I found this store to be in OK to good shape at 7pm on Sunday. Cart corrals were overstuffed but there were still carts inside the store. The shelves in most areas were decently stacked and except for a few customers who had shelved stuff in the wrong areas, it was mostly tidy. (Who puts lettuce in a frozen bunker? Really!) A few bits on the ground in some food aisles because people are lazy and then the associates walk past it. Men's room was in good shape. Stocked with paper towels and clean. This Walmart seems to tolerate overnight parking. I was in my Sprinter RV and after picking up snacks and such, I returned to the van, locked up and had a mostly quiet night. The Reidsville, NC supercenter NEVER HAS MORE THAN ONE OR MAYBE TWO employees open at all the empty registers!!! This is based on our weekly visits which RESULTED IN MY HOME MEMBERS CHANGING TO FOOD LION down the road. We tried the Eden, NC location (which was more registers, but extremely slow) prior to making the decision to change to another grocery provider! Let me start by saying that they may have some great prices but can't say the same for the company. I worked for them and they don't look after their employees. When I worked there my ex husband bought a fishing pole. I had to return it that weekend. After that he brought it about 4 more times which I had to return each time. The first time I returned it without the receipt the girl working the service desk told me to give her any receipt and I told her just to put it on a card Instead she grabbed a receipt and gave me the cash. This happened every time I took it back without the receipt. I found out after I got fired, cause she had used any receipt, that my ex and the girl had something going on! read more

Store is empty on the grocery side. I went over to the cold case where they keep sausage and stacked up bad sausage just trying to find one in good date. It's almost September 2021 and I was pulling out expired dates of June 2021!!!! The sandwich meat, cheese is the same! Y'all don't buy your groceries here!!!! Go elsewhere. read more

Went to buy tires from the service center after calling and confirm that the tires were available. Service manager would not mount the tires saying that the Lugnuts were wrong on the truck and they just cannot do it. Instead of saying I'm sorry but you'll need to purchase new Lugnuts, he just refused to sell the tires. Piss poor service. read more

'your order will be ready in 30min" was what I wast told, but when I show up several hours later to pick it up, it won't be in until 5 days from now. Which would have been fine if they had just said come get it in 5 days so I didn't have to waste time and gas money to drive over there to find it it's going to be ready in 5 days not 30 min. This is the best grocery store in town they have a lot more items than any of the other stores in town.

If you have to go to customer service, prepare to be in line forever. I was next in line and watched two CSRs focus on trying to open the security lock on a TV and then a third CSR joined them and between the three of them they took 10 minutes to open it while there was a line that reached out into the store. At no point did even one of them decide to help customers instead of work on the stupid security lock. This isn't an isolated incident with the line being long, it is always long because they are very slow and stand around and talk about when are they getting their next break instead of helping customers right in front of them. read more

Waited in line for 30 minutes, with only two registers open. Manager finally comes around, acts like he can't help, then asks an associate to help out, and she says "oh nah I'm leaving" but she can stand around talking. Manager was just flat out rude. read more

The staff really does seem to try and they are nice. I was though grabbed and physically stopped when I refused to show my reciept, which is completely within my right to do, and I never show. I did make a complaint, but it happened again 2 days later. Just to let people know, you do not have to show receipt to anyone at Walmart. You own everything in your cart once you pay. You only have to show your receipt when you pay for membership. read more

Love it. Always has what we are looking for. Prices are very reasonable. One of the cleanest Wal-Mart's we have been to. Friendly employees and customer service. Only.problem is my daughter was trying on clothes and a worker walked in on her as well as someone else who was trying on clothes. They used their key even though my daughter spoke up that she was in there. read more
