I found a great selection of vitamins. I also found the prettiest birthday card here and I also found the perfect 70's Snoopy socks here all for my younger sister's birthday. My brother found a hilarious birthday card and he found unicorn rainbow cake flavored ice cream for my sister. My mother found beautiful art supplies and some adorable Scooby Doo socks for my sister (my sister loves socks). My sister said that she had the best birthday ever! Thank you Walmart and the team at Walmart, for another wonderful shopping experience. I will definitely be returning again in the future. For a Walmart, this is a decent enough location. I actually came here for an oil change at the recommendation of my brother-inlaw and had roughly an hour to kill, so I killed it in the store. Hey, one huge plus is that they have very competitively priced oil changes. I was going elsewhere until a full synthetic oil change was around one hundred dollars. Here at Walmart, it is about sixty dollars. You really can't beat that. Anyway, as for the store itself, it is your typical Walmart Supercenter. Huge store, but you don't see a lot of helpful employees. Hey, it is what it is. All in all, I will give this particular Walmart Supercenter four stars. I just had the worst experience in the automotive department at Walmart in Titusville. In May my 91 year old father went to Walmart to get a new battery for the Chrysler 300- 2006 he had just purchased. He told them the make and model and they sold him a new battery. Unfortunately, he passed away on 5/27. On the same day his wife of 68 years fell and sustained two fractures in her back and a scalp laceration. She required surgery then 3 months of rehab. The car sat in their driveway up until about 2 days ago. We couldn't get the car to start it had to be jumped. Then we found that the battery wouldn't hold a charge. I brought to an auto shop yesterday and after $500 they advised that Walmart had sold my father the wrong battery. They sold him an AGM battery. The auto shop put the correct battery in and I went to Walmart to try and get a refund or store credit. The staff were rude, dismissive and appeared to be deliberately unhelpful. The male associate said that because the battery was purchased by my father that they didn't need to honor the warranty but they would do so as a favor. He looked in his book and advised that it was the correct battery. I contacted my mechanic and he refused to get on the phone with him. I asked to speak with store manager and was denied. A female lead associate then arrived and she announced it was her department so she was not calling the store manager. She asserted that if she processed a refund even for store credit she would lose her job and she wasn't going to do that. She said that they could give me another battery. I was exasperated because I didn't want another one of the wrong batteries. The male associate said that I should have come to Walmart first and exchanged the batteries instead of allowing my mechanic to put one in. I explained that the car had to be jump started by AAA to get it to the autoshop. I didn't have another means of transportation to drive to Walmart to switch batteries. The whole thing was just handled so poorly. I was told repeatedly what they could not or would not do without being offered any solutions. I called my sister who had worked in the same store for 30 years and she asked to speak with the female lead associate and she refused. My sister contacted corporate and was told that the way this was handled was unacceptable. Corporate said that they would reach out to the store manager tomorrow. I left in tears. I not trying to get something extra. My mechanic said that by driving with the wrong battery I could have caused serious damage to the car. I've paid over $500 at the autoshop and had to call AAA for a jump all because Walmart didn't sell my father the right car battery to begin with. I hope that corporate can make this right. read more

I have been a customer of Walmart for many years, in the New Englad region, and I can say there is a big difference between the two regions. Since arriving in Titusville 6 months ago, I've gone to the Titusville Walmart sometimes twice a week. After this past week, that will be ending. While they do have a decent variety, lots of times, items are out of stock. Today capped it for me. Someone decided to remodel the store and they started with the parking lot. It was a challeng to get in and out before the remodel, now it is almost impossible due to the flow of traffic. I looked online to see if the three items I needed to pick up were in stock. It said yes AND when I checked with one of the managers, she said they had 87. She found the items in the back on a pallet but wasn't able to get anyone to take the pallet down because they were unloading the truck. When I asked what would have happened if I had ordered online, she said they would have declined the order. I find this to be very poor customer service. Several of the employees in Titusville are great, Sean, Maureen, Melinda, Paul, come to mind but not being able to get my shopping list completed in one stop is frustrating. It is time for me to find other avenues for groceries and department store items. There is plenty of competition around the area and online, so maybe it is time for Walmart to start paying attention to customer's needs. I also can add the numerous times that all the self-checkout registers weren't open and the excuse was they didn't have enough staff. There are litterally hundreds of people looking for a job in the area; pershaps Walmart needs to pay attention when someone of quality, like myself, applies. read more

Visits to this store have become nothing but problems! The self checkouts are closed early, if they are even opened at all and the manned cashier checkouts take way too long for a few items, since there are usually only 2-3 open at any time. The checkout workers seem to be poorly trained and have made mistakes on my bill that have cost me time and money. I'm stuck driving 20 miles and over an hour in time, to get refunds for items that I didn't buy or get or had trouble trying to buy. Nothing but headaches when you can't find prices for items you look to buy, since many shelves and displays are not marked! The list of negatives goes on and on! Too many bad comments to list them all at this time! Starting to rethink the idea of shopping at Walmart to save a few dollars , then have it cost me more in headaches later when I am forced to return to the store to fix an issue! read more

This is the worst Walmart I've ever shopped at; I've purchased defective items here, not just electronics but stuff like garbage cans and coffee makers. I've bought sandwich meat that the next day showed visible signs of spoiling through the unopened package. I've shopped Walmarts in other cities and states (including the largest US Walmart in Albany, NY, a multilevel store with elevators and escalators), and until now Walmart has been the place where you could make a shopping list and find everything on your list. Not so in Titusville, where this Walmart ensures that you must complete your shopping elsewhere, for example I bought 8 (eight) items yesterday and had to get a substitute for a common grocery item (or buy it elsewhere, or not get it at all). If my move to Titusville was based on their local Walmart store I would've never moved here. Thank goodness for the Walmarts in Merritt Island, Melbourne, and Cocoa. Attention customers, at this WalMart you need an appointment to get an oil change at this store. i have been getting my oil change there for years. Thursday I learned you now need an appointment. no one there, but I need an appointment. lady inside said nothing available till Monday. Go home, plenty of time available on Friday. make an appointment and return on Friday. Told I was too early for appointment! Again no one there! While waiting 6 other people were turned away due to no appointment. The person doing the checking in stated it was common knowledge about the appointment, NOT true. He told me if I didn't like it I could leave! He even told me he would not check me in and he was calling security To escort me off property! Thank God two mechanics from inside came out and checked me in and I finally got my oil changed. Tried to talk to auto care manager but he was busy. When he did talk to me, he just got to work, didn't understand the situation, and frankly was a little incoherent. There are plenty of places to get an oil change, but I like to shop while waiting so I don't understand why he could not check me in. Like many of the Walmart Supercenters I visit , everything stays mostly the same. There are vendors inside which are different. For instance, this one has a nail shop inside. Whereas, others have hair salons and a fast food franchise of sorts. What has become common lately are the differences of products, or the lack of such. This one stocked pepsi and coke products in various sizes and other brands as well. The strangest part was there were no 1 litre bottles in any flavor of any product. I am befuddled as to why this store decided not to sell them. I mentioned earlier there are minute differences between Walmart stores. As expected, the store and parking lot were clean and organized like most. The registers and the lack of open standard lanes the same also. Nothing new and nothing drastically different. Just one small tip for this store though. If you are gonna kill two birds with one stone and buy your frozen foods and get your mani/pedi on the same trip. I'm not sure what happened to this store, but is is very dirty, disorganized and without product. There are skids of products lining all the main isle-ways. Once you are on one side of an isle it is almost impossible to cross over to a side isle. Almost all the refrigeration units are not working properly. We normally shop this store every week. However, until the condition is improved we will be forced to shop elsewhere. Also there are so many personal shoppers in the isles, it is almost in possible to do your own shopping. read more

First of all, this place constantly has super rude employees and loads of customers walking around without masks. We are in a pandemic where many people have lost their lives, and these people do not enforce a mask mandate in their store. On Friday April, 2nd I went to the auto parts to exchange a battery that I had bought not even a week before. It wasn't working in my vehicle; after I had spoken to an employee about which one best for my car. When I went to exchange, the employees started to fight with me, yelling at me and got very hostile over a simple return. I had to leave the store with the same damaged battery because the employees did not want to do a return on my battery. I like to hit this Super Walmart location as oppose to the one in Orlando just because there is A LOT less traffic, especially in the morning. We had trouble with coupons and three employees tried to help and didnt give up until we got it to work. I shop at the Titusville Walmart at least once a week. On Monday I had three tomatoes on the vine that I weighed. It was 1#. When I checked out the new cashier weighed it at 2#. The only reason I noticed was I looked at the price. I insisted it was only 1#. There was another helping her and she said tomatoes were expensive. I said yes, but I only had 1#. They still insisted it was 2#. The line was getting long and I just wanted to get out of the three-ringed circus that is Walmart. I thought I'd ask one of them to check it out on the scale I used, but I just wanted out!!! Besides, the people behind me were glaring at me. So I paid over $4 for three tomatoes. They were approximately $2 a pound. By the way, my husband weighed them yesterday on his fishing scale--1 pound even! I know I won't get my money back because I can't prove it now. I use the Titusville Walmart's Grocery Pickup service. This method of grocery shopping is both convenient and expedient. IMHO, this new service places Walmart way ahead of the other grocery stores. I was in the store and equate healing ointment was out of sock and that they have the item back in stock 02/21 I returned on 02/23 and item still out of stock. Spoke with the manager who told me the item would be in that Monday and she gave me a number to call before coming. Continued with shopping, while on the checkout line the manager came over and offered me a different ointment for the same price. Went to the new Liquor store grand opening yesterday. One very bored guy and two cheerful ladies, store empty, looking for wine to accompany a special meal. asked the guy for help...and not only did he not know the location of the wine I wanted but he did not know anything about it or I'm guessing wine in general. So, what is his role other than to look bored and retrieve carts from the parking lot? These employees should not just be cashiers, but also advisors on the products. Looks like a nice inventory, but they need trained employees. Also, there is no scooter for handicapped to get around the large facility. Whomever manages this place has some homework. read more
