This location needs to make some changes !!!!!!!!!! there are multiple checkout lanes that could be opened that are not opened the store has been moved around where it is hard to find what your looking for. some of the store workers are just plain out rude to there custumers most of the workers in there have a look to there face that dose not look pleasing and some of them always have attitudes read more

Huge Supercenter! We just moved to the area and our Toyota Carolla needed an oil change. We got it done in the Auto Service Cemter while we shopped. Even with the crowds being massive because it was just three days before Christmas, every store employee we asked for help, was very attentive and friendly. It's the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Bought a tractor tire with mounting included. The store couldn't mount the tire. Bought a pair of eyeglasses. The Optometrist made a mistake on the prescription refused to replace the lenses without charging me an additional 200 dollars for the lens replacement. Customer service refused to return an item purchased online. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told none are available. The attitude of the associates needs to be improved, plus more interaction with management is greatly needed read more

They say they're a supercenter, but they aren't. So far, we've found that these guys carry less than half of the things we were able to buy in both California and Washington State. I don't get it. Does Walmart enjoy loosing sales? I looked on the website, ready and willing to pay for expedited next day shipping. No love there either. The soonest I can get a soft cat cone delivered to me here in Bugtussel is 3 days out. Pathetic. I wish I could give no stars. read more

They Don't ever have any scooters available for the handicap people like myself!! Ugh!!!

If I could give zero stars, I most definitely would. Hear me out... I ordered 115 items for curbside pickup. My pickup time was between 10-11AM. I got here at 10:30AM, since they always send me a text alert that my order is delayed. I waited for 3 hours. THREE HOURS. With two 4 year olds. Anytime an associate came to look at the cars in the lot who also placed pickup orders (I don't know why they do this if they have an app but okay...) They asked me for my last name, then one associate said to me, "Ohhh... yeaaahhh... it's gonna be a few minutes." and she walked away. I called every hour on the hour and the only answer I got was "It's going to be a few more minutes." I called the Pickup number again, and the woman said I should just come back later. I ask how long it's going to take, and she says "I don't know. Let me check.", puts me on hold, then says "Just come back later." I asked if I could pick them up tomorrow and she told me that I have 24 hours to pick up the groceries. (Okay, that gives me no timeline or deadline but okay.) I left at 12:30PM, mind you I have been waiting since 10:30AM, so I got home around 1PM because I only live half an hour away. Then I got a text at 1:15PM saying PART of my order was ready. Now I go back to Walmart, got there at 4PM. I had to wait another HOUR before they FINALLY brought my curbside order out to my car. I understand this is probably not any of the associate's doing, but please Walmart, hire some hard working people who deserve that above minimum wage salary, or just get more people working in the pickup department period. The whole premise of Walmart is supposed to be convenience and low prices. Well I find it very inconvenient that when I called their TLE to ask about purchasing a tire, I was told I would have to make an appointment, with the first availability being 4 DAYS away, during my work hours.I made it very clear that all I needed was to purchase the tire, and have them put it on the rim for me.Not on the car, just on the rim, a task that takes less than 20 mins.But no they could not do that. and so have lost my business. They just keep getting worse. Never have things we need in stock, and this just it . I will no longer patronize walmart period. read more

I hope with this remodel they find some new employees with better attitudes. One front end manager in particular is among the rudest people I have ever seen. There are some great employees but some that they have as either a csm or front end manager need to work on people skills. read more

I went to return an item I purchased online because I bought one in store since I need it for a birthday present and it did not show up in time. While I was there the woman at customer service was fine up until she said under her breathe "all these damn returns this early in the morning" after the return. Walmart do better if your workers can not work in customer services at 10am then find some better workers without attitudes especially when I was nice to them. read more
