I am at the Walmart Super Center here in Sherman TX. I picked up my prescriptions. The pharmacy is absolutely the Best. I had my prescription transferred here from Walgreens. The prescriptions are always available and refilled on time. And, unlike Walgreens, they have no problem with you using your regular RX Insurance along with GoodRX. I was dropped off with a friend and we was buying Legos and it was like 10 PM and there was a bunch of teens there running around hanging out and the lady the Walmart manager started kicking everybody out she walked up to me and my friend so we kicked out we need to go and like overall her attitude was so bad and she needs to improve that and having her employees follow me around the store when I'm trying to use the restroom and stuff is unacceptable. I ordered a lawn mower. Upon opening decided it was too small. Immediately went online & started a return. Took it back to the store 1 day later with a code. I was told the refund would be issued via the third party seller upon return TO MY DEBIT CARD. I am on hold for the third time in 10 days! Only to find out the idiots put the money on a walmart card! Not only that, but it says on my receipt that the money will be refunded on my debit card, WHICH IS HOW I PAID! I've been on hold 40 minutes after talking 10 mintures to AI and then to a customer service rep! SO Far, I am told I will have to dispute the bank charge to my bank! I had a 10am appointment time for tires. I showed up at 9:40am. It took until 10:08 to get checked in. I received a text at 10:51 they began working on my vehicle with a completion time of 12:38pm. There is no excuse for 2 hours and 38 minutes to install four tires. Then when leaving, an employee had written in the dust on my back window. Very unprofessional and extremely slow. read more

My wife works at Walmart as an overnight stocker and the manager Demarcus is treating her like a pack mule. Making her stay while everyone leaves. She has a 10-7 schedule and is constantly giving her work right at 7 so she can't leave. Targeting her bc she is an in law with one of the other employees there. Just wanna make a heads up to all the people who wanna work there you're treated like shit and if they tell you to work a certain schedule they lie about if they don't like you. read more

Store was extremely busy, then sorta thinned out. Needs more cleaning & employees stand around chit chatting with each other instead of talking with customers. Very noticeable when employees are chatting at the self check out instead of moving out of the way so customers can access the self check outs. Every time I go into this establishment. There's this you gay man always making inappropriate comments towards me. Licking his lips, staring at my Privates. Making me very uncomfortable. I have know problem with his sexually but I'm not gay. Now I have to drive 22 miles further to another store. Horrible customer service by a cashier named Sandy. We tried to make things easier by taking the water bottles for her to scan twice and she huffed and puffed while rolling her eyes at my family. No wonder cashiers are no longer being needed. read more

As a general rule, I abhor all Walmart locations. This one is an exception. Everything was very neat and organized. There were employees everywhere, so assistance was actually available if necessary. Checking out was a breeze. The store was also quite clean, as were the restrooms. Every employee I saw was actually smiling. I've never seen that in any Walmart! The only problem with this location is the fact parking is a huge pain. More so than at other locations. So have patience while searching for a spot. read more

They keep changing this place around to where we are doing more of the work that they pay less employees to do. Almost all of the employee operated check out stations are gone, only a few left, and more and more self check out stations are being added, to make it worse is they took out all of the conveyer belt stations for self check out! There's no place to stack the 20 items you place in your cart and pay $150 for, what happened to saving us money Wal-Mart When do I get my W-2 for doing the employees job? Sherman TX location. It is springtime. Their garden center is stocked up and ready to roll. However it is hit or miss if there is an associate manned at all times at the garden center checkout station. Went there yesterday to purchase some annual flowers only. There were associates walking around the garden center stocking shelves; arranging things on shelves (which they should be doing at night or after-hours...) and they also always have someone at the garden center exit to prevent thefts. Finally one of them came over to the garden center check out station to check us out. Acted like he was doing me a favor to check me out. i think they expect customers (who parked outside the garden center exit) to walk over to the middle of the store with our garden center items and do our own self checkout. read more

Always stocked up on what we need, plenty options, and friendly staff. The lines are longgggg and slowwwww lol but self checkout is a sure quick win. Even when they're packed things don't seem to be chaotic which is nice. read more

I just went to the wallmart in Sherman tx. On Hwy. 82 and at customer service young lady by the name of Jennifer helped me. Her attitude was outstanding to the degree of being so understanding regarding the 2 plants that I returned that didn't do so well at my house she politely offered me the opportunity to exchange them for 2 others without a problem. Only good thing about Walmart is they sell American drilled and refined gas. They always seem to be out of stock at this Walmart and its always dirty. Found lots of expired food in dairy goods. This is why we drive to McKinney and shop at Winco foods. read more

Overall, I prefer shopping at Walmart. Why you ask? Mainly because I find it to be the cheapest of stores that is large enough for a great selection. Are the bathrooms clean? Nah. Are the 3/42 lanes lined up outside the door? Yeah. Is this the place to truly find honest and hard working cashiers? Yes. Can you return an item without a receipt from 5 months ago? Haaah, yeah you can. I can truly only complain about one thing and it's the parking lot. I go mad just trying to drive through it safely. But that's more on the crazy rude ridiculous .... My husband and I went to get me a knee scooter for me to use after surgery on my left heel. We had went to Denison,tx the evening before and they had one on display but none in the back and they told me they could not sell me the one on display. So I asked them to check Sherman,tx found out they had two went there sat. morning 12/8/2018 at 6:45am found one on display so went trying to get help found a lady and asked for help she got on the radio and I went back to wait no one showed up found another lady she went off and came back saying help was on the way again no one showed up went found someone else ask to get a manager no luck found anther person asked again for a manager no luck now my husband went and asked for a manager. finally someone showed up told her what we wanted finally got it but Ashly told us not to come around 7am at shift change. I purchased a Cook Brand ham ($20.00) at Walmart's for Thanksgiving. The ham was so salty we couldn't eat it. I cook it as usual with brown sugar and pineapple. Needless to say the bunch around my table wasn't happy. "First let me say, that this is the first bad ham I have ever purchased and have been cooking them for years." I called Cook Ham Company they told me how sorry their where and would mail me two Ten Dollar coupon to replace the ham. Also told me they would attach a letter stating I could us both coupons to purchase the new ham. "Needless to say Walmart wouldn't except but one coupon at check out." Ask to speak to a manager, she informed me she would not take the other coupon either. I tried to show her the letter but either she couldn't read or just to set in her ways. So they didn't except the coupon. But that's okay that $500 to $600 a month I spend in Walmart, I can spend at another store. And hopefully they will have management that can read and appreciates my business. "The Walmart Stores haven't been the same since they where sold.
