to finish one of your potential customers got unhappy :( and walked out of line. Yay! Now the line is moving much faster. Great tactic Walmart. Annoy the hell of the waiting customers until they start leaving that way it will actually look like the line is progressing. Abracadabra! Hocus pocus! Now let's focus. Hmmmm. Lady in front of me has a money gram with all her info on it and she has the proper ID to show. And the cashier says uhhh no way you can't cash that because it is missing info from the sender. Dun dun dunnnn. She asked to speak to a supervisor. So I move up to the counter. SHWEET! the line progressed again thanks to another Walmart tactic. Move-to-the-side and wait! But wait there is more. My check that I need cashed is from the city. It is a refund. However, it is over 30 days old. Walmart tactic #3 starting to form here. Supervisor says oh we can't cash that. It is our policy to not cash checks over 30 days. Remember the youTube video of the squirrel with the shocked face? Yeah I just reacted that scene in front of him. So I look around and say "hey is that posted anywhere"? THE SUPE says "no it is not. I will have to tell the manager to post it". I kindly said thanks for wasting my time.
