Somehow, this kiosk cannot fulfill orders sufficiently. They screwed up an order for a TV antenna and today screwed up an order by not delivering it on time. 3 emails told me they could not deliver my order plus tip to me today, as emails promised when I ordered. Walmart support told me they had no drivers. Either way, this is the 2nd and last cancelation of Walmart+ that will occur. I cannot allow Walmart to continue to take money and abuse its customers from this (being the default and closest location in the Walmart app) location. I had to cancel the $200 order plus Walmart+. I was offered a $15 code, which was refused. I was also offered 6 months of free Walmart+, which was also refused. I also deleted my Walmart account. Meijer charges $10 to deliver overpriced items, at a smaller size. I have to go with them. I would shop Krogier ("expensive for everyone!" and "priceier than pricey!"), but the puppets lie about the deals on TV and they collect too much info on you and your health by what you buy. I tried to give them a chance again. Got burnt the 1st day back. Reordered Walmart+ a 2nd time. I regret it. Soooooo lllooooonnnngggggg Walmart. Too much drama to fix! read more

To witness what appeared to be a manager verbally berating, mocking, and harassing a disabled guest who was on the floor in obvious distress with a service dog at her side was disturbing. Please educate management and staff as to ADA rights in regards to service animals and issue a public apology to the guest. This store is absolutely terrifying and generally I avoid it above all. I needed 4 new tires for my Honda fit. Everywhere I went even with 1 free tire they wanted over $600 for a HONDA FIT. That's a crime even in 2023. Walmart got me decent tires for around $400 the very next day. If you need new tires enter through the side door to avoid the screaming crazy people who seem to shop here. If you need groceries go somewhere else. read more

Have management learn about how to be respectful to customers especially ones with a service dog and disability. One manger going viral right now asking how old one lady is telling her to get off the ground even though she has pots. I work for Walmart and customer don't have to provide proof that the animal is a service animal. On top of making sure the customer is taken care of. She has a fainting disorder and this manager is extremely disrespectful demanding the customer to get off the ground when it's safer instead of looking for a scooter or chair or even just a place to sit. read more

Bought a 43" TV for 138$. Hooked it to my computer but it would not display video and that was only reason I bought it. So I decided to take it back and the serial number on the TV did not match the one on the box so they wouldn't take it even though it was about 2 hours since I bought it. Walmart is a JOKE and will never buy anything electronic ever again there and I suggest no one else does either. It was obviously a used TV they were selling as new, nothing but a LIE. Be careful, a lot of these greedy companies are doing that. They selling used/refurbished electronics and saying they are new. Didn't get angry cause what comes around always goes around. Just be careful if you buy computers, phones, or anything really. Bought a pressure washer on Amazon as new but when I got it I could smell gas and the wheels was already put on so it was also used. Everyone at this store needs fired and they need to start over. Shelves are never stocked, store is always dirty, and they are ALWAYS out of stuff. How are you going to run a store and run COMPLETELY out of clumping litter? That's just because who they have ordering, have NO BUSINESS in those positions, or they just don't care. Look at the state of the store at ANY time of the day and you know it's a combination of both. I had a stroke, can't drive, so have to rely on these people to deliver what we need, and in a year's time, we have not had a SINGLE order that was correct. Every order we have to call to get something fixed, and even something as stupid as getting a 16# bag of cat food instead of a 30# bag, with the pic SHOWING the wrong size bag, they want to argue. Horrible customer service, manager named Chris was not helpful, actually hung up on me bc he did not want to assist me. He also told me there was no point in me calling corporate bc they would not do anything to help me. This location does not offer curbside pick up which is confusing bc when I ordered my stuff online it said my purchase was curbside, once I got there they refused to bring my groceries to my car. I explained to him that I am disabled and that I am also in the high risk category for covid bc I am immune compromised and he said he did not care. Then he refused to help assist me in canceling my order and told me to figure it out myself that it was my problem. I will never order anything from Walmart again. read more

It's all about timing and expectations here. You have to come early morning (never happening for me), late night (me) or when it's pouring rain (me again). If you come any other time you are going to leave ticked off. There's never enough registers open, no one is in electronics ever so don't expect it. If you even ask for assistance they avoid you like the plague. Compared to walmart in larger cities, this place is 4 stars. Good selection and fairly organized. Im usually in and out in 30 minutes. I was at WalMart on Central Ave. I have COPD and it's hard on my lungs to wander aimlessly. I found a salesclerk on the floor and I asked her to point me the direction of lady's sweat pants. She immediately stopped what she was doing and walked me there. When I saw there were no red ones she walked me to another area. She was young and pretty and so altruistic. It's refreshing to see professionalism through courtesy anymore. I've gone through so much surly, insolent workers that it's still so rare to be treated so kindly. I've been having my oil changed here for 2 years. I know, not a good idea. But they're next to Hong Kong Buffet, so I drop the car off, walk over there and eat, then pick up the car after. It's been great ... until the last time I went to pick my car up. The guy shows me a drain plug with threads dangling off it and tells me I have to go get my oil pan fixed before they'll touch my car again. He explains that the last time I was there they "replaced my drain plug for free." WHY? What was wrong with my drain plug? Did you lose it? No explanation, but now this time my threads are stripped. WHY? Was the plug put in wrong? Was my plug replaced with the wrong size? Now I have to go pay for someone else to fix THEIR mess up, that THEY SHOULD BE PAYING FOR. Never again.
