This store is so clean first of all. Second, we were greeted, a few people were working hard on stock with a smile and hello. The store layout is so easy to see and read. They also consistently have what Iam looking for, including today's visit. I appreciate that I don't have to run to 3 or 4 stores. Plus the prices were affordable. The parking lot was clean, and it was just a really great trip in and out. I've been several times, since I'm from up north, as a place to pop into on my way to CA. I love it. I spend ENTIRELY TOO MUCH TIME IN WALMART! The Walmart is located in the foothills and is open 24/7 with a few small exceptions. The good: 24/7 access to groceries and all the other things you could need. They have two self checkout areas which helps during the busy hours. The Black Friday experience here was surprisingly organized. The bad: They are almost always of out stock of something on my grocery list. It could be spinach or frozen fruit or trident white or Dave's bread but inevitably they are consistently out of stock. They may have the inventory in the back but there are certain items that get cleaned out very frequently. Probably the only reason I'm able to find stuff is because I'm at Walmart every other day...(not proud of it but it is what it is). I find that their produce isn't a good but it's Wal Mart so that's expected. There's an in-store McDonald's, nail salon and a couple other places I forgot. The customer service is pretty good though and overall I haven't seen anything too crazy. There is also another Walmart downtown. Overall this place is on par with other 24/7 Walmart's just don't expect them to have everything. read more

The auto shop part of this Walmart is pitiful, took a one hour tire change to an over 2 hour job, no call of a heads up it'll take longer, and Walmart charges more on the Walmart app for tire installation ($18) rather than the $11 they show in store, no refund for that either, plus they charge a tire recycling fee and a tire disposal fee automatically added, the other superstore Walmart in Yuma is better read more

This store is consistently slapping a clearance sticker on things and the "clearance" price is $5-$20 over the original price. I'm not sure if someone is using that as a way to steal from the store of it it's just Walmart being a trash company but buyer beware. read more

I have shopped at this Walmart now at least ten times in the last year. For the most part, the store is pretty clean. Even the restrooms aren't (usually) messy. The shopping carts are kind of grimy and tons have broken straps in case you are looking to strap a toddler in, but I did notice they added some new (clean!) ones when I went last. I think the grocery aisles can be pretty unorganized with what's on the shelves, but the produce/bakery/dairy that I've bought here has been fresh. They have a decent selection too, even though this isn't where I do my primary grocery trips. I've noticed lately that the clothes I find at Walmart are a lot nicer than they used to be (or so it seems!) and the material is better quality. Tons of the PJs are soft. I love the seasonal / holiday selections they put out at this store. The employees I've encountered have been nice and the checkout is always fast. I love the self checkout options, too. My review is going to sound like a repeat of a bunch of others. It is real how bad the automotive center is. They will look at you and not check you in, no exaggeration half and hour. I had a blow out flat tire. Their estimate wait time was high, but I didn't really have a choice. They took an entire day to get to my car. They were rude and condescending. when I asked them to drop the attitude they were unapologetic. Another time I had a battery go bad. They tested and said it was still good. It was bad. Had to take it to another Walmart to get the warranty. They did the same test and said that it indeed had failed. I think this is a failing section of the store and they are refusing to take in warranty batteries to make themselves appear better on paper. read more

I would like to see more organic produce options. I only buy organic apples and organic romaine. I can taste the pesticides and I prefer to taste the food. I want to see whole grain breads. I won't eat white bread. It has no nutrients. I want to see whole wheat pasta. I didn't buy any pasta because there was no whole grain pasta. I want to see decaf coffee and unsalted nuts. I feel like there is just too much junk food and they cater more to the corporations than their customers. Please think nutrients! read more

I am very disappointed with this store. They have no sanitary wipes at any of the entrances to the store. We got there when the store opened at 7 am and the shelves were bare of canned goods, detergent, soap (bar & liquid), paper towels and toilet tissue. We were informed by a few staff members to come back between 2-3pm, when there may be some toilet tissue & paper towel. When we came back shortly after 2 pm, there was still no paper towel & toilet tissue. When we questioned a few staff members, they were clueless and told us to come back at 7am as they would have a chance to stick the shelves. Again when we asked about special senior hours, the staff were clueless. When I called the store later to ask about special senior hours, I was told it would ONLY be on Tuesdays from 6am-7am. Obviously this store is mismanaged, understaffed and the staff are not properly informed in order to pass on proper information to the customer. read more

I am very pleased that after being opened a number of years that this Walmart location has not gone downhill like the two in town Supercenters. This store has stayed organized, clean and the cashiers have mostly been pleasant. The greeters have also been friendly and kind. I do however have a couple of complaints the first one I know local centers have no control over but we have been shopping at frys more and more for our grocery needs as Walmart has decided to drastically limit different brands for their food products. Sadly quite a large amount of the brands they have eliminated are the ones we like. Specifically to this location my two complaints are that #1 it is ridiculous that lately you have to stop and show your receipt at the door for every purchase no matter how big or small(also as part of this what is with the "makeup" lock boxes they now seem to demand customers use? Why should I be made to feel like a thief? Trust me if I was going to ever have the ridiculous desire to steal I wouldn't choose to steal the cheap elf brand of makeup I have been asked to place in these tacky embarrassing lock boxes the last 2 times I have shopped for makeup). #2 at night it is almost impossible to find an associate that speaks English. I mean zero English. I could care less if the English was spoken poorly or if it was understood enough to just point me in the right direction of something I was looking for just some small amount of English would be lovely for both us non Spanish speaking customers as well as for the employees so they didn't get frustrated as well (maybe Walmart could offer some basic English courses as part of their benefit package?). Aside from those complaints we have always been pleased with how well run this location has always been (especially considering how disgusting and horribly dirty the other two locations have become). I think that is a great testimony to awesome management and great employees who really take pride in their work. Great job! read more

This Walmart used to be my favorite. It has definitely gone down hill. I have had so many bad experiences and try to avoid this location at all costs. I have witnessed a Walmart employee grab a hair product squirt it in her hand and put the product back on the shelf. She then proceeded to laugh and tell her coworker she didn't have time to do her hair before work. They allow customers to bring non-service dogs in. It is very unsanitary and worse when the dogs are aggressive. I have witnessed a customer bring 4 big dogs in and they kept trying to go after everyone while he was grocery shopping. Not one word was said. The night stocking crew are very trashy. They stink the isles up with a marijuana smell. They hit on young girls trying to shop. The employees are very unprofessional with tattooed faces and blast annoying trap music while customers are walking by. Their music can be heard across departments. When buying cosmetics you get followed by the employees. They look over your shoulder and make you feel rushed. Then they make you box your make up in a locked box so you don't steal it. They only do it to select customers. I refuse buying my make up at Walmart and rather spend a couple of extra dollars at Walgreens or frys instead of getting harassed . read more

We spend the winter months just down the road from this wall mart location. It's common for this store to be crowded and only two or three checkstands open. I don't recall ever not standing in line for 15-20 minutes. Fortunately there is another wall mart location that's better managed but further away, that where we now go for our shopping needs. read more

It is 2021. Everyone in my city accepts apple pay. While im not a "apple pay" nut, how aggravating that one of the largest retailers in the world cannot simply get apple pay. You can download THEIR app and pay remotely, but no, they wont get a touchless system. My freaking local gas station has apple pay. read more

This Walmart is Yuma's newest, and quietest most mellow store. The selling point I think is the HUGE lawn and garden department they have. All Walmarts here focus on different things, since this is in the Foothills (more space, an older age of the customers); I guess that's what they figured. Big parking, lots of handicapped for sure. I put in for a delivery date and time for my groceries to be delivered. The text came thru that such and such was on his way so I went up to the main gate and waited as I am in a RV park. I sat there and sat there.... no phone call or text saying he was there. I then got a text saying it's been delivered so I called Walmart and they told me it was returned. I questioned the whole thing as I never got any notice the driver was there. Pretty much the delivery manager on duty didn't care enough to try to help me work this out. I need my groceries as we leave in the morning and can't finish packing and we can't go pick them up. Still no help I phone the store and spoke with Assistant Manager Shelly who listened and did what a manager is suppose to do snd that is help you. She took the problem by the horn and fixed it. I will be getting my groceries delivered right away. The score is a 4 because of Shellys willingness to help!!!! read more

Never in my life have I been accused of stealing and treated like a common criminal. Of course I had to use self checkout, as they no longer provide cashiers, and I missed an item. They hem me up at the door like I'm trying to pull off an Oceans 11 heist. I spent over 200 dollars and a 17 dollar steak was my breaking bad moment. I shop here a lot. But yesterday I got really irritated because they are restructuring the store and have moved everything to different places and aisles. Do you not realize that people have been through enough disruptions in our lives that you have to add to that? These are trying times. Then I went to checkout and was told I could not get cash back from my debit card. I asked why and was told by two young clerks that this was due to a federal reserve shortage! Both self check areas were the same. I know there is a coin shortage but that should not affect bills. When I told the gentleman that he thought for a minute and said, "You're right! I don't know why they're doing this then." So, another unnecessary stressor. When he thought for himself he came to the same conclusion. What a concept, thinking for yourself. Lol. I came in to the tire shop at walmart to get an oil change and one tire for vehicle. I also ask the associate to check the battery and let me know if its still good . 2 hours late I get a text that the vehicle was ready so when i went to pay the charged me for an oil change an a battery I never was asked if I wanted to change battery and where the hell is the Tire I came in for originally So now i guess I have to pay for the battery and wait another hour to get the tore change wich I originally came in for. Worst tire service in the world not only the technicians are slow and dumb but they dont know how to write up a service work order for sure I never come in to this place again les than a star read more

This review is of pickup only. Pick up service is really limited. For food, fresh meat and veg are in store only. You can get hotdogs and bacon for pickup tho. I decided to get my food from Frys pickup and get my automotive and personal care items from Walmart pickup. When I got to the pickup area at Walmart, I was told I had to pick it up in the store since it wasn't food. That means standing in the crowded line out front and going inside, exposing me and others which is what I was trying to avoid by picking up in the first place. I guess we will ride out covid-19 without Walmart. Sigh. read more

Every time I go there every time they stop and checky cart. What is the point I had a 2. Box of freaking cupcakes this time that of course was not bagged. But no she went item by item on my receipt not stopping anyone else. And she literally stood over my shoulder watching me scan everything. Then stopped me. But funny when I returned everything out came to the same amount I paid. Besides wearing the same clothes I worked in all day why? After I pay for something it no longer belongs to them. So stop already it is very embarrassing. And this is the only time I have gotten so mad as to make them reopen customer service for the return or even said anything. STOP. I love going to this Walmart because they always have what I need and more. I go in for one thing and come out with ten items. Oh well. But the store is pretty organized considering the amount of traffic going through. Everything is neat and there is always a lot of parking. I like the fact that I can get my tires rotated while I shop around. I'm always greeted and offered assistance in the store which rocks! But anyway, I'm sure the things that I listed describe pretty much any Walmart you go to. So, it comes down to personal preference. I prefer this one. read more

I found a tv on the Walmart app for a good price. The app directed me to the store. I was told the tv was there for the advertised price until I entered the store. Store manager and department manager got involved and stated they would give me a discount on a comparable tv. Department manager shows me 3 tvs and I picked one thinking I would get a little discount. Nope! 25 dollars off. I drove 30 miles one way to this store. I ended up buying my tv at Best-buy and paid more than the tv the department manager suggested. However, I was treated well by the staff and that was all I wanted was for Walmart to do. Walmart advertised the tv for one price and then switched it around. And a customer came in yesterday asking for the same tv but they never fixed the problem. read more

My wife and I choose to use grocery delivery due to convenience that obviously we pay for. BUT when I order food for an entire week and ALL of the meat I order is tagged "use or freeze by 11/30/2020" and it's currently 11/29/2020, there's obviously an issue. If I wanted frozen meat I would ask for frozen meat. 10/10 don't recommend using their delivery. read more

An oasis in the desert. After riding the Arizona Peace Trail on dual sport motorcycles, this place was great to catch up on my healthy caloric intake and to rehydrate. It has plenty of healthy options and a McDonalds inside. The clientele was CHUNKY. But, there were plenty of healthy options which the local population seems to avoid. read more

I simply love this store and I would give it five stars if the produce had more of a variety since I love to cook. I think it is the cleanest Walmart in Yuma County but the one on Pacific of course is the biggest with a better selection. I believe this is the only Walmart in town that will match any price with other local ads and that's what makes it my go-to store every time. My rating is an overall of the store because I Have taken my car for an oil change and another time was for a flat tire but I do not recommend the auto department because they don't know what they're doing. I took in my Toyota Camry and when I paid for the flat repair it was over $100 because they said I needed a sensor for my tire which they damaged but tried to blame it on me and I feel they don't have the proper tools to remove a TPMS kit on modern cars. read more

The auto center is horribly lazy and dishonest. Came in and had one car ahead of me that the "auto care team" was wrapping up. So I was told I was next by the service manager... great! Not the case, a slew of cars showed up and I ended up being last.(after 4 cars). The guy at the front desk when asked why my car was not being brought in to be worked on he replied with, idk? I asked if he could check to see if they can work on it he said, ok. But never walked back to check! I drove up at 8:50am and my vehicle wasn't worked on till 9:45am??? the guy at the front desk finally walked out back but never returned! Instead he pretended to wipe a windshield for 20 minutes??? I can see you looking at me, I thought! this place needs to be better managed. Do not come here to get your car worked on. Complete waste of time! I just wanted to have a tired patched. So this just happened today. I was in line waiting to check out and I was waiting for the teller to ring my items up. Old lady by the last name of Gonzalez. She seemed to be looking at something but didn't even acknowledge me. Then another lady arrived next to her, of white origin, and then after the lady arrived, Ms Gonzalez, began to ring my items up. I didn't think anything of it until she told me that the 30 pack alcohol I purchased needs to stay in cart so she can ring it up; well I didn't know that since there was no sign identifying this. My youngest who is 14 was helping remove items to put back in cart not realizing she was got a hold of the alcohol; the teller immediately asked for ID from my son who was standing to the side, my daughter and myself for the beer! I looked at her and said I'm purchasing the beer not her and I took out my ID, she said she's not going to sell me the alcohol because my daughter touched the beer! The other lady, who had arrived shortly after the teller started to ring my items up, asked for ID's from two other individuals who were with us in the store but left and decided to wait for us in the car. I asked her how did she know I was with two other people. She didn't say anything! I was appalled that she was asking for identification from people who were no longer at the store! I asked if this was this new law or what? I told her the only way she knew I was with others is because we were being followed in the store! I also told her she was racially profiling us since we were being followed throughout the store. She didn't respond to any of my questions and the reason being, is because I was right! If we weren't being followed I would like to know how she knew there were two other people with us? They weren't at the cashiers when we were checking out. I've never experienced such embarrassment in our lives and to be treated as we were going to steal something is an insult! After thinking about it Ms Gonzalez was actually acting as if she was doing something but what she was actually doing is waiting for the other individual who worked there. Just a side note: I've only posted a total of 3 reviews, including this one. Taking the time to write this to let people know you may experience racial profiling so try not to attract too much attention here. I will not attend the Walmart again! read more

What shall I say...!? Every time I walk into Walmart I have that song on my mind... THESE ARE THE PEOPLE OF WALMART...! Haha! It is sooooo true! (if you don't know the song just check out YouTube - must see) Anyways, I went there to get some passport pictures taken! I must say that even though it's Walmart the service was pretty decent. The guy showed us the pictures he took so we could pick the "best" one. I mean you always look like some most wanted serial killer in those pictures but at least you can make sure you look like an okay looking most wanted serial killer! =) They even gave us the measurement example pictures to proof that the pictures pass the requirements. On top of that the price was pretty good too - $7.44 the pair. UPS asks $11 the pair and they're not really that much better! Maybe not the number one choice for everybody but I definitely would say this has worked just fine for me!! read more
