I love going to Ross stores but out of most of them, this one is much cleaner and organized. Whoever the manager is, they are doing an amazing job. They have so many bags and what I loved about that section is that they are organized by size and colors. There is a lot of stuff and again very organized. I can't say anything negative other than I would hope they would have more shoe sizes for sizes 5-6/30. It's a smaller section but I also know they are more of a common size. I love Ross! You never know what you will find hehe I always end up going for 1 item & end up leaving with bags full of items lol. This location is pretty well organized even on the busiest of weekends! They have air conditioners scattered around the store to help keep the clients cool during these hot summer days. The lines do get ridiculously long. On the day I went shopping, the line extended passed the womens dress clearance rack. However, the employees were working quickly & efficiently to get the line moving. It took a while but that's just how it is with these great value stores! I did not mind the wait & although the line was long it did move rather quickly! I had to return a blazer I had gotten yesterday and I decided it was not a good fit. I had to wait in line for 20-25 mins and by the time I got to the front of the line, the girl in register one had black hair with glasses with a big bum and a septum piercing- I don't recall her name. I told her I have return and she took another lady and completely ignored me. I was beyond irritated! I literally raised my hand like I was in kindergarten that I was here before her trying to return merchandise. She literally ignored me again! I could not hold it and I told her she had terrible customer service and literally felt she ignored me because I was white! Then she couldn't put her words together at all. I spoke to her in Spanish and I told I don't understand crap your saying I told you I need to return this item and purchase these other two items. Nor English or Spanish she couldn't understand! Then I walked out and security was following me and demanded to check my things as if I stolen thing from Ross! Ahaha you guys need to get your crap together and quit harassing me! The new security guard with glasses whom just started literally sucks! Need to hire professionals! Never coming to this store again. Don't waste your time yall! Store was a mess and cluttered you couldn't walk through anything. A poor lady couldn't even walk down the aisle with her wheel chair. Do better! read more

You'll definitely find some steals here if you can find them LOL. This Ross has a moderate level of disorganization and if you're looking for something specific plan to spend some time searching. The selection is pretty good and if I wasn't in a minimalist mode I'd probably shop here from time to time. The hours are good and I've only had one poor interaction with a Ross employee but it was around the holidays and I'm familiar with the stress during holiday hours. Not the best but not the worst, browsing early may help with the disorder that probably builds up over the day. read more

Decent Ross location with friendly and helpful employees. I forgot to bring a charger for my watch and I am the kind of person who has to wear a watch even when I'm sleeping - mild OCD I know! I stopped by to see what selection of watches they had and was floored by the options. I was able to try a couple of them on before I decided on a nice rubber watch that wouldn't have any issues when the rains came. I peeked at the shoes and did a lap around the store - autumn Halloween and Thanksgiving items abound! The store was pretty busy with a few screeching children but not any worse than the usual Ross experience! I think if Ross had a little play area for children at the front of their store it would greatly reduce the number of poorly behaved children running around their stores. But really that's not their responsibility - it's the parents who should be behaving better by keeping their kids in check! read more

I've always been fond of Ross and my feelings toward this branch are no different. It differs from some branches as the store is on the larger side. There's a significant area that includes furniture/ home decor and bed/ bath items. As always, the selection of clothes is outstanding and prices are excellent. The lines are a bit long and customer service lags a bit. Overall, I don't think I'm alone when I say that I'd sacrifice a bit of customer service for some outstanding prices on quality items. So (as their commercial goes)... why pay more? Dress for less at Ross! read more

They don't lie when they say you can dress for less. They carry a ton of different brands so if you're looking for cutesy hoodies like me or fleece sweaters and cocktail dresses, they'll probably have what you're looking for. The prices are pretty much what you'd expect they should be, as opposed to thinking "Hmm this sweater looks like it would be about $15" and finding out it's actually $45. Not the case at Ross's. My only gripe is the dressing rooms....eesh. More reminiscent of changing rooms at a public pool. I wouldn't recommend taking your shoes off if you're not wearing socks. One other thing I noticed was a big guy in a security outfit that said LOSS PREVENTION. I don't know if that's just their policy or if people have been stealing clothes recently but it's a little off putting when a guy's leering at you as soon as you walk in the door. read more

Ross Yuma, AZ. has suffered from the pandemia more than other locations. Possibly 50% of buyers come from Mexico. The border is practically closed; it takes up 6 hours to pass customs. All stores close to the border will sustain great losses. The question is wether they can survive the ordeal. read more

Ross has a huge variety of things that make you want it even though you don't need it. Clothing, shoes, accessories, toys, etc. are all at a very low cost, and my favorite PERFUM at walmart price $20 and here only $9! You can save a lot by sacrificing long line waits and messiness. I recommend if your not just going in to buy 1 thing. read more

I enjoy shopping at Ross and at times find really good stuff. But the lines are always so long and so slow. I always check the lines before I walk in to shop. If I see they are long I will usually head out. Sometimes I continue in and shop but hoping I don't find anything so I don't have to wait in the long slow lines. read more

Went to Ross looking for a couple of dress shirts. I found three shirts but did not know if they would fit. I went to the dressing room to try them on. The lady in charge said I needed to go to customer service to have the security tags removed. I went to customer service and they refused to remove the security tags so I could try them on. I specifically asked if I had to purchase them first and they said yes. Going to go else where now. Ross just lost my business. My rating zero stars. Will not be coming back. read more

The cashiers weren't the nicest. Specifically Pam. She cashed us out and her attitude was dry and rude.

Do NOT go here on the weekend. It's very popular for people to come buy CARTFULS of items and only one or two cashiers working. Three stars because it is a good place to get a deal, but it's a bargain basement, and looks like one. read more

They have great deals, but the place is always a huge mess. I suggest not going on weekends, because the lines are ridiculously long. One look at the line and you'll realize you don't want that top as bad as you thought you did and end up putting it back. read more
