Shop also has reasonably priced items and great deals! I'm not sure about the reviews that say she says she's rude or accusatory. Because being a regular i know if she has a problem with someone then it's probably because they were doing something wrong, offensive, or stealing and got caught. She can read people well. If she doesn't trust you then that's probably because she knows something's off.

We never received a call, so I called on February 28, the day we planned to pick them up. I was then told the job wasn't finished because of the engraving inside my partner's ring--even though he had clearly said from the beginning that it was fine if the engraving disappeared during resizing. After we repeated that it was fine, we were suddenly told to come in within a few hours. The other ring was mine, and it still didn't fit properly. That day, my partner asked for a very small adjustment--between a size 5 and 5.5 (around 5.25)--because 5.5 was loose and 5 was too tight. The tall female staff member said finger size can change with the weather. I understand that, but I was genuinely worried it could slip off when washing my hands. She told us to come back on Wednesday. When I returned on Wednesday, it honestly didn't feel resized. When I asked about it, the male staff member sighed and told me to "wear it for a week and come back if it still feels loose." He also said he could resize it down by a quarter size and wouldn't charge me for it. That left me even more confused and frustrated--if it could be adjusted that quickly, I don't understand why I was told to wait until Wednesday in the first place. Overall, the communication was poor and the service felt dismissive.

Although that's not particularly pleasant, I understand you get what you pay for. It got bad when I went to try on some items in the dressing room. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept in weeks. The walls were covered in several unidentified substances and there was a strong smell of air freshener trying to cover up the other unpleasant smells. Also, just a warning, the dressing rooms have extremely large gaps in the doors so if you want to try on clothes in private, you won't get that here.

It also has pretty good produce and all kinds of typical grocery store goodies, but the prices aren't really too cheap. If you're going to charge this much you should probably be as good as Wegmans (NY, PA, VA), and Acme is nowhere near that standard. It reminds me more of a Harris Teeter or something. I'm Teetering on the brink of giving them a 2 because stuff is so expensive, but 3 will do.
