But where can I find such items nearby and at the hour I was shopping? Answer: Big Lots! Oh my gosh...you can always depend on finding that special something at Big Lots. Of course, it may not be there on the next visit, but that's ok. It's always a treasure hunt every time I visit a store no matter where it is. This time I was incredibly grateful they had what I needed, and then some, for my mother. Plus, I picked up a few extras to spruce up her room for the holidays. Thank you Big Lots!!! I knew I could count on you! As for this store itself in Piqua...WOW! This is the nicest Big Lots store I have ever been in. It is very big and super clean. I was amazed at the variety and I could have lost my mind if I had driven this trip instead of flying. Plus, the staff was super friendly and helpful. Love the layout of this store as well, everything was easy to find. Wish my local Big Lots store where I live was like this one. Note: It is located in a strip mall, so there is plenty of parking. For those of you from the area...it's where the "old or original" Piqua Mall used to be.

I finally found one AND both phones were getting the same deal. We had several choices of freebies, but we landed on the iPhone 14plus for both of us. We originally did this online, without any problems but my husband's old phone wasn't transferring to his new. Again, I had no problems ( that's meant as sarcasm since he had issues and I didn't!). So, we stop at this store on Bechtle ave. (I checked, this one has their current address, there's an earlier submission that has a different address.) So, to give props to this store. There were like 4-5 employees, all helping others when we got there. We didn't wait more then about 5 minutes and had a guy come help us with our problem. He actually had to call someone from some place .... Not sure who a tech calls when they're stumped. We had it all fixed within 20 min or so. I guess the 5 stars is mostly based on a friendly tech. A tech who couldn't tech that found a tech that could. The store is clean, modern in appearance and has all of the current techie stuff you might need. Hope we don't have to return, mainly because that means somethings wrong, but satisfied with their attentiveness.
