Anyway, I was on my 30-minute trek back home when thoughts triggered me to stop & check the +$60 receipt: My in-store phone scan of the Rocker Switches was $5.10; and the shelf card for the batteries was $3.99. Respectively, the receipt lists $6.64 (x2) and $4.74. This is potentially -$4 for me. The check-out was complete by 10:43:54. (The store seemed clean, and the associates seemed friendly). One of my main reasons for preferring the self-checkout is that my attention span stays neat and I generally spot discrepancies immediately. All of their self-checkouts were already, and disappointingly, disabled for the evening. This might read a bit dramatically for some; but I'm crying on the inside.

Footwear which they advertise from the road is decent, definitely wait for the big sale. Just be careful if the return policy.

Joseph, the store Manager is fantastic and will go out of his way to help her and is extremely patient with her but most of all informs her of any specials on anything she brings to the counter that is a "buy 1 get 1 free" and this is sometimes a significant savings. The only problem the store has is something they have no control over which is the supply chain and certain items are not always available. I…read moretold him that a prescription was being called over for me and he was snappy and said no one called. So I said, okayyy, I'll just wait. So I'm waiting. Meanwhile another customer comes by and asks him something and he said he couldn't help her with that. She said, I get my husband's prescriptions all the time. He said I'm sorry, but I can't get you that information. And she said, I'll go to another CVS, they will help me. He said, go ahead, let them break the law. Then my prescription was finally called in and i heard him tell the urgent care that he couldn't take the prescription over the phone, that they would have to call and leave a voicemail. I mean he knows I'm waiting here for this prescription and he tells them he won't take the prescription over the phon, for them to call back and leave the info on a voicemail????? He knew I was waiting there for it. So the urgent care called me back when I was standing at the counter and said the pharmacist was rude and wouldn't take the prescription over the phone. I am visiting from another state and this didn't make me want to visit this pharmacy ever again. I will never step foot into this pharmacy again. Chris, the pharmacy tech or pharmacist, needs some training on how to deal with the public. He's extremely rude and useless. Maybe he's mad at the world because he's a puny, balding little tiny man.
