This happened a week ago at the Wal-mart in Russellville, KY. I have already submitted a corporate complaint. They never contacted me. I went to the self check-out and began ringing up my items. I had several cardboard shipping boxes, bubble wrap, and M&M's on top of a closed plastic tote. I had bread and trash bags inside the tote as I did not have a shopping cart and it was easier to carry. I rang up the bubble wrap, M&M's, and was in the middle of ringing up the cardboard boxes when a Wal-mart employee came over and told me to open the tote, which I did. At that point I was livid! I hadn't even gotten to the tote at all because I was ringing up all of the stuff on top of it as it was sitting in the floor. I feel like she thought I was trying to shoplift!! I was about to continue ringing up my items but then I was like, nope I'm done and left my items there. I went straight to customer service but there were no managers available. They said they were all in a meeting. I submitted the date and time I was in the store so they can review the video but I doubt they ever did. I will never set foot in this Wal-mart again. read more

I had my oil changed there yesterday and they spilled oil and didn't even try to clean it up. When I took the car back up there the manager said there's nothing they could do, Basically it was my problem to clean up their mess we spend to much money at walmart to have them trash our car so it looks like we'll be finding a new place to go. read more

I returned from Walmart Black Friday sale with zero -0- nothing. I arrived at 5:00, store and parking lot half full, I wait 40 minutes with plans of buying the Apple Smart Watch and several other items ( est cost $900.00) for Christmas. While I was waiting in the electronics department I over hear a conversation behind me that if you want an Apple Watch you have to get a ticket from a lady over in the Grocery Section. I walk to the other side of the store find the lady under balloons with Apple Watch printed on in the dairy department and ask for a ticket. She informs me she is out and the store is out of Apple Watches, the time is 5:45. Where did it say in ads that you had to get a ticket to purchase anything? She said she started handing out tickets at 4:00! Can I go ahead and get a ticket for 2020 Black Friday? I have never been so mad at a retail store but I got over it because I will never spend a dime in Walmart again and I will tell this story to family and friends and even try to tell my story on radio and TV to let people know what rip-off's Walmart is! BTW - I live in Russellville KY, 42276 but I bet every Wal-trash store is the same. read more

My wife needed her tires rotated and balanced, I tried to convince her not to take it to the Russellville Walmart auto center, but she did. She was charged for the balance and rotation and came home, after driving her car I told her that the tires didn't get balanced. She took the Car back in and Tech told her the tires were never balanced, and service manager didn't know why the receipt said it was done and why she was charged for the job. They did offer to refund the money. The place is a joke with some of the worst leadership I have ever seen. an Auto center in Walmart is a great concept but is being executed in a horrible way in Russellville. Get someone who knows how to run a shop in there. read more

I had a bracelet from the jewelery department in my cart and checked out when I got home idk if it even got rang up I checked my receipt and it seemed to have been payed for. on sale a Sterling sliver blue dolphins bracelet! read more

Took my blazer in for four new tires, all the lug nuts were fine. When I picked it up it was missing a lug nut, I asked the "technician" about the missing nut and he said he couldn't get a nut to go back on the stud, I asked did it come off, he said yes, I asked where is the missing nut, 'Tech': i threw it away, me: can I see it. so he gets it out of the trash and hands it to me. the threads were messed up on the inside end only. I asked, so you messed it up trying to put it back on? 'tech': no, it came off like that. when I checked the stud it was only messed up on the outside end. so he obviously try to start it with the impact and cross threaded it. he, of course denied any wrong doing. then spoke to the manager and he told me they couldn't reimburse me for having to get the damaged stud replaced.
