I noticed some comments about not helping load large items. As a mall owner myself, I understand that many employees are not able to lift heavy items and buyers should understand this. It is also a liability for small businesses to help load large furniture items. If the item gets damaged or a vehicle gets damaged during loading, the customer often tries to place blame on mall as opposed to accepting responsibly. We highly recommend this mall. We drive over 4 hours several times a year to visit here.

Him: 14 miles is not far. (This is how I knew he was the same person I talked to last night). Me: It's a 28 miles round-trip plus the time, gas, and the inconvenience. Him: Do you want the vase or not? What a terrible way to treat a 30 year customer, or anyone for that matter. A simple apology for the error would have been the correct way to handle the situation. He looked her over, says there is ear infection then gave her vaccinations. Gave her a tube of medicine to place in ear. Within 3-4 days, the cat's face was swollen; she then took her cat to a different vet. The cat was febrile, had fever, ear was much worse. Needed IV hydration, antibiotic injection, and 2 meds for ear. My mom has not been back to Dr Hines. She was very upset by his behavior and poor care. The office and techs are nice, but he needs to retire. Shameful

They came out to the car to get us and brought us directly back to the room. My dog immediately got scared in the room and started barking and growling. He's a big boy at a solid 80 pounds. By the time we left the vet had removed the muzzle. They knew exactly what to do to make him feel safe. I will never go to another vet. Thank you for all that you do. I used to be happy if half of the plants actually grew to adulthood. Then I decided to make more of an effort to buy local and discovered Indiana Berry... Wow... While it's a bit to far for me to travel for a few plants, the online ordering is so super easy and convenient for me. The plants I ordered came at the 'appropriate' time to plant. They arrived well packaged with planting and growing instructions (not that I actually follow those). Despite my lack of gardening skills and previous failures, everyone of these plants (12) developed leaves within a week. They are steadily growing and it is a joy to watch their progress. This company has my business now and in the foreseeable future. And if I'm ever in the area, I will be sure to pay a visit in person.

Every single question I had was answered promptly. I was concerned if Tortilla's (I renamed her Penny) energy would match my other tiny puppy. The videos I got were a little concerning to me because she seemed shy. Then they sent me more videos of crazy Penny zooming around and playing! I drove 6 hours and got to see their really cool property and vet clinic. They had Penny walking around and sniffing things, sent me home with a "starter pack" and, because she was so small, some high calorie gel to give her "on the ride back" because shes so small and active. They gave me her blanket (still have!) and her favorite toy (also still have....though she took the filling out a couple years ago). 3 years later, Penny is now doing dog therapy for people with anxiety and depression. She has led "Puppyflow" yoga classes. She's amazing. Knowing what I know now, I'd have paid double. Her name at the breeder was "Tortilla". She gets along with my 13yo belgian malinois...now that he's old she tires HIM out. She gets along with my ACTUAL posh Puppy, a 3yo shih tzu named Heidi, who prefers comfort and luxury. They sleep in a pile at night. I can't recommend these folks enough. Support every step of the way and now over 3 years out, Penny has already changed lives for the better. I understand not all puppies are predictable and sometimes they come with health concerns. I am so fortunate to have found Posh Puppies and their thoughtful and caring owners.
