Always out of stock on items I need the most. Staff that picks the Items for pick up do not pay attention nor do they look for the right items. I can't see a meat department being out of pork chops. I'm tired of ordering my groceries and being out of items, then going into the store to get them myself off the shelf. "NOT GOING INTO THE STORE" is the whole idea of ordering groceries. I have no choice but to shop somewhere else. Walmart in Warsaw needs a management change and train their staff better. read more

This review is specifically for the bakery department and the outstanding help they provided. I'm out of state and needed to order a lot of cupcakes for pick up. The bakery department were all super helpful. One star off because I had to place the order online (bakery could not process payment) and had to place multiple orders. They even called when they had to adjust the order ever so slightly. Thank you! read more

The return service lady at Walmart wouldn't let me return my shirt so I ended up having to pay for another one, and never got my money back for the first one- now im stuck with a shirt I can't wear that's in the wrong size. All because the "sticker" was off (it wasn't even on when I bought it?) I had my receipt so it shouldn't be too hard to check in the system that I bought this shirt. I'm sure if you can return peoples items without a receipt; you shouldn't be refusing to return my item WITH a receipt. Also she couldn't even be bothered to listen to me when I said I wanted it put on my debit card and not on a Walmart gift card. She took my receipt as well so now I have little chance of returning my shirt at any other Walmart. Awesome. (/sarcasm) Customer service here is terrible . read more

As Warsaw's prized possession, this 24-hour Wal-Mart pulls you into its vortex and you emerge hours (if you're lucky) or even days later with a cart full of everything imaginable all at great prices. Since Warsaw is really still rural Indiana, this superstore is always fully stocked, clean, bright (they have skylights!!!!), and there might be one person in front of you at the checkout line. Half the clothes here are on clearance and they have every size still on the rack. Their George label is comparable to Merona at Target and the quality is just as good and the prices beat Target's clearance hands down. Their home goods sections is so expansive, and their style has totally changed and is much more modern. And the toy section? Whoa, I wish you could have seen it around the holidays. They so many play-doh sets, nerf toys, lego's, games, all at prices that put Target to shame. The grocery section has ever thing from the Kashi dinners I like for lunch to Fetzer Gewrztraminer and fresh produce galore! Uh, I really wish this Wal-Mart was closer (-1 star) cause it could totally save me $$, or would it?? read more

I recently spent a few months in Warsaw, and made many visits to this Wal-Mart. I have to say the employees I interacted with were all very friendly. They showed me where to find what I needed, and made helpful suggestions, (such as when the bakery did not have the kind of pie I thought might tempt a sick friend.) Once again no negative star option. I have had so many rude encounters with employees I lost count. Most recently was on Thanksgiving. I was looking for prepaid gift cards and between 5 employees one being the manager they couldnt find them? When they did I literally had to squeeze between the displays in lawn and garden "and noone saw a problem with that"? I also cash my checks there every week and it takes between 10 to 25 mins depending on how distracted by each other the employees become. Needless to say im done with Wal-Mart and you should be too... On an ending note in the phone department they were selling the moto g 3rd gen for $45.00, the only problem was it was the same price for 8 gig as it was for 16 gig? I went to Walmart to buy a light bulb for my car instead of getting the light bulb I walked out the store with nothing. When I got back to the bulbs they were locked up. This was in the evening when I really needed to got the light bulb. I talked to 4 different people that worked there everyone said the management had the keys. They paged the member of management and they would not respond. I was there 45 mins and still no manager with no keys.
