What was unusual was that you didn't wait for your number to be called after ordering from the kiosk. Here you went up to the counter with your receipt and then your order was assembled. I can't recall that being a thing at any other Costco but that is apparently how they do it here in Gypsum! I don't think this mall will be open once whenever Ross' lease expires, so enjoy this mall while you still can. If you want a lively mall, look elsewhere like Mesa Mall in Grand Junction.
