This isn't the first time; every time I visit with my sister, she's always giving me dirty looks and staring. I don't know who the manager was at that moment, but it was about two hours ago. My friends and I were simply walking, browsing makeup and snacks because we were in a snacking mood. I wanted to buy foundation but felt uncomfortable because she was too close in my personal space, just enough to hear her breathing. I called her a B because my friend heard her calling us names too. I think it was the manager because she was really close. The first time we went there without my other friend, we were looking at sharpies because we wanted some, and she was just staring at us. We also walked past some snacks I've tried before, and I said they taste bad because a friend bought me one a few weeks ago. but I didn't say it directly to her. And at the time I was like just genuinely confused on why to get following us and until she cornered me me and my friends and was like the manager told me to watch you specifically and I was like oh my bad I didn't know and she was like yeah that is your bad and I swear I felt spit all over my face when she was done talking. We set up an appointment on line and arrived about 10 minutes early. I think we waited 2 or 3 minutes, the pharmacist came out and gave us both our shots. Easy cheesy - in and out in less than 10 min for both of us to get our shots. Knowledgeable staff, friendly, on top of what they do, prices are right. What's not to like?

Since Krogers is and has went down and away in the South side of Springfield it has been rather difficult buying groceries clear on the north side only if Springfield for everyone; including us people whom live in Yellow Springs! Dollar General on Yellow Springs Street needs to expand in to the field next door - and or buy the old Krogers store on South limestone and create a Market Dollar General store as WE the customers have NO options as to where to buy our food from! Let's say the options are slim pickings; either north side Krogers or North side Walmart! Clearly we NEED more options we live on the SOUTH side and many consumers like me live outside of the south end of Springfield. We are driving past 2-3 Dollar generals every day to get to Kroger's or Walmart's on the north end ! It makes PERFECT sense 2 invest in us!

Unprofessional, Embarrassing, and Unacceptable Behavior from Tammy and Cindy…read more I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt it was absolutely necessary to speak up about the appalling behavior I witnessed during my recent visit. The experience was so unprofessional and uncomfortable that I can't stay silent. While I was in the store I observed two employees--Tammy and Cindy--engaging in behavior that was not only unprofessional but downright bullying. They were openly yelling at another employee who was clearly new and still in training. This poor individual was doing their best, clearly nervous, and instead of being supported or coached, they were berated in front of customers for minor mistakes. It wasn't a one-time correction or a quick aside--it was loud, prolonged, and humiliating. Tammy and Cindy were both talking over each other, correcting the new employee harshly in front of everyone, and their tone was condescending and aggressive. It was obvious to anyone within earshot that this was not the first time they had treated someone this way. I could see the trainee trying to keep it together, but it was heartbreaking to watch. They looked completely overwhelmed and embarrassed, and honestly, I wouldn't blame them if they walked out and never came back. No one deserves to be treated like that, especially someone who is still learning the ropes. How do you expect someone to grow or succeed in their role when they're being verbally attacked and belittled? The entire interaction made me feel uncomfortable and frustrated as a customer. If this is how management allows their staff to act toward one another, I have serious concerns about how the business is run behind the scenes. It reflects poorly not just on Tammy and Cindy, but on whoever is in charge for allowing such behavior to go unchecked. Tammy and Cindy need to be reprimanded, retrained on professional conduct, or seriously reconsidered for leadership positions--if they even hold them. No one should be subjected to that kind of treatment at work, especially not someone who is clearly still trying to find their footing. The behavior was toxic, unacceptable, and creates a hostile work environment. I sincerely hope someone in upper management sees this and takes real action. If not, I can't imagine this workplace retaining good staff--or loyal customers--for long.

Since this was just for my lawn mower I opted for the lower priced one without the snazzy options. While I was there I browsed around, it's a great place to do that!
